<![CDATA[Policy Formulation the Government of Timor-Leste in the protection of the rights of children in conflict with the law, as efforts to implement the Convention on the Rights of the Child was ratified in 2003. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the formulation of government policy of Timor-Leste in the protection of the rights of children in trouble with the laws and the types of methods used in this research is descriptive with qualitative approach and interactive models as data analysis techniques.
