Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the recruitment process performed by National Mandate Party in recruiting Government Regent candidate in the general election of district head directly in South Lampung at 2015. Method used in this research was qualitative experiment method with interactive analysis. Result of the research based on interview, observed documentation files, and the rule of law as guided in recruitment process by National Mandate Party South Lampung, showed that recruitment process at National Mandate Party was open with several indicators: (1) open candidacy for public in other words there is no party cadre monopoly; (2) several candidates were socialized in order to get response and idea from public; (3) selected candidates were established through convention democratically and can be accepted by society. Abstract

This article attempts to explain the Rasol tradition as the local cultural wisdom of the Buloar Society. The Rasol tradition is the heritage of the ancestors of the Buloar people from the adherents of dynamism and animism that eventually come into contact with established religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and then also in touch with Islam as a well-established religion that continues in the form of acculturation of Islamic face. The heritage of the ancestors is still preserved in the local culture that still runs in the form of rituals and symbols. Ritual becomes the framework of action to present and relate well to God arranged in a prayer as a way of expressing hope for salvation from all the efforts it undertakes, while symbols provide a way to express meaning through the media with certain symbols to show the sacred and profane meaning of the Rasol tradition. Rasol is a system that is lived by the community, preserved by the role of elite and community leaders, as well as the participation of the community members. This is recognized as local Islam in the local cultural wisdom of the people of Buloar. Keywords: Tradition, Rasol, Islamic perspective.

Abstract

Syaikh Ja'far is one of the leading movers in the field of morals who are consistent towards the youth generation. The medium used is the Book of 'Iqd al-Jaw?hir (gem necklace) better known as al-Barzanj?. In the context of morality of Syaikh Ja'far, there are two main morally individual nature, namely: morals to God, morals to apply simple and grateful, morals towards children and parents, morals against people who did wrong, morals in anger, and; morals in social form, among others: morals in mingle, morals in the profession of work, morals in the family, morals against the weak and the leaders. There are many concepts of moral education in accordance with the concept of character education, because the character is related to moral strength which connotes 'positive' rather than neutral. Thus, the 'character person' is a person who has a positive moral quality, and this should be applicable by using various approaches to produce learners who really have a superior character. Abstract

Sastra memiliki banyak fungsi, seperti untuk menunjukkan cinta, melambangkan, memprotes atau menyindir sesuatu. Novel adalah karya sastra yang memiliki banyak teori dan metode. Haroun and The Sea of Stories adalah sebuah novel yang kisahnya memiliki tujuan untuk menyindir Ayatullah Khomeini. Novel ini ditulis oleh Salman Ruhdie di pengasingan. Novel ini sangat menarik untuk dibaca oleh setiap generasi pada berbagai kondisi. Anak-anak akan melihat novel ini menarik karena membuat mereka bahagia, dan orang-orang yang memahami teori sastra atau mereka tidak pernah membaca teori satire secara langsung akan melihat apakah novel ini memiliki arti yang serius. Selain itu, novel ini juga menarik untuk dianalisis dari berbagai sisinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjawab tiga masalah penelitian berikut: siapa satire yang diwakili; apa isi dan siapa targetnya. Penulis menggunakan kritik sastra sebagai metode dan menggunakan pendekatan ekspresif untuk menganalisis novel ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan satire diwakili oleh tindakan Khattam-Shud dan peristiwa yang terjadi, seperti meracuni lautan, membuat hukum diam atau dia berada di bawah kekuasaan idola. Ada dua isi satir dan satu sasaran. Pertama adalah kritik dan yang kedua adalah ejekan. Ayatullah Khomeini sebagai target karena ia adalah faktor tokoh dengan fatwanya yang membuat kondisi menjadi buruk atau lebih buruk. Dia mendapat kritik karena dia, menurut novel tersebut, membuat penilaian buruk terhadap novel dan kebijakannya melarang masyarakat membaca dan menulis novel. Dia juga mendapat ejekan karena tindakannya tidak pantas dilakukan, sebagai pemimpin agama tidak menjaga perdamaian. Kata Kunci: Karya sastra, Satire dan Sasaran

Abstract

In the field of marketing, it is in need of adequate media to convey its business promotional messages. The atmosphere of competition makes various promotional patterns to attract consumers as much as possible. Advertising, for example, this one has the characteristics and need a delicate consideration for the selection of suitable media. Advertising media that is common instead of television and print is radio. Radio ads have their own characteristics compared to other media. The company's effort to create satisfaction can be done through the quality of service provided. The maximum quality of service directly can give the maximum consumers' expectation. By having good service quality then they can fulfil all forms of demand for products or services offered to consumers. Quality of service in accordance with the expectations of consumers by itself will support the company's efforts in order to achieve the goals set by the company both short and long-term, including in the business of radio broadcasting. In the end, it can influence the listener behaviour. Da'wah is the way to invite, call and influence people to always adhere to the teachings of Allah SWT in order to obtain the happiness of life in the world and hereafter. Inviting to the way of Allah SWT is our obligation. The success of his invitation reflects the prospect and preservation of future Islamic developments, for the advancement and retreat of religion rests with the adherents of His followers. Abstract

The concern of the nation that is experiencing crises in various aspects of life makes the role of education especially in schools questionable. However, it can not be assessed so because in realizing the purpose of education in addition to the role of the school there is also the role of family and society. Pringu Bululawang Malang is a village with a majority of the Moslem population, but they still have not done their duty as Moslem well. Along with the development of Islam in Pringu, this condition began to change marked by the emergence of awareness of carrying out obligations as Moslem. This development can be seen, among others, by the existence of various Islamic educational activities implemented to develop the character of Islamic teenagers there. Leaders and community leaders, as well as citizens of the community, seemed enthusiastic to support and develop the education of youth Islamic character there. The result of the research found that; (1) the community empowerment mapping strategy undertaken is area mapping, problems, potential, infrastructure suggestions, and character education; (2) community empowerment planning strategy that is carried out is the formation of the board, the formulation of the problem handling program, the exploration of empowerment potential, the utilization of village facilities and the house of the citizens, the inculcation of character education value; (3) management strategy undertaken is routine meetings, socialization of the program, making the community as a source of development, utilization of village facilities, the inculcation of character values through religious and social activities.
