Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Komputer
Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Komputer (JTSiskom, e-ISSN: 2338-0403) adalah terbitan berkala online nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Departemen Teknik Sistem Komputer, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia. JTSiskom menyediakan media untuk mendiseminasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, pengembangan dan penerapannya di bidang teknologi dan sistem komputer, meliputi sistem embedded, robotika, rekayasa perangkat lunak dan jaringan komputer. Lihat fokus dan ruang lingkup JTSiskom. JTSiskom terbit 4 (empat) nomor dalam satu tahun, yaitu bulan Januari, April, Juli dan Oktober (lihat Tanggal Penting). Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal ini akan ditelaah setidaknya oleh 2 (dua) orang reviewer. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JTSiskom telah terindeks DOAJ, BASE, Google Scholar dan OneSearch.id Perpusnas. Lihat daftar pengindeks. Artikel yang dikirimkan harus sesuai dengan Petunjuk Penulisan JTSiskom. JTSiskom menganjurkan Penulis menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi, seperti Mendeley, Endnote atau lainnya. Penulis harus register ke jurnal atau jika telah teregister, dapat langsung log in dan melakukan lima langkah submisi artikel. Penulis harus mengupload Pernyataan Pengalihan Hak Cipta saat submisi. Artikel yang terbit di JTSiskom akan diberikan nomer identifier unik (DOI/Digital Object Identifier) dan tersedia serta bebas diunduh dari portal JTSiskom ini. Penulis tidak dipungut biaya baik untuk pengiriman artikel maupun pemrosesan artikel (lihat APC/Article Processing Charge). Jurnal ini mengimplementasikan sistem LOCKSS untuk pengarsipan secara terdistribusi di jaringan LOCKSS privat.

Increasing requirement for information in every year become an important requirement for every society, organizations, and others institution. Semarang State University (Unnes) had using online information systems in every aspect. It needs high speed and reliable internet connection, so the using of two Internet Service Provider (ISP) or public pathways are highly commended. Internet access point density due to the number of users such as students, faculty, and employees to be one of the factors that can interfere with such information systems. Routing settings on Mikrotik router become one of the solutions to reduce density access to the Internet. The function of policy-based routing is to separate the path which will be passed when the accessing the Internet and the function of failover technique is to move path automatically if one access point (ISP) impaired / down. Comparison before and after applying these two techniques while accessing the Unnes information systems results increasing access speed with 4 ms response time faster than before used policy-based routing.

One of the obstacles to doing cultivation of horticulture plant is to overcome pest and disease. Pest and disease attack can decrease productivity and even causes harvest fail that influence toward one of income sources in the country. Therefore the diagnose on pest and disease must be done fastly and accurately. One of horticulture plant is red onion and chili plant. An expert system is offered as the second choice after expert on consultation. Using Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) method, combination inference engine and backward chaining for diagnosing pest and horticulture plant disease created as giving the solution. The technique of reasoning used in this research is rule-based. The result of the research is an application that can be used to diagnosis pest and disease horticulture plant, that are red onion and chili. By this application, the farmer can determine quick action should be taken if the farm pests and diseases, without waiting for a consultation with an expert to do the handling. The application result also could be a learning system to the farmer about pest and disease horticulture plant.

The lecturer has the main duty of Tridharma of Higher Education, namely education, research and community service. Currently, the assessment of lecturers using questionnaires by students at the Padang Institute of Technology is still ineffective and the data is less valid. With this application, the internal quality assurance agency of Padang Technology Institute will not be bothered to calculate student questionnaire data as much as 2500 people. The results of this application provide a detailed value to the lecturer, in which a lecturer has a low score and in which part a lecturer excels based on the question items. This value will be calculated by the application of each student who has filled the questionnaire. The application will provide information on the value of the whole lecturer and can be the basis to make improvements to the weakness of the lecturer in detail and accurately. This application is designed using PHP programming language and MySql database. Lecturer performance appraisal results can be obtained directly, to determine the highest to lowest score and can also see the results of the overall lecturer's score accessed on the account of each lecturer on the campus information system.

In Indonesia, cases of meningitis happen quite a lot because meningitis patients are not aware that he was infected with meningitis. This is because the early symptoms resemble regular headaches. Lack of community information about a disease and its symptoms and causes make the process of treatment is slow so it can make the disease worse and fatal. This research is devoted to makes of meningitis expert system that can be used by the public to solve the problem. This expert system is developed using Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC). The steps to create an expert system using this method are assessment, acquisition of knowledge, design, and testing. This application tested using black box testing methods and directly testing by an expert. Based on test results showed a qualitative testing that system there is no error of its functions. Application of expert system can make the process of diagnosis according to the data obtained from the experts. For renew of disease and symptoms, it can be done by modifying the database.

Device monitoring tool on a computer network is required by the administrator to perform management of the device. This research produces web applications using PHP that is capable of monitoring and collecting device information on the network. This app uses SNMP and Syslog protocols to perform monitoring on the device. Device information will be collected on the monitor server and displayed in web-based applications. This app using crontab to be able to monitor every minute. This application can also send a warning message in the form of SMS and email to the administrator when an error occurs on the device so that handling is expected to be faster done. This web application can make it easier for administrators to monitor devices anywhere.

This research developed a mobile wall climbing robot prototype using 4 DC motors as its driver and a suction tube. It can avoid obstacles. This robot uses Arduino Mega 2560 as its controller board. The robot's weight is 747 grams. The suction tube produces a suction force of 7.815N capable of holding the robot load in a stall vertical position using 12V of voltage. The robot able to crawl down and horizontal, but still can not climb vertically. The robot is able to receive a command of motion manually from a 2.4GHz wireless joystick. In automatic mode, the robot can avoid obstacles using the HC-SR04 proximity sensor. This research also shows the relationship between suction force and the given voltage of DC brushless motor and its throttle value.

One of the important aspects in industrial field is a good material handling in logistics. Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) can be an alternative to making an optimal logistics system. A widely used type of AGV based on its navigation system is line follower robot. This paper explains about applying the line follower robot integrated with LabVIEW to implement ultrasonic sensor as a radar to determine an empty space in logistic storage. The utilization of ultrasonic radar makes the searching process of empty space in the storage faster. Meanwhile, LabVIEW interface is used to help the operator to monitor material handling process. The result of the testing showed that ultrasonic sensor reading in Virtual Instrument LabVIEW has a good precision level when the line follower robot moves in a straight path. The error rate was 6,19% compared to the real situation.
