Abstract

Batam merupakan kota yang terkenal dengan statusnya sebagai tujuan wisata andalan. Kota Batam memiliki fasilitas pariwisata yang sangat baik, aksesibilitas yang mudah, dan beragam fasilitas umum yang menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh information quality, information quantity, information credibility, needs of information, serta attitude towards information terhadap information adoption dan purchase intention pada wisatawan yang mengunjungi Kota Batam. Pendekatan yang digunakan berupa pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan terhadap 304 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik SEM-PLS dengan SMARTPLS Versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa information quality, information credibility, needs of information, dan attitude towards information membawa efek yang signifikan atas information adoption. Namun, information quantity tidak mendatangkan efek signifikan atas information adoption. Information adoption tidak dapat mendatangkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, information adoption mampu memediasi pengaruh information quality, needs of information, dan attitude towards information terhadap purchase intention, tetapi tidak mampu memediasi hubungan information quantity dan information credibility terhadap purchase intention

Abstract

Consumer purchase intention is a response that develops in a consumer after receiving stimulation from the product they see, in order to easily influence consumers, PIKARU products innovate through social media with interactive and dynamic content to make the spread of information, opinions, and recommendations faster. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how sociaI media's eIectronic word-of-mouth (e-wom) infIuences Generation Z's desire to buy Pikaru products online. The research sample for this quantitative study, which has 350 respondents overall, includes Gen Z residents in JABODETABEK who are between the ages of 18 and 24 and use Pikaru hair care. A questionnaire that used a Likert scale for measuring was used to collect data. The testing approach used in this study is StructuraI Equation ModeIing-PartiaI Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The resuIts show that online purchasing intentions are highly infIuenced by the following variables: information quality, quantity, credibility, needs, attitude towards information usefulness, and adoption.

Abstract

As technology advances fast and offers many conveniences. for humanity to complete good work in the fields of life, business and education. Quality Assurance Unit Unit Penjaminan Mutu (UPM) of Nationa University (UNAS) Information System Programas part of the Quality Assurance Agency Badan Penjaminan Mutu (BPM). UNAS to guarantee the safety activities of lecturers in the UNAS information system study program, in order to guarantee the quality of education. The implementation of an ongoing monitoring process requires a computerized system, with the hope to improve the quality and strengths in the evaluation process of improving lecturer competence. The evaluation process is still manual. The use of this manual system has not been maximized, and this concerns evaluation results that are prone to human error, such as incorrect data entry, the evaluation process and results are relatively longer. Storing information needed to improve lecturers' quality assurance is always late. therefore, an information system is needed that is expected to help the quality assurance unit (UPM). UNAS information system study program. In the data processing supported by the lecturer. The author wants to discuss web-based systems using the PHP framework namely Code Igniter (CI v.3) and MySQL DBMS. By using the method of SDLC design waterfall (waterfall) and system testing using the black-box method.

Abstract

Today, information is crucial and the flow of information is becoming more and more numerous, so their management is delicate, hence the need to use an information system that supports all production systems, and the majority of competitive advantages is achieved through the intelligent use of these information systems.It is in this context of disrupted information that the use of information systems is necessary in organizations, as they have greatly influenced the ways of work and management. For this purpose, they allow easy access to relevant information in quantity and in real time, the rapidity of analyzing this information and the possibilities for dissemination and exchange between the partners, without forgetting the possibilities for storage and archiving in a more secure way than human intervention could.The study examines the impact of quality of training, service quality, information system quality and information quality on the use of an information system. A quantitative study is conducted to test these effects, the findings of this research are mainly comprised by three facts: (1) the use of information systems is obligatory in the context of intensive information. (2) Voluntary or mandatory use status must be specified in the analysis, (3) there is no specific antecedent to the act of use of IS in the retail sector

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor penunjang terbesar penerimaan Indonesia. Hal ini selaras dengan keberadaan Indonesia sebagai negara yang dipenuhi destinasi wisata yang dapat memberikan suatu daya Tarik untuk wisatawannya. Hal ini menyebabkan semakin banyaknya pengusaha yang tertarik untuk membuka usaha perhotelan, sehingga persaingan semakin ketat. Maka dari itu, pengusaha perlu memaksimalkan strategi untuk meningkatkan purchase intention pada wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand reputation, information quality, quantity, credibility, sekaligus dengan customer reviews terhadap purchase intention pada aplikasi booking hotel via information usefulness. Pendekatan yang digunakan berupa pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 228 responden. Analisis data ditempuh dengan pemanfaatan SMART-PLS untuk pengujian hipotesanya. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara antara brand reputation, information quality, quantity, credibility, beserta customer reviews dalam membentuk information usefulness. Kemudian, peneliti juga membuktikan bahwa information usefulness mendatangkan efek signifikan dalam pembentukan purchase intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Information Quality, Information Quantity, Information Credibility (X) on Purchase Intention (Y) with Information Adoption (Z) as an intervention variable in UBW in Surabaya. The sample size in this study was carried out using the Slovin formula of 210 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data was obtained using a questionnaire measured by the Likert scale. This study uses PLS SEM analysis to analyze structural models and measurements. Based on the results of the study, Information Quality, Information Quantity, Information Credibility have a significant effect on UBW Information Adoption and Information Quality, Information Quantity, Information Credibility have a significant effect on UBW Purchase Intention, however Information Adoption did not have a significant effect on UBW's Purchase Intention.UBW Purchase Intention, Information Quality does not have a significant effect on Purchase Intention through Information Adoption, Information Quantity does not have a significant effect on Purchase Intention through Information Adoption, Information Credibility does not have a significant effect on Purchase Intention through Information Adoption.

Abstract

Tujuan diskusi dengan literasi kompotensi pada mengelola manajemen opini publik sebagai media komunikasi antara lebelling informative codes dengan lebelling literacy codes. Dengan tujuan literasi kompotensi dengan mengelola manajemen opini pada media komunikasi antara literasi informasi dengan literasi digital media. Dengan menggunakan metode narasi deskriptif pada literasi kompotensi lebelling informative literacy codes dengan komunikasi budaya. Dengan tujuan aplikasi hasil literasi informatif media sebagai komunikasi budaya pada bahan mediasi hasil data informative yang dikenal dengan mengenal literasi “literacy use” yang dapat dibicarakan pada topik “communication literacy” dengan metode literasi itu. Pada topik akses dan aksi literasi “access and action literacy” pada penampilan agenda progress “information literacy” pada pendekatan “component literacy” itu. Dengan metode literasi “metode literacy” itu “access and action literacy” pada diskusi “information literacy” dengan tahap klasifikasi “component literacy” pada data sumber literasi informasi analisis “topic literacy” pada “media communication literacy” secara factual dengan kompetensi “component competence” mengenal diskusi dalam literasi komunikasi istilahnya “literacy use” dengan pilihan rasional pada konteks literasi informasi “lebelling codes information literacy.”

Abstract

This study aims to determine wheter or not the influence of perceived brand information quality on unverified information sharing behavior through attitude towards verifying information on social media Twitter among Petra Christian University Students. The type of research used is quantitative methodology with a causal approach. The sampling technique in this study used is a purposive sampling method. The result of the study shows that perceived brand information quality significantly influences attitude towards verifying information and attitude towards verifying information also significantly influences unverified information sharing behavior.
