Journal Legal Advice (JLA) is an academic journal that focuses on current legal issues, policy analysis, and legal practice. This journal aims to provide a platform for academics, legal practitioners and researchers to publish the results of their research, as well as share knowledge and experience in various aspects of law. Scope: This journal covers, but is not limited to, the following themes: - Civil Law and Criminal Law - International Law - Business and Corporate Law - Environmental Law - Human rights - Dispute Resolution and Arbitration - Legal Policy and Reform Legal Advice is a peer-reviewed journal, published four times a year (March, June, September and December). It is hosted by the Magister of Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari.
