<![CDATA[This study of Strategic Plan aim to a comparison of the theory of strategic planning and inpelementation conducted by IAIN Raden Intan Lampung. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation associated with the strategic plan of IAIN Raden Intan Lampung.The approach that used in this study is qualitative descriptive, while the analysis data using SWOT. The results of the analysis showed the weakness of oversight in implementation strategic planning program that be established, in addition to the frequent changes with the changing leadership to be any program of strategic planning are overlap, because didn’t continue the existing programs but only repeat or create new programs. So we can conclude the strategic plan of IAIN Raden Intan Lampung has not been effective and efficient and have not been standardized based on the theoretical studies.]]>
