At-Tafakur: Journal of Sharīʿah and Legal Sciences (e-ISSN: 3089-1477) is a high-quality research journal dedicated to the advancement of scholarship in the fields of Islamic law and legal studies. The journal is published by the Islamic Family Law Study Programme, Department of Sharīʿah, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Az-Zain Sampang, and serves as a platform for researchers, academics, and legal practitioners to disseminate research findings and progressive, reflective scholarship. The journal is published biannually, in March and August, and aims to provide a reputable academic platform for the scholarly community and legal practitioners.
