Abstract

Each organization always strives to support the routine activities of each human resource related to productivity and performance. The support of activities provided facilitates the human resources/hr department of PT Kareta Sabila in data and information management related to staffing, payroll, attendance and organizational structure. With the right system, workers can update data such as addresses, to other personal affairs using only the app. HRIS at PT Kareta Sabila as a system created to be the answer to HR problems in companies related to human resources involved in it. The use of HRIS becomes effective because it replaces routine tasks performed manually, as well as efficient time, cost and energy. With one software all recorded well and neatly by reducing the risk of manual workmanship and done accurately and evaluation is easily done whenever necessary

Abstract

This paper view information and communication technology (ICT) as an aid to adult education methodology in promoting teaching and learning activities in rural communities in Nigeria. The paper reviews the concept of adult education and the existing methodologies used in the delivery of adult education programmes. It also examines the various ICT devices that can be used to complement adult teaching methodology. The technological devices considered in this paper includes: mobile phones, projectors, slides with moving pictures, radio, television, computer/ laptops and internet facilities. The paper discusses the benefits of using these devices alongside adult teaching methodology to enhance effective teaching and learning activities in rural communities. The paper concludes that incorporating these devices into adult teaching methodology, particularly in rural communities would promote active learning, enhance critical thinking skills of adult learners, create awareness, facilitate learning and develop rural communities. The paper therefore suggests that; governments should provide necessary equipment and internet facilities in rural communities to aid adult’s teaching and learning activities. Also, quality technological devices should be made available in all the adult education centers to promote teaching and learning activities. Lastly, regular trainings, conferences and seminars should be organized for facilitators and workers on the use of ICT devices to improve teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the consumptive practices of students as social media users and behavior changes felt due to frequent consumption of content from social media during the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2020, internet-based social media was also a new behavior and lifestyle in learning and teaching activities. The study used naturalistic inquiry methods, which resulted in writing or words and student behavior. Because to illustrate complex and concrete social realities, this study has interviewed IAIN Langsa students during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive of analytics by providing an overview of the objects studied. Sampling by snowball method makes it very easy for researchers to know students who are very active using social media. This study further used theory receptions where researchers analyzed students as social media users in the covid-19 pandemic in 2021, which is closely related to behavioral changes, namely from inclusive to exclusive or vice versa from exclusive to inclusive. This study shows that consumptive digital information practices through social media affect students, especially to changes in religious behavior, from inclusive behavior to exclusive behavior. However, this behavior is only limited to behavior in religious worship, not socio-cultural behavior. The findings of this study are that students who actively use social media can already distinguish between positive and negative content produced by online media consumed daily. After consuming social media content, students can choose and conduct studies before applying in everyday life.

Abstract

The problem that is the indication of management accounting information system policies, performance measurement methods, and reward systems that are less effective, so that they are felt to affect managerial performance. The number of samples obtained from the total population in as many as 32 people. Data analysis techniques using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests and F tests. The results of the research carried out obtained that partially the application of management accounting information systems to managerial performance. The performance measurement method has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. The reward system has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. Simultaneously the application of management accounting information systems, performance measurement methods and reward systems have an effect on managerial performance with a significant value of F 0.001 < sig. 0.05. Management should always pay attention to the development of the systems implemented, including the application of management accounting information systems, performance measurement methods and reward systems in order to achieve the effectiveness of managerial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in academic supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic, its effectiveness, and the obstacles faced. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected using Google Forms. The study results found that academic supervision was implemented by utilizing technology in the form of video call Zoom and Google meet applications. Other applications are also used to conduct discussions without video calls, such as WhatsApp and Telegram. The exciting thing is that school supervisors have used media questions in academic supervision activities. Constraints and solutions are also discussed to find the best solution in the future if academic supervision is still carried out online. The use of technology also has a positive impact in increasing the ability of school supervisors to use technology. Infrastructure improvements in rural areas are needed to ensure signal availability.

Abstract

The existence of the site is still used by many people. The site is a source that can be justified. In accessing a site, there must be a motive for its use. The motives that exist in a person in using a media, where in this research are sites, namely diversion, personal relationships, personal identity, and supervision. The theory that is the basis of this research is the theory of Uses and Gratification. While the data analysis method used in the research is quantitative with the survey method. The test results have shown that the questionnaire that has been given to all respondents is valid and reliable, based on the t test that has been carried out, it can be denied that the fulfillment of information needs by motives and consumption. The influence generated by motive and consumption can be neglected as having a positive effect, this can be seen from the Simple Regression Analysis. Abstract

The rapid development and advancement of technology has made significant changes to the condition of society, both in terms of policy, communication, biocracy, or at any existing institutions, without exception educational institutions. Educational institutions are institutions that are directly affected by developments in the times and technology, so that educational institutions are required to be able to keep up with any changes and developments in the vicinity, especially technological developments. The Education Management Information System or known as EMIS is a form of technological development, which is useful in providing real data for educational institutions as a support in managing new useful data and information for its users using computers and internet networks. Abstract

Sistem Informasi LENTERA atau Learn Technology and Entrepreneur Character UNIPMA adalah sebuah produk digital berbentuk online course yang nantinya bermanfaat untuk menampung seluruh dosen dan mahasiswa kampus dari berbagai bidang ilmu pendidikan untuk ikut aktif dalam berinteraksi secara daring sehinga dapat membangun kebiasaan baru dalam penerapan Smart Society di lingkup kampus UNIPMA. Dirancang serta dibangun dengan memanfaatkan Framework Scrum dan metode Agile Mindset sebagai metode manajemen projeknya. Framework Scrum sendiri adalah kerangka kerja atau framework yang biasa dipakai oleh organisasi kelompok kerja sehingga dapat memberikan solusi yang flexible dan berbobot pada permasalahan yang complex. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Lentera maka diharapkan dapat membantu Universitas PGRI madiun dalam mendukung Kota Madiun ikut andil bagian pada gerakan Smart City di Indonesia, sehingga dapat mencetak generasi muda yang memiliki wawasan luas dalam pengetahuan teknologi digital sehingga tercipta Smart Society dikalangan warga Indonesia dan dapat membantu seluruh warga Indonesia memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara maksimal

Abstract

Kondisi jalan sangat mempengaruhi aktivitas transportasi, aksesibilitas dan sosialisasi masyarakat yang menggunakan jalan sebagai perantanya. Kondisi jalan yang baik akan memperlancar perekonomian dan transportasi. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat memantau dan mengelola kondisi jalan untuk memudahkan identifikasi dan perbaikan jalan yang rusak. Sistem yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi geografis pengaduan jalan ruas jalan rusak berbasis mobile, sehingga diharapkan masyarakat berperan aktif dalam melaporkan serta mendata jalan-jalan yang mengalami kerusakan. Metode pengembangan sistem terdiri dari 6 tahapan yaitu system engineering, requirements analysis, desain, coding, testing, dan maintenance. Hasil penelitian berupa Sistem Informasi Geoografis Pengaduan Ruas Jalan Rusak Berbasis Mobile di Kabupaten Kediri. Sistem yang dihasilkan telah melalui tahapan dua tahapan pengujian yaitu (1) hasil rata-rata pengujian compatibility sistem informasi geografi pengaduan ruas jalan rusak berbasis mobile yakni sebesar 84,22% dan (2) hasil rata-rata pengujian compatibility sistem informasi geografi pengaduan ruas jalan rusak berbasis mobile yakni sebesar 79,6%. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan sistem informasi geografis pengaduan ruas jalan rusak berbasis mobile yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design an accounting information system for Room Rental Income Trends Using the Common Size Method at Grand Dian Boutique Hotel Cirebon, so that management can find out the rental income of each hotel room. The research method used is the waterfall method, where this method can explain the research steps systematically and sequentially in building an application. The object of this research is the Grand Dian Boutique Hotel Cirebon. The results of this study are an accounting information system application that can make room rental payment data, analysis of hotel room rental income using the common size method and report on hotel room rental income trends.
