Abstract

Online learning is a concept of learning that is carried out online or through the internet network. Very advanced technology in the modern era and globalization makes various activities carried out efficiently and can be done using only gadgets. Technological developments in the field of education with the use of e-learning in learning activities in schools, colleges, courses and even online communities have started to use concepts like this. This study uses Flutter to create applications for users and consultants in conducting online consultations on android devices. The author uses a collection of widgets that have been provided by flutter to create components in the user interface such as buttons, input text, text, icons, and others. In this study, we use the Laravel framework to create an admin dashboard and provide a Restful API for android applications to handle database management on the server. The author uses Laravel's features to build a fullstack application that handles requests, routing, controllers, services, models, and views.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic had a major influence that forces several business entities in various types of sectors to take various ways in order to maintain business continuity. This is no exception also affects business entities in the tourism sector. Travel restrictions during this pandemic have an impact on the sales of conventional travel agents. However, that doesn’t mean that conventional travel agents just disappear. Several travel agents can still exist, one of them is Bella Hamed Tour, which is a travel agent for Umrah. The qualified service they have all this time has made Bella Hamed Tour earn the trust of consumers, even in the midst of pandemic. However, the pandemic situation also makes Bella Hamed Tour need to make adjustments in making Umrah packages that required to be planned through consideration of the best decisions. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to assist the management of Bella Hamed Tour quickly arrange the Umrah package. The method applied in the decision support system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting the criteria and Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) for ranking the results of the decision selection. Making a decision support system executed in form of a website.

Abstract

Education is very necessary in social life. Education has a role that will improve the quality of resources to be able to have the competencies needed in an increasingly advanced and developing era. Giving this scholarship will also greatly help someone in pursuing and even getting an education. Scholarships must also be done objectively, not just subjectively. Because the problems that occur when objectively granting scholarships may not be in accordance with the target of the scholarship award. Scholarships must also be given according to the right criteria so that the scholarship grants get maximum results for the administrators and scholarship recipients. The research was conducted using the Profile Matching method with Interpolation at the Indonesian Christian Church Pos Cikoleang, it will require decision makers to determine the weight value for each criterion. The results issued by the system are the congregations that are accepted and rejected in the scholarship application. and the system can provide scholarships with an accuracy rate of 78%.

Reason: The connection between Quality Management in e-Learning Systems and instructor execution draws a legitimate concern for specialists. It has not gotten critical consideration in the examination area of instructive administration up to this point. This paper intends to precisely examine the effect of Quality Management in e-Learning Systems on teacher execution in advanced education. Assessment and standards of value on the board and strategic exercises of e-learning frameworks. Satisfaction of criteria incorporates: 1) creative collaboration of the educational experience; 2) the e-growing experience (ELE); 3) connection innovation among educators and understudies; 4) ELE learning plan. The utilization of innovation gives a valuable chance to control understudy advancement during mentally and educationally versatile learning. Abstract

Village is the smallest form of government in the Republic of Indonesia, whose growth is very important in supporting the growth of the country evenly. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) play an important role in the development of a village and as a forum for encouraging community economic growth. Utilization of information technology is needed so that transaction recording is carried out quickly and produces accurate reports so that the management of BUMDes is better. This study uses a prototyping development method to help BUMDes Mukti Bersama management understand the system needed. The result of this study is a BUMDes information system that integrates data from three business units at BUMDes Mukti Bersama and is able to produce fast and accurate financial reports.

Abstract

Information technology is no stranger in modern times. The emergence of various learning media has promoted the application of communication and information technology learning media called e-learning in vocational high schools (SMK). E-learning is learning that uses technology. The E-Learning of Tangerang Vocational High School (SMK) uses independent E-Learning learning media. In this research, the methods used are descriptive qualitative and descriptive statistical analysis. The research goal is to develop a collaborative E-Learning learning model for Tangerang Vocational High School (SMK) as a learning model. The sample included 375 students and 22 vocational high schools (SMK) Tangerang.
