Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the positive effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job involvement on employee performance at Bank Muamalat Surakarta. This research methodology using explanatory research type, the researcher conducted a survey and jumped into the research location by giving questionnaires to the employees of Bank Muamalat Surakarta directly. This study uses a quantitative method, where this method is used to test the hypothesis. The population of this research is all employees of Bank Muamalat Surakarta as many as 60 people as well as the research sample. The sampling technique used total sampling technique, where the number of samples was the same as the population. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between job satisfaction factors (X1) on the employee performance of Bank Muamalat Surakarta, there was a significant influence between organizational commitment factors (X2) on the employee performance of Bank Muamalat Surakarta, there was a significant influence between job involvement factors (X3) on the performance of employees of Bank Muamalat Surakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the soundness level of Bank Syariah Mandiri with the method of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital. The research method uses quantitative methods. Production factors in the RGEC method are the risk profile using credit risk (NPF), liquidity risk (FDR), income (ROA, ROE and BOPO) and capital (CAR). On the results of Good Corporate Governance using data processed and obtained from PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The object of this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. This research period is 2013-2017. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive and using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Car), as for the benchmarks to determine the soundness level of a bank after each examination, namely by determining the results of the study classified into the bank's health rating. The results showed that the health of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri which uses the Risk Profile approach, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital as a whole can be said that Bank Syariah Mandiri is a fairly healthy bank.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Zakat, Infaq, and Productive Shadaqah on the growth of micro-businesses and the welfare of mustahiq in Purworejo Regency, and also to determine the effect of the growth of micro mustahiq businesses on the welfare of mustahiq in Purworejo Regency. This research belongs to the explanatory or confirmatory research category, namely want to get an explanation of the relationship between variables. The object to be examined/analyzed for its relationship is the variable Zakat Infaq Sadaqah (ZIS) productive with microbusiness variables and the mustahiq welfare variable in BAZNAS Purworejo Regency. This research is qualitative research. The results showed that Productive Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah affected the growth of mustahiq microbusinesses in Purworejo District, whereas Productive Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah had no effect on mustahiq welfare in Purworejo District, while the growth of Mustahiq microbusiness did not affect the welfare of Mustahiq in Purworejo District. The potential of ZIS in Purworejo Regency is actually quite large, if they distribute their zakat through BAZNAS Purworejo Regency will raise more funds for the benefit of the Ummah. Keywords: Productive ZIS, Growth, prosperity, mustahiq, BAZ Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Zakat, Infaq dan Shadaqah Produktif terhadap pertumbuhan usaha mikro dan kesejahteraan mustahiq di Kabupaten Purworejo, serta juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan usaha mikro mustahiq terhadap kesejahteraan mustahiq di Kabupaten Purworejo.Penelitian ini termasuk kategori Penelitian eksplanatori atau confirmatory, yakni ingin mendapatkan penjelasan mengenai hubungan antar variabel. Objek yang akan diteliti/dianalisis hubungannya adalah variabel Zakat Infaq Shadaqah (ZIS) produktif dengan variabel usaha mikro dan variabel kesejahteraan mustahik pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Purworejo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Zakat, Infaq dan Shadaqah Produktif berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan usaha mikro mustahiq di Kabupaten Purworejo, sedangkan Zakat, Infaq dan Shadaqah Produktif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan mustahiq di Kabupaten Purworejo, adapun pertumbuhan usaha mikro mustahiq tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan mustahiq di Kabupaten Purworejo. Potensi ZIS di Kabupaten Purworejo sebenarnya cukup besar, apabila mereka menyalurkan zakatnya melalui BAZNAS Kabupaten Purworejo akan terkumpul dana yang lebih besar bagi kemaslahatan ummat.

Abstract

Brand equity is one of the most critical issue of marketing. It has four indicator such as brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand associations and perceived value which affect purchase intention. However in Indonesia, brand equity is not the only factors that affect customer intention to purchase. One of the most important factor is halal label because the majority of population is Muslim who wanted halal guarantee of the product before buying and consuming. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to determine of how brand equity and halal label affect purchase intention of Lifebuoy products. The survey conducted on Muslim students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia which distributed online. By using multiple linear regression techniques to analyze the data, the result indicates that brand equity has positive significant effect to purchase intention. Meanwhile halal label has negative significant effect to purchase intention of Muslim student Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.

Abstract

The aims of the research is to find out the financial soundness of Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) seen from the capital factor (CAR), financing (FDR), profitability (ROA & ROE), and credit risk (NPF). This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The data used are the 2014-2018 financial statements. The results of this study indicate that BSM in terms of capital using the CAR ratio shows an average CAR ratio of 14.75%. This means that BSM in terms of capital is ranked very well. This means that BSM's ability to generate profits is ranked quite well. Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of financing using the FDR ratio shows an average FDR ratio of 79.81%. This means that BSM's ability to repay short-term loans and meet agreed financing is at a healthy rating. Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of profitability using the ROA and ROE ratio shows an average ROA of 0.53% and ROE of 6%. Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of credit risk using the NPF ratio shows an average NPF ratio of 3.18%. This means that there is very little credit provided by Bank Syariah Mandiri and the bank is viewed from the aspect of credit risk, including in a good rating. From the results of these research, indicate that the the soundness level of Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) is in a good level of soundness.

Abstract

This study discusses Shopee's e-commerce business ethics based on maqashid sharia in realizing business continuity. Business ethics are the foundation of contemporary business because buyers and sellers do not meet in person. Maintaining the trust of two parties, an absolute requirement for online trading, it is important to apply business ethics based on maqashid sharia. The implication of this is the building of mutual trust between buyers, sellers and Shopee online stores. This study aims to reveal the implications of implementing business ethics based on maqashid sharia at Shopee. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research with field research. In the research results, Shopee applies business ethics based on maqashid sharia so that buyers are increasing and sellers are more loyal and Shopee's business continuity is getting stronger.

Abstract

The issue of merging Islamic banking in Indonesia is important as an effort to increase market share and competitiveness, while the social responsibility practice of Islamic banking in Indonesia is in the lowest rank among Southeast Asian Muslim countries. Are two things important for public confidence in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia, which has a less informative predicate and not implementing social activities performance. Purpose this paper to explaine implementation of social responsibility for state-owned Islamic banking. Qualitative descriptive research method using Ethnographic Content Analysis (ECA) technique from annual reports with purposive sampling technique are BNI Syariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri and BRI Syariah at 2014-2018 using the Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) Index by AAOIFI. The results showed are funding and investment with (68.89%), products and services (91.11%), employees (68.72%), society (75.15%), environment (46.67%), and corporate governance (88.44%), a whole revealed that the social responsibility of state-owned Islamic banking (73.16%). Conclusion predicate of implementing social responsibility is very informative (products and services as well as corporate governance), informative (funding and investment, employees, community) and less informative (environment) so that the implementation of social responsibility in state-owned Islamic banking is informative in the order of BSM, BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah,

Abstract

This study aims to explain the positioning of the Halal Industry in Indonesia. This study also identifies opportunities and challenges in its development. The method used in this study is a descriptive-qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative analysis through data reduction, categorization, and verification. This research found that Indonesia has the potential to develop the Halal Industry in various sectors, especially halal food, halal travel, halal fashion, and halal finance. The development of the Halal Industry also has the potential to increase national economic growth. However, Indonesia must face various challenges such as the low halal awareness, low local product competitiveness, and problems in implementing the Halal Product Guarantee Regulation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the four aspects of RGEC on the assessment of the bank's health level at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. This research uses RGEC method consisting of risk profile, good corporate governace, earning and capital. The sampling techniques in this study used saturated sample methods. And the sample used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Bank BRI Syariah from 2013 to 2018. As one of the sharia public banks in Indonesia, BRI Syariah Tbk bank must maintain the bank's health level in the following years in order to maintain public trust, customers and stake holders towards BRI Syariah Tbk bank. There are several assessment indicators in certain years that fluctuate, this needs to be considered so that in the following years the indicator is maintained stability so as not to adversely affect performance. PT Bank BRI Syariah Tbk also needs to lower operating costs from rank 5 which is unhealthy to rank 1 very healthy in order to maintain the company's performance by increasing profit, especially operating profit. PT Bank BRI Syariah Tbk also needs to lower the percentage rate of Earnings (Rentability) from unhealthy, unhealthy, healthy enough to be a healthy or very healthy rating, with the aim of ordering PT. Bank BRI Syariah Tbk has a higher profit.
