ALLIRI: Journal of Anthropology providing a platform that welcomes and acknowledges high quality empirical original research papers about the results of ethnographic/qualitative research on certain topics and is related to ethnic/social groups in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia; This article is a detailed discussion of applied and collaborative research with strong involvement between the author and the subject of collaborators in implementing intervention programs or other development initiatives that emphasize social, political and cultural issues; A theoretical writing that outlines the social and cultural theories related to the theoretical discourse of anthropology; Finally, the article is a critical review of anthropological references and other ethnographic books that must be published in at least the last 3 years.
