Abstract

Image quality assessment (IQA) acting as a noteworthy part in a variety of image processing applications. Manipulative eminence of an image is essential predicament in image and record handling and a range of procedure have been anticipated for IQA.widespread psychological substantiation shows that humans favor to conduct evaluations qualitatively comparative than numerical. However most frequently used IQA metrics are not reliable fine with the individual judgments of image quality. For the majority of the applications, the perceptual momentous compute is the one which can routinely estimate the worth of images or videos involving reliable behavior. This article explains about the various methods and their behavior towards the assessment of image quality.

Abstract

Today, with the emergence of data mining technology and access to useful data, valuable information in different areas can be explored. Data mining uses machine learning algorithms to extract useful relationships and knowledge from a large amount of data and offers an automatic tool for various predictions and classifications. One of the most common applications of data mining in medicine and health-care is to predict different types of breast cancer which has attracted the attention of many scientists. In this paper, a hybrid model employing three algorithms of Naive Bayes Network, RBF Network, and K-means clustering is presented to predict breast cancer type. In the proposed model, the voting approach is used to combine the results obtained from the above three algorithms. Dataset used in this study is called Breast Cancer Wisconsin taken from data sources of UCI. The proposed model is implemented in MATLAB and its efficiency in predicting breast cancer type is evaluated on Breast Cancer Wisconsin dataset. Results show that the proposed hybrid model achieves an accuracy of 99% and mean absolute error of 0.019 which is superior over other models.

Abstract

Legacy software documents are hard to understand and visualize. The tag cloud technique helps software developers to visualize the contents of software documents. A tag cloud is a well-known and simple visualization technique. This paper proposes a new method to visualize software documents, using a tag cloud. In this paper, tags visualize in the cloud based on their frequency in an alphabetical order. The most important tags are displayed with a larger font size. The originality of this method is that it visualizes the contents of JavaDoc as a tag cloud. To validate the JavaDocCloud method, it was applied to NanoXML case study, the results of these experiments display the most common and uncommon tags used in the software documents.

Abstract

Aerodynamic is a branch of fluid dynamics that evaluates the behavior of airflow and its interaction with moving objects. The most important application of aerodynamic is in aerospace engineering, designing and construction of flying objects. Reduction of noise emitted by aerodynamic objects is one of the most important challenges in this area and many efforts have been to reduce its negative effects. The prediction of noise emitted from these aerodynamic objects is a low-cost and fast approach that can partially replace the "fabrication and testing" phase. One of the most common and successful tools in prediction procedures is data mining technology. In this paper, the performance of different data mining algorithms such as Random Forest, J48, RBF Network, SVM, MLP, Logistic, and Bagging is evaluated in predicting the amount of noise emitted from aerodynamic objects. The experiments are conducted on a dataset collected by NASA, which is called "Airfoil Self-Noise". The obtained results illustrate that the proposed hybrid model derived from the combination of Random Forest and Bagging algorithms has better performance compared to other methods with an accuracy of 77.6% and mean absolute error of 0.2279.

Abstract

With the urbanization and the increasing pervasiveness of medical system, the systems utilizing digital technologies for their operation generates enormous amounts of digital traces capable of reflecting in real-time human behaviors and health situation in the city. It is not only transforming how we study the urbanization effect on disease’s emergence and spread in cities but opens up new possibilities for tools that give people access to up-to-date information about urban dynamics the situation of diseases. Moreover, it was allowing us to make decisions that are more in sync with their environment. This paper introduces a prototype for exploring the dynamic of diseases-urbanization and supports urban planner meaningful access to large amounts of data capable of informing their decisions. We describe the technology context in this project, illustrate the requirements and the architecture of the platform to serve as a base for monitoring the health situation of the city. Finally, we shows the validity and practicability of the system by using real data in M city, China, which including electronic medical record, cellular network data, public transport, Census data.

Abstract

The ideal soil temperature and humidity in red chilli pepper seedling is very important in the growth of the plant. The cultivation of red chili plants in greenhouses is very good, because the environment in greenhouses can be manipulated according to the needs of the plants. The ideal temperature for red chili breeding is 25oC to 27oC, for soil moisture drainage and aeration must be maintained during growth. Red pepper plants can grow well in moisture 50% to 70%, irregular soil moisture can cause rooting disease and root decay in plants. Cultivation of plants in greenhouses can maintain the nursery process, because the plants can be cultivated in accordance with the Operational Procedure Standards (SOP). Generally the farmers in breeding of red pepper is done in a trational way. In the process of temperature control and soil moisture using fuzzy method where the system can work automatically, which can facilitate the work of farmers in seeding plants from uncertain environmental conditions outside. In the measurements that have been done can be taken conclusion percentage error mean temperature from setpoint which have been set at the time in the morning equal to 2,48%, at noon equal to 9,79% and at night equal to 1,93%. Then each addition of 1 second watering, soil humidity rise up to 0.067%.

Abstract

Regarding the huge spread of technology among individuals and enterprises, technologies and electronic communications  become one of the most important pillars of the operation of small and large enterprises alike, and the source of education and entertainment for individuals, this led to thinking about the risks of reliance on this technology and the impact on the economic index of enterprises market, reputation and the safety of individuals and enterprises, these fears forced the  experts and decision-makers to think about information security and develop new methods to measure and assess the level of protection of information and data in enterprises and privacy of individuals. This paper introducing a review of recent cyber-security measuring and assessment methodologies and tools based on industry best practices for the measure and assesses of network security and protection of a modern enterprise data network. The analysis is based on a study the methods for the measurement and assessment of information security at the physical and technical level, penetration testing and identification of weaknesses in the cyber-security system followed and policies used in modern enterprises. A comprehensive description of the strengths, weaknesses, and licensing conditions for tools is presented. Moreover, major security requirements associated with modern enterprises is discussed and analyzed to discover vulnerability in the existing systems and explain the potential impact of this vulnerability.

Abstract

The project Criminal Record Management System in the perspective of Somalia is a Criminal record management system that uses to record crime activities of criminals. It can be used to report criminal activities. This project is mainly useful for law and enforcement agencies in Somalia. The law and enforcement authority can preserve records of the criminals and search for any criminal using the system. This is an online web application with a database system in which police will keep the record of criminals who have been arrested.  We have used HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, MySql and Bootstrap to develop this system.  We have also used binary search algorithm to find a criminal from the database. The project's interface is very user-friendly and helpful for authority.

Abstract

In modern data centres of cloud computing contains virtualization system. In order to improve network stability, energy efficiency, and makespan proper virtualization need. The virtual machine is one of the examples of virtualizations. Cloud computing data centres consist of millions of virtual machine to manage load balancing. In this study check the different number of virtual machine role in data centres, for that purpose, we established a network with the help of cloudsim and compare different data centres at each zones taking a different number of the virtual machine with different paramater and network banwith. After the simulation the result shows that increasning in the number of VM can affect the netwok accuracy in term of energy ,processing time ,coast and network stabality .
