<![CDATA[The aim of this reasearch is to determine the effect of differences in teaching and learning methods,and ineterested studytowards students learning outcomeof the students at Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta. Analysis of varianshas been implemented to this experiment. In this research, students have been chosen as a unit analysis 48 samples selected.The result of analysis finds out that: 1)students learning outcome of integral is caused by teaching and learning methods 2) students learning outcome of integralis caused by interested study and 3) students learning outcome of integralis caused by interaction between teaching and learning methods and intrested study of studi all together. Therefore, teaching and learning methods, and motivation of the students should be put into account of human resources development in managing in learning and teaching activities.
