Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu program pendukung proses pembelajaran sampai perguruan tinggi yang berfungsi mendukung program akademik yang mencakup pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Sejak awal berdirinya perpustakaan diwajibkan berperan dalam mendukung proses pendidikan antara lain adalah memberikan informasi (baik dalam bentuk buku, referensi dan lain-lain), mengkoordinasikan dan menggabungkan semua bentuk layanan untuk meninkatkan proses belajar mengajar, dan juga sebagai pembelajaran pelajar, pengembangan informasi dan pusat arsip sekolah. Perpustakaan adalah sebuah ruang dimana didalamnya terdapat banyak buku yang disusun berdasarkan sistem tertentu untuk digunakan sebagai media dalam mencari ilmu dan wawasan bagi semua orang. Semakin berkembangnya kegiatan dan inventaris suatu buku pada sebuah perpustakaan semakin bertambahnya anggota, maka diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat menampung semua informasi mengenai data-data tersebut secara cepat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dan metode pengambangan sistem. Pada metode pengumpulan data dilakukan wawancara dan observasi langsungÂ pada bagian sekolah perpustakaan Sma Negeri Nino Conis Santana Gleno. Selain,itu, juga studi pustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data-data baik perpustakaan maupun browsing dari internet. Sedangkan dalam metode pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan analisis masalah, permasalahan yang dihadapi dan pemecahan masalah mengenai analisis, perancagan input maupun output. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diperoleh hasil berupa perancangan sistem informasi perpustakaan yang membantu petugas untuk mempermudah dalam pengolahan dataÂ pada sistem informasi perpustakaan Sma Negeri Nino Conis Santana Gleno.

SMP Negeri 3 Juwana merupakan salah satu instansi pendidikan milik pemerintah kabupaten Pati yang terletak di kecamatan Juwana pada jalan Hangtuah desa Kudukeras. Sekolahan tersebut masih mengalami kesulitan dalam pengolahan data sekolah, khususnya pengolahan data pada perpustakaan yang masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan cara menuliskan pada buku besar dalam proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku serta pembuatan laporanÂ â laporan data perpustakaan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem perpustakaan yang terkomputerisasi dan berbasiskanÂ Client server, untuk proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku secara otomatis yang menghasilkan informasi yang cepat dan tepat. Dalam pengembangan sistem informasi di SMP Negeri 3 Juwana digunakan adalah menggunakan model pengembangan R & D, aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan MySQL untuk database, alat reader RFIDÂ (Radio Frequency Identification)sebagai alat untuk scan kartu, serta aplikasi Borland Delphi sebagai alat untuk pembuatan sistem informasi perpustakaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi Sstem Informasi Perpustakaan MenggunakanÂ Radio Frequency IdentificationÂ Berbasis Client Server untuk membantu mempercepat proses pencatatan data perpustakaan, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, serta pembuatan laporan âÂ laporan data perpustakaan, selain itu aplikasi dibuat untuk mengurangi kesalahan user pada saat melakukan semua proses pendataan dan transaksi di perpustakaan SMP Negeri 3 Juwana. Today the development of science and technology is dinamic, even faster than before, one of it is the existence of internet. Web is the collection of pages used to show information, motion pictures, audio, audio visual, both static or dinamic. Web can be used for information management system. The use of it will spread information dissemination and promotion of library to the users of Indonesian or abroad. So the library must optimize web as information system to achieve the purposeof library.

The satisfaction of library users is an indication to know how successful a library in giving good services. It is involved in the way how communication is being conducted and librarian behave to guide, direct, and provide information to its users. From here, library can show its roles when facing information technology today. The development of information technology has given a chance for library to develop its online retrieval system in which it can be used to help user to find the needed information. It is therefore important to note by all libraries around the world to consider today environment that the technology has been involved in many kind of human activities, including in library routines. The purpose of this study is to produce a web-based library information system, and produce operational guide of web-based library information system. Product web-based library information system which has been developed then validated by experts of information technology in web fields, practitioner (teacher) and practitioner (librarian). Products which have been validated next tested on 5th grade students of SDN Watukosek of the 36 children. Research results show the expert assessment of the information technology in web fields, practitioner teacher, librarian and practitioner gives criteria "Very Valid", while the results of field trials to the gives students the criteria of "Very Good", so that the web-based library information system fit for use.

Penerapan teknologi informasi telah menyebar hampir di semua bidang, tidak terkecuali di bidang perpustakaan. Perpustakaan telah berkembang dengan pesat dan dinamis, sistem manualnya dirasakan tidak lagi memadai untuk penanganan beban kerja, khususnya kegiatan rutin dalam bidang pengadaan, pengkatalogan, dan pengawasan sirkulasi. Keadaan demikian menuntut penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi komputer atau CBIS (Computer Base Information System). Pada penelitian ini dirancang suatu sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP MySQL. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan mampu mengatasi berbagai kebutuhan dari user untuk mencari informasi dan memudahkan bagian administrasi perpustakaan dalam melakukan transaksi pengolahan data buku perpustakaan, Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan penulis mengimplementasikan hasil penelitian tersebut kedalam sebuah bentuk Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web pada sekolah – sekolah di Bandar Lampung. Libraries are part of the learning resources that should be owned by every school or college. Because learners easily find the information or knowledge through library. With the development of technology make people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. One of them is to make the conventional system to a computerized system. The website by utilizing the facilities connected to the internet. libraries can be more effective and efficient in searching and ordering books.In this research, I have designed a web-based information systems using programming languages PHP MySQL. With this system, is expected to address the various needs of the user to search for books and book as well as facilitate the administration of the school in the circulation of borrowing books and preparing reports.From the research that has been conducted on these results the authors implement in Designing Library Information System Web-Based on SMA Negeri 1 Penengahan. Abstract - Libraries in general is a place that provides a collection of books and records in physical form. Libraries in general are managed by government agencies. As technology advances, a library can be converted into a digital library that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The existence of digital libraries can provide solutions to problems that exist among them, the lack of information providers container. Digital library that has been built not only functions as a provider of information, but a container that is able to accommodate the work of local authors. The digital library is built using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, accompanied by CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) and MySQL so that the process of website development can be faster and easier. The purpose of making this digital library website that is providing a public service that is accessible to all levels of society. While the library's collection is all of the work donated by donors in the form of a digital library. Before the results of the work was published, the administrator will be to check the contents of the collection that had been donated. The development of library services, especially in University is not be separated from the addition of system-based services online or through the assistance of the Internet network, commonly called the online library. Many ways in which transactions are carried out in order to attract visitors read perpusktakaan and provide ease of library services. Starting from beautify the library website page views, view the catalog online book inventory to enjoy libraries of books no longer have to be physical book but also provide e-book and journal thesis conducted at the college. Libraries in creating a website online is not only quite superior in the layout and design of the website only. But which should also be considered is the level of security of the website. To mengjhasilkan online library website is user friendly and secure from the threat of cyber crime, the researchers in this study memenggunakan Java Server Page as a web server.Â Keywords: Online Library, User Friendly, Java Server Page
