<![CDATA[Abstract This study takes the title of Leadership and Influence on Performance Competence Master Certified Teacher, analyze the problems faced by the teachers. the effect of leadership and competence of teachers on teacher performance. From the research mentioned that there is a positive effect between leadership on teacher performance. Furthermore, the competence of certified teachers also have a positive effect on performance, as well as the leadership and competence of certified teachers collectively also have a positive effect on teacher performance.
