Business System & Innovation Journal (BSIJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing theoretical and practical understanding of the relationships among business systems, digital technologies, organizational capabilities, and innovation. It aims to support the development of integrated, effective, responsible, and sustainable business systems across private, public, and nonprofit organizations. The journal’s scope covers business process management and integration; digital transformation and digital business; business information systems, including enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and supply chain management; business process automation and artificial intelligence; data analytics and business decision-making; organizational strategy and performance; innovation, agility, and resilience; human resource management and the future of work; leadership and organizational change; cross-functional and inter-organizational collaboration; governance, ethics, and responsible technology use; and sustainability and social responsibility.
