Jurnal Ilmu Keolahragaan (JIKOR) is a national scientific journal that focuses on research, innovation, and development in the field of sports science. The journal aims to serve as a platform for researchers, academics, sports practitioners, and policymakers to share research findings and innovative ideas that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in sports, physical health, and athlete development. Articles published in this journal cover a wide range of topics, including sports physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, sports management, as well as performance enhancement and quality of life improvement through physical activity. The journal also welcomes studies that explore national sports policies, athlete development programs, and the application of emerging technologies to enhance sports performance. The scope of this journal includes, but is not limited to, the following fields: 1. ⁠Exercise Physiology. Studies on the body’s responses and adaptations to physical activity and their implications for performance and health. 2. Sports Biomechanics. Application of modern technology to enhance performance, monitor training, analyze sports data, and develop innovative training methods. 8. Modern Sports. Studies and development of modern sports branches such as e-sports, extreme sports, adventure sports, and innovations in sports technology and industry. 9. Traditional Sports and Local Wisdom. Research on the preservation, development, and revitalization of traditional Indonesian sports, cultural values, and their contribution to character building and national identity. 10. Sport Tourism. Studies on the integration of sports and tourism, development of sports tourism destinations, sports tourism events, and the role of sports in enhancing economic potential and regional promotion.
