<![CDATA[The purpose of this study are 1) to find out the relationship between physical science knowledge and achievement motivation on elementary school teachers in West Lampung. 2) To find out how much a significant relationship between knowledge of physical physiology and achievement motivation of primary school teachers in West Lampung . The research method used in this research is survey method. The subjects of this study were penjasorkes teachers throughout the western part,in the total of 44 penjasorkes teachers. The procedure for collecting data used is questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient = 0.424 with sig. = 0,000; p 0.05. So that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, it can be said that there is a very significant positive relationship between physical science knowledge and achievement motivation. The conclusion of this study is that knowledge of physical physiology has a very close relationship with the knowledge of achievement motivation in elementary school teachers in the West Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan ilmu faal olahraga dengan Motivasi berprestasi pada guru SD penjasorkes se-Kabupaten Lampung Barat. 2) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan segnifikan antara penegetahuan ilmu faal olahraga dengan motivasi berprestasi guru SD penjaorkes se-Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey method .Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru penjasorkes se-lampung barat yang berjumlah 44 guru penjasorkes. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh koefisien korelasi = 0,424 dengan sig.= 0,000; p 0,05. Sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan diterima, dapat dikatakan ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara pengetahuan ilmu faal olahraga dengan motivasi berprestasi.
