PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN KREATIF-PRODUKTIF TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract

Abstact: This study aims to look at the effect of the teacher's Creative-Productive learning strategy on the learning motivation of students in class XI Audio Video of SMK N 3 Jambi City. This research is a quantitative research that is analyzed by regression analysis. The research subjects used in this study were students of class XI Audio Video at SMK Negeri 3 Kota Jambi. The sampling technique used in this study was Total Sampling, as many as 62 students. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data in the form of questionnaires.  The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of the teacher's Creative-Productive learning strategy on student learning motivation as indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.792 and R2 of 0.398. Based on the results of the t test conducted, the value of tcount is 6.295> tt 2,000, then H0 is rejected so that it can be concluded that the learning strategy variable (X) influences the learning motivation variable (Y). Based on this study it can be concluded that partially the Creative-Productive learning strategies of teachers influence student motivation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Kreatif-Produktif guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI Audio Video SMK N 3 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan analisis regresi. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Audio Video SMK Negeri 3 Kota Jambi. Teknik penetapan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Total Sampling, sebanyak 62 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam  penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa angket. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Kreatif-Produktif guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,792 dan R2 sebesar 0,398. Berdasarkan hasil uji t yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 6,295 > ttabel 2,000, maka H0 ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel strategi pembelajaran (X) berpengaruh terhadap variabel motivasi belajar (Y). Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial strategi pembelajaran Kreatif-Produktif guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
