Karakteristik Perangkat Ujian Kompetensi Teori Teknik Perkayuan Tahun 2014 SMK di Jawa Timur Menggunakan Model IRT

Abstract: Percentage of 70% practice competence test score and theoretical competency test by 30%. This research is descriptive explorative research object of UKT Teknik Timber 2014, Number of respondents counted 949 students. The objectives of the study were to analyze: (a) unidimensional; (b) local independence; and (c) invariance. Parameter a of 40 item there are 22 items have the ability to distinguish high ability participants with low, 18 problem less good is considered to have high power is too high and can not perform the measuring function as a good differentiator, the solution 18 the problem is replaced or disposed to obtain The power of difference is positive. Parameter c has 10 items having a low probability of participant to answer correctly slightly, and 30 items have low probability of participant to answer a lot, because the item gives the chance of the student having the correct answer chance with the high pseudo guess. Abstrak: Persentase skor uji kompetensi praktik 70% dan uji kompetensi teori sebesar 30%. Menurut Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP, 2007) secara keseluruhan skor yang diperoleh siswa untuk lulus uji kompetensi minimal 6,0. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif obyek penelitian UKT Teknik Perkayuan 2014, Jumlah responden sebanyak 949 siswa. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis: (a) unidimensi; (b) independensi lokal; dan (c) invarians. Parameter a dari 40 butir soal terdapat 22 butir soal memiliki kemampuan membedakan peserta tinggi kemampuannya dengan yang rendah, 18 soal kurang baik dianggap memiliki daya beda terlalu tinggi dan tidak dapat melakukan fungsi ukurnya sebagai pembeda yang baik, solusinya 18 soal tersebut diganti atau dibuang untuk memperoleh daya pembeda bernilai positif. Parameter c terdapat 10 butir soal memiliki probabilitas peserta kemampuan rendah menjawab dengan benar sedikit, dan 30 butir soal memiliki probabilitas peserta kemampuan rendah menjawab benar banyak, karena butir soal memberikan peluang siswa memiliki peluang jawaban benar dengan tebakan semu tinggi.
