Abstract

Technology has also influenced various sectors, an example of technological development is the emergence of application software that makes it easier for companies. But not only that, one type of form of technology that is growing rapidly in the era of pademi is information and Communication Technology in the field of Education. With the existence of social media, the younger generation takes advantage of this to take part and influence the community by showing their intelligence to set an example to the community through social media. One of the things that need to be considered in creating a competitive advantage for culinary, fashion, music, tourism industry players in the pademi era is Database Building and Management, namely the application of a platform that includes WhatsApp Business and email lists as a data container for potential repeat purchases by consumers. Since the pandemic conditions, consumers prefer to buy food, clothing, household items dal other delivery rather than come on the spot. Adaptation for behavior towards the new normal by developing strategies such as social distancing, health consider, cashless, less contact must also be implemented by existing businesses. In the context of business, technology can provide changes so as to create a new point of view in business known as digital marketing or internet marketing that utilizes the internet as a market medium. Conventional businesses are more concerned with purchases made by consumers. However, with a circular business model, how consumers can obtain goods and services is more important. Conventional business success focuses more on the material benefits gained from the sale of goods or services. They are result oriented. However, circular businesses are more concerned with how they can create a balance between environmental, social, and profit aspects.

Abstract

The covid-19 virus pandemic in Indonesia has been taking place since February 2020, which almost knocked out all sectors of the economy, industry, trade and human mentality. Data as of April 13, 2020 shows that the number of people in Indonesia contaminated with the covid-19 virus totals 4557 people, with the number of deaths of 399 people and patients cured reached 380 people (Source detik.com). From this data, the Government of Indonesia enacts and urges all people to stay at home or Stay at Home. With the program to stay at home, many people do all activities from home from work, study, worship done at home together with family. The implementation of staying at home from March 13, 2020 until now makes some people feel saturated, can't wait to stay at home so that many people are not disciplined in doing this program and still do regular activities in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. The impact of impatience, indiscipline and disorderly behavior is what results in the number of contaminated sufferers every day is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize about the understanding that should be done especially by every Muslim in the face of the covid-19 pandemic disaster. The method used is to make a video of da'wah containing a short message about patience in the face of disasters that last approximately 3 minutes and upload it online then share the online link through the group in Whatsapp group. The hope of this devotion program is that the community, especially Muslims, will be encouraged and self-conscious to be able to stay at home until the End of the covid-19 pandemic. The results of this program after the video message was uploaded through Youtube then disseminated through Whatsapp group and watched approximately 150 times there are 25 people responded by sending a comment message to this video and 25 people will try to remain patient in the face of the test and implement government programs to stay home until the pandemic outbreak subsides.

Abstract

In the health sector, there is a lot of data that can be processed and utilized. Current technology can be used to process data and produce predictions or diagnosis of disease. To diagnose the disease, it is necessary to have a patient medical record or health data which have collected in the past. In the process of processing the data requires a method that is called data mining. In data mining, some methods can be used for example classification. One of the algorithms found in the classification method is the Naïve Bayes algorithm. Naïve Bayes is an algorithm of classification method that is often used. The improvement of the accuracy of Naïve Bayes algorithms can be done by using discretization and information gain. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of discretization and information gain in heart disease datasets. The data used in this study are datasets of heart disease obtained from the UCI repository of machine learning consisting of 270 instances and 14 features. In this study, the mining process uses k-fold cross-validation with a value of k = 10. The results of the application of the Naïve Bayes algorithm classification obtained an accuracy of 85.1852% while the accuracy of the Naïve Bayes algorithm with discretization and information gain accuracy increased to 85.5556%. The enhancement of accuracy is obtained from the removal of scales performed using information gain and discretization techniques on Naïve Bayes algorithms with an increase of 0.3704% compared with the accuracy of the Naïve Bayes algorithm.

Abstract

In this digital era, information technology has an important role for institutions, companies, communities, and governments. In carrying out the main tasks of the Semarang City Manpower Service, one of them is evaluating employee performance. In assessing the performance of the Semarang City Manpower Service employees using SIMPATIK which was developed by the Semarang City BKPP which was launched in 2018. Where the implementation of the new system needs to be evaluated further. This is due to the failure to implement e-government services, not because of the quality and capacity of the system, but because of the low user acceptance of these services. Thus, it is necessary to analyse the level of acceptance in using SIMPATIK services at the Semarang City Manpower Service whether it can be evaluated further. So that SIMPATIK can still exist to be used for various kinds of services contained in the application by ASN at the Semarang City Manpower Service. The method applied to data collection is the interview and questionnaire method. While the method applied to evaluate SIMPATIK is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by applying four research variables, namely perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), attitude toward using (ATU), and behavioural intentions (BI). To examine the data adopted the method of Structural Equation Model-partial Least Square (SEMPLS). The conclusion reached in this study is that all hypotheses developed in this study were accepted, except for PU on BI rejected because the value of T-Statistics (0.846) < T-Table (1.96) and P-Values were more than 0.05 with a value of 0.398 .
