Abstract

ABSTRAKPartisipasi politik pada hakikatnya sebagai ukuran untuk mengetahuikualitas kemampuan warga Negara, dalam menginterprestasikan sejumlah symbolkekuasaan kedalam simbol?simbol pribadi. Kegiatan partisipasi politik pada intinyatertuju pada subjek, yaitu pemilihan pemimpin dan melaksanakan kebijakanpemimpin. Penelitian ini mencoba memotret bagaimana partisipasi politikmasyarakat di kecamatan Mbua Kabupaten Nduga pada pemilihan anggotalegislative tahun 2014. Partisipasi politik pada pileg tahun 2014 di kecamatanNduga sangat tinggi, namun bukan partisipasi politik yang ideal. Karena partisipasiyang dilakukan oleh masyarakat masih diwarnai dengan politik uang.Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Politik: PilegABSTRACTPolitical participation is essentially a measure to determine the quality of theability of citizens, in interpreting a number of symbols of power into personal symbols.Political participation activities are basically focused on the subject, namely theelection of leaders and implementing leaders' policies. This study tries to portray howthe political participation of the community in the Mbua Nduga sub-district in the2014 legislative election. Political participation in the 2014 legislative election in theNduga sub-district was very high, but not an ideal political participation. Abstract

ABSTRAKMewujudkan warga negara yang mengerti politik adalah tujuan dari pendidikanpolitik. Pendidikan dan politik adalah dua elemen yang sangat penting dalam sistemsosial politik disetiap negara, baik dinegara maju maupun dinegara berkembang.Pendidikan Politik adalah proses pembelajaran dan pemahaman tentang hak, kewajiban,dan tanggung jawab setiap warga negara dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.Pendidikan politik merupakan aktivitas yang bertujuan untuk membentuk danmenumbuhkan orientasi-orientasi politik pada individu. Penelitian ini berusahamemotret peranan partai politik khususnya Partai Nasional Demokrat di KecamatanMalalayang dalam menjalankan fungsinya dalam hal pendidikan politik kepadaMasyarakat. Bentuk pendidikan politik yang dilaksanakan adalah pertemuan terjadwal,pencerahan wawasan berpolitik, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaanpendidikan politik adalah faktor Internal yang mendukung meliputi image dan figuredari partai Nasional Demokrat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah Sumber DayaManusia, pengetahuan. Faktor eksternal yang mendukung adalah rasa ingin tahu,Sedangkan penghambatnya adalah sikap pragmatis masyarakat serta tanggapanmasyarakat.Kata kunci : Pendidikan Politik; Partai Nasional Demokrat.ABSTRACTRealizing citizens who understand politics is the goal of political education. Education andpolitics are two very important elements in the socio-political system in every country, bothin developed and developing countries. Political Education is a process of learning andunderstanding of the rights, obligations and responsibilities of every citizen in the life of thenation and state. Political education is an activity that aims to shape and foster politicalorientations in individuals. This study seeks to portray the role of political parties,especially the Democratic National Party in Malalayang District, in carrying out theirfunctions in terms of political education to the public. Forms of political education carriedout are scheduled meetings, enlightenment of political insights, supporting factors andobstacles to the implementation of political education are internal factors that supportinclude the image and figure of the Democratic National party. While the inhibiting factoris Human Resources, knowledge. External factors that support are curiosity, while theinhibitors are the pragmatic attitude of the community and community responses.Keywords: Political Education; Democratic National Party.
