Based on the acquisition of learning outcomes of Grade IV students of SDN 24 Barung-barung Belantai in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities found that many student learning outcomes are still incomplete. The purpose of this study was to describe and get information about improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities through an instant assessment learning model with the media Choose Number in Class IV SDN 24 Barung-barung Belantai. This research is a classroom action research with research procedures including planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. Research data was collected using a test sheet. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results of the study and discussion showed that the learning model of Instant Assessment learning model with media Choose Number can improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities in Class IV SDN 24 Barung-barung Belantai. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 72.90 increased to 83.87 with an increase of 10.97%.

The results of observations and supervision carried out by the authors indicate that teachers at SDN 13 Sungai Pinang do not have the ability and good skills in carrying out their duties, especially in terms of using learning media. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve the ability of teachers to use learning media by conducting individual guidance-based mentoring at SDN 13 Sungai Pinang. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 3 class teachers at SDN 13 Sungai Pinang. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using average. The results showed that individual guidance-based mentoring activities can improve the ability of teachers to design, determine and use learning media. This is evidenced by the initial data of the teacher's ability before the implementation of individual guidance-based mentoring activities is still in the unfavorable category. Then after conducting individual guidance-based mentoring activities, the teacher's ability increases which can be seen from the improvement of the quality of learning media created by the teacher and an increase in the teacher's ability to use the media in the class to be 79.67 (good) in cycle I and after that increase in cycle II to be 87.33 (very good).

Based on observations on the competence of teachers at SDN 17 Simaung Cumateh in compiling a Class Action Research Proposal in the phenomenon found that the ability of teachers in compiling classroom action research is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving the ability of teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research Proposals through the CLCK coaching model (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) Based on Intensive Assistance at Simaung Cumateh Elementary School. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 5 SDN 17 Simaung Cumateh teachers. Research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data is analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the Intensive Assistance-Based CLCK coaching model can improve the ability of teachers in preparing Classroom Action Research Proposals at Simaung Cumateh Elementary School. Analysis of the quality of PTK proposals made by the teacher shows that the teacher's ability to compile a Class Action Research Proposal increases from cycle I to cycle II. The ability of the teacher in preparing the Class Action Research Proposal in cycle I was 71.50 (enough) to increase to 93.00 (good) in cycle II.

the role of the teacher is very important in PBM and it is expected that the teacher has a good teaching method and is able to choose the right learning method and in accordance with the subject concepts to be delivered. One of the right learning models in science learning is the Snowball Throwing learning model. The problems that want to be studied in this research are: Can the use of the Snowball Throwing learning model improve the results of the split of science in Grade IV students of SDN 17 Simaung Cumateh? The purpose of this action research is to improve the learning outcomes of Grade IV SDN 17 Simaung Cumateh through the Snowball Throwing learning model. This study used two rounds of classroom action research. Each round consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The target of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN 17 Simaung Cumateh. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the results of the analysis of science learning model has a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes which is characterized by an increase in student learning completeness in each cycle, namely cycle I 52.63%, and cycle II 94.37%. The conclusion of this study is Snowball Throwing learning model has a positive influence, which can improve student learning outcomes which is indicated by the average student answers stating that students are interested and interested in the Snowball Throwing learning model so that they become motivated to learn.

The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the Improvement of Teacher's pedagogic competencies in Developing Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) Through In House Training (IHT) at Tarab River 1 Junior High School. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subject consisted of 4 teachers who taught at Tarab River 1 Junior High School. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the In House Training (IHT) can improve the pedagogical competence of the teacher in preparing lesson plans. This is evidenced by the value of the initial teacher competency before the program is 74. Then after IHT activities there is an increase in the first cycle is 78.70 (good) and after that increases in cycle II to 87.56 (Very good)

Based on the learning outcomes of Class VII.E students at SMP 4 Lintau Buo in Mathematics, it was found that student learning outcomes in Mathematics were still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics through the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) Type Cooperative Learning Model in Class VII.E 4 Lintau Public High School Buo Tanah Datar District. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subject of the study consisted of 21 students of Class VII.E of SMP 4 Lintau Buo. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Think-Pair-Share (TPS) Type Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics at Lintau Buo 4 Middle School. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 54.53 (sufficient), increasing to 83.93 (good) with an increase of 29.40%.

The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics Subject matter in Numbers through the STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model in Class VII. 1SMPN 3 Batusangkar Tanah Datar District. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 23 students of Class VII.1 SMPN 3 Batusangkar. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Model STAD Type can improve student learning outcomes in the Principal Numbers Mathematics subject at Batusangkar 3 Public Middle School. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 66.78 (sufficient), increasing to 82.59 (good) with an increase of 15.81%.

The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the Efforts to Improve Student Learning Activities in Science Subjects through the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Model in Class VIII.2 of SMP 3 Pariangan. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 23 students of Class VIII.2 of SMP 3 Pariangan. The research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve student learning activities in science subjects at Pariangan Middle School. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects through a Portfolio learning model in Class VII.A SMPN 2 Sungai Tarab District Tanah Datar. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 20 students of Class VII.A SMPN 2 in Tarab River. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Portfolio learning model can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects at Tarab River 2 Junior High School. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 59.62 (Less) increased to 83.82 (good) with an increase of 24.21
