Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of user participation, user personal techniques, training and education as well as management support on the performance of accounting information systems at PT. BPR Shinta Putra Pengasih. The samples in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Shinta Putra Pengasih working section of marketing, human resources, planning, administration and reporting, and the public. The sample selection was based on purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression. The results show that management support and training and education programs for employees does not affect the performance of accounting information systems, in this case can be seen at a significance level above 0.05 is equal to 0.407 and 0.126. While the personal techniques and user participation affect the performance of accounting information systems, it can be seen from the significant value for the variable and value engineering 0,045 personal significance for variable user participation 0.016. That means the value of the personal significance of variables technique and user participation below 0.05. So the higher the personal techniques and user participation, then the information system performance will increase.

Abstract

These paper have purposed to know the difference of result between the students that have learned by using IT and the students who had subject follow by using conventional learning method in dimension three subject. The research method used in this study is an experimental method using Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The results showed that the average learning outcomes of students who get learning by using ICT media is higher than the average learning outcomes of students who get learning by using conventional learning models on the three-dimensional material.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pariwisata adalah sebuah kegiatan atau aktivitas kompleks yang dilakukan berkali-kali dari satu tempat ke tempat lain yang hanya bersifat sementara (tidak menetap) dengan tujuan mendapatkan informasi objek serta mencari kepuasan atau kesenangan dari keindahan objek dan alam sekitarnya. Wisatawan adalah orang-orang yang melakukan kegiatan wisata (UU No. 10 Tahun 2009) yang tertarik dari keindahan alam yang ada di Indonesia khususnya kota Manado yang dikenal sebagai kota pariwisata, akan tapi karena kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai lokasi objek wisata dan bahasa yang digunakan membuat wisatawan kesulitan dalam mencari lokasi dan informasi objek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis lokasi dan QR Code yang bertujuan untuk membantu wisatawan dalam melakukan perjalanan wisata ke Manado untuk mencari informasi lokasi objek wisata yang ingin dikunjungi. Aplikasi Android ini diberi nama “Aplikasi Tourism”. Dalam aplikasi ini pengguna dapat melihat objek pada peta yang sudah ditandai dengan marker dan melakukan scan pada QR Code untuk mendapat informasi dengan bahasa yang dapat dimengerti. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Mobile, Location-Based Service, Pariwisata, QR Code. Abstract - Tourism is a complex activity or activity that is carried out repeatedly from one place to another that is only temporary (not settled) with the aim of obtaining information objects and seek satisfaction or pleasure from the beauty of the object and the natural surroundings. Tourists are people who do tourism activities (Law No. 10 Year 2009) are attracted from the natural beauty of Indonesia, especially the city of Manado known as a tourist city, but because of the lack of knowledge about the location of tourist attractions and the language used to make tourists difficulty in finding location and object information. The purpose of this research is to build a locationbased and QR Code application that aims to assist tourists in travel to Manado to find information on the location of the tourist attraction you want to visit. This Android app is named "Application Tourism". In this application users can view objects on a map that has been marked with markers and scan the QR Code to get information in understandable language. Abstract

This research aims to see the effect of expertise and motivation on the users of the performance of regional financial management information systems either partially or simultaneously in the North Sumatra Provincial Government. The type of research used is associative research. The population in this research amounted to 34 regional agencies in the North Sumatra Provincial Government and the number of research samples was 102 people who were regional financial management information system users. The data source of this research is primary data using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The data collection method is used in conducting a survey. The gathered data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression tests for analytical analysis which had been tested by using classic assumption. The results of the research showed that, partially, expertise and motivation had a positive and significant influence on the users' performance of the regional financial management information system. Simultaneously testing showed that expertise and motivation had a significant influence on the users' performance of the regional financial management information system.

Abstract

The focus of this paper is to evaluate the critical factors influencing data quality of accounting information system in public sector of Indonesia. In this reseach, the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) grid was used to measure the critical factors from the informatin producer’s perspective. A list of 23 influencing factors was identified from prevous studies and each of the factors was rated using a five point Likert scale. On a five point Likert scale, the survey enables respondent to rate the relative importance of the factors, followed by another factor’s performance rating. The purpose of the survey is not only to measure the actual satisfaction level, but also to highlights important areas to improvements. The IPA, a two dimensional grid, is broken into four categories: (1) concentrate Here; (2) Keep Up the Good Work; (3) Low Priority; and (4) Possible Overkill, to enable each of the factors to be plotted in to the grid. It is clear and powerful evaluation tool for organisation to find out factors that are going well and factors that need to be improved, which require action immediately. The results are useful in identifying areas for strategic focus to help develop the quality of information generated by the information system.

Abstract

Pengelolaan Flight Information Region (FIR) Kepulauan Riau masih dikuasai oleh Singapura hingga saat ini. Pengelolaan FIR Kepulauan Riau oleh Singapura didasari dengan perjanjian delegasi pengelolaan FIR Kepulauan Riau, yaitu Agreement between Government of The Republic of Indonesia and Government of The Republic of Singapore on The Relignment of The Boundary Between The Singapore Flight Information Region and The Jakarta Flight Information Region. Perjanjian tersebut memiliki masa berlaku yang telah berakhir pada tahun 2001. Berakhirnya masa berlaku perjanjian membuat tidak adanya dasar hukum yang jelas pada pengelolaan FIR Kepulauan oleh Singapura. Berdasarkan UNCLOS 1982 serta Pasal 1 Konvensi Chicago 1944, dapat diketahui bahwa Kepulauan Riau adalah wilayah kedaulatan teritorial Indonesia, sehingga Indonesia memiliki kewajiban untuk mengelola FIR di wilayah tersebut. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut, dirumuskan dua masalah yaitu keabsahan pengelolaan FIR Kepulauan Riau oleh Singapura berdasarkan hukum internasional serta bentuk penyelesaian sengketa pengelolaan FIR Kepulauan Riau antara Indonesia dengan Singapura berdasarkan hukum internasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian yuridis-normatif atau penelitian hukum normatif. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Sumber bahan hukum dalam penelitian ini dibedakan menjadi sumber bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Metode pengumpulan bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis bahan hukum yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode preskripsi. Hasil Penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengelolaan FIR Kepulauan Riau oleh Singapura berdasarkan hukum internasional dapat dikatakan tidak sah karena perjanjian delegasi pengelolaan FIR Kepulauan Riau tidak sah berdasarkan teori berlakunya dan berakhirnya perjanjian internasional. Selanjutnya, penyelesaian sengketa perebutan kekuasaan pengelolaan FIR Kepulauan Riau antara Pemerintah Indonesia dan Pemerintah Singapura dapat diselesaikan melalui mahkamah internasional karena merupakan putusan pihak ketiga yang berdasarkan data fakta yang telah dihasilkan oleh tim Mahkamah Internasional sendiri, sifat putusan final dan mengikat tanpa banding, serta para pihak yang telah mengikatkan diri sebelumnya tanpa paksaan. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan yaitu .Indonesia bersama Singapura perlu melakukan peninjauan ulang format perjanjian delegasi pengelolaan FIR Kepulauan Riau Tahun 1995 beserta MoD harus sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada. Selanjutnya, pihak ICAO diharapkan lebih meningkatkan peranannya dalam penyelesaian sengketa antar negara anggota serta melakukan kembali atas prosedur penyelesaian sengketa Kata Kunci : Flight Information Region, Perjanjian Internasional, Keabsahan, Kedaulatan, Penyelesaian Sengketa.

Abstract

The facts show that the results of teaching and learning of English in Inggris at all levels are not yet satisfying because the students get very little chances to practice the language in the classroom while the learning acitivies outside the classroom are not yet extensive and to some extent are impossible. Although teachers have been retrained again and again, the curriculum has been renewed several times and the textbooks have been revised, the English learning results do not seem to show a significant improvement. This paper is trying to offer a possible solution for the problem; that is to use ICT based English lerning materials to intensify the student’s English learning activities outside the classroom particularly for university students. Thus, through more interactive and interesting learning activities outside the classroom using ICT media already available with the students such as smartphone, laptop or portable computer, the students will get more comprehensible language input.

Abstract

Saat ini, internet lebih banyak menggunakan komunikasi terenkripsi dibandingkan kemananan (security). Saat ini sudah juga digunakan https dalam internet, tetapi ada permasalahan dalam hal klasifikasi paket terenskripsi. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari penelitian sebelumnya, dimana yang telah berhasil mengklasifikasi paket data secara offline tetapi belum berhasil dalam mengindentifikasi dan mengelompokkan layanan terinkripsi secara mendalam. Penelitian ini membangun simulasi secara nyata dalam pembuatan topologi dan klasifikasi dengan menggunakan entropy sebagai pemilihan atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat melakukan validasi data untuk trafik terenkripsi dan information gain. Studi kasus dilakukan pada implementasi jaringan komputer di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Unsri. Feature dengan metode feature rangking menghasilkan nilai entropy tertinggi 0.07414856 rangking pertama untuk atribut paket terenkripsi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe business process needs an information system to support business activities, and it is working with technology. System information has developed small form functions to many functions that become parts of business need. Humans build a business and make activities in the business such as planning, practising, deciding, following, evaluating, controlling, and monitoring. Technology is essential for supporting and creating more solutions to build a business plan and division more completely. Communication is a part of business activities to have a good connection with employees, managers, and business partners. Recently, the pandemic of COVID19 influences everyone, business, economic, makes all in social distance or working from home. Nevertheless, it is not a big issue for humans anymore because technology has replaced humans' needs, and system information occurs to solve the business problem. This study proposes an analysis of the technology used in business management and system information on business in the present. In this research, the methodology analyzed secondary data to analyze and compare some digital communication platforms used by employees while working from home during COVID19 pandemic crisis. This study implies that there is an impact of system information to business and the increasing needs of the information system to support employee communication while working from home. Furthermore, even business needs technology and sophisticated information system; business still needs the human worker to control for business decision making in the future.  Keywords: Business process, Technology, Information System. ABSTRAKProses bisnis memerlukan sistem informasi untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis dan bekerja dengan teknologi. Sistem informasi telah berkembang dari fungsi kecil ke banyak fungsi yang merupakan bagian dari kebutuhan bisnis. Manusia membangun bisnis dan membuat kegiatan dalam bisnis itu merencanakan, berlatih, memutuskan, mengikuti, mengevaluasi, mengendalikan, dan memantau. Teknologi adalah hal penting untuk mendukung dan membuat lebih banyak solusi untuk membangun rencana bisnis dan divisi secara lebih lengkap. Berkomunikasi adalah bagian dari kegiatan bisnis untuk memiliki koneksi yang baik dengan karyawan, Manajer, dan mitra bisnis. Bahkan ketika pandemi COVID19 berpengaruh bagi kinerja perusahaan, yang menyebabkan semua orang akan berada dalam jarak sosial atau bekerja dari rumah. Namun demikian, ini bukan masalah besar bagi manusia lagi, karena teknologi telah menggantikan apa yang dibutuhkan manusia dan sistem informasi dapat menjadi solusi yang dibutuhkan bisnis saat ini. Studi ini mengusulkan analisis teknologi yang digunakan dalam manajemen bisnis dan sistem informasi bisnis pada saat ini. Dalam penelitian ini, metodologi kualitas menggunakan data sekunder untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan platform komunikasi online yang digunakan karyawan ketika bekerja dari rumah dalam situasi pandemi COVID19 saat ini. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun pandemic member dampak bisnis dan sistem informasi dan teknologi menjadi kebutuhan bisnis yang urgen, bisnis, masih membutuhkan pekerja manusia untuk mengendalikan pengambilan keputusan bisnis di masa depan. Kata kunci: Proses Bisnis, Teknologi, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

This article is made is to explain that in general service companies operationally have a simpler business process, compared to trading or manufacturing companies, still need an integrated information system. And the importance of Information Systems for the running of the company, so that it can facilitate the management in making decisions related to the performance of all departments or sections in the company. Integrated information systems can help the management in making company operational reporting, internal control processes over the running of the company's operations, and can provide information needed by management in formulating the company's business development strategy. Companies in developing information systems that can achieve these objectives can use an ERP-based information system (Enterpise Resousch Planning).
