Abstract

AbstractMany giant companies were initially very rapidly growing, but suddenly closed or broke. Indications of thecause of the company failed to operate its business one of them is Human error or human errors in carryingout management function. Based on the objective of this research is to know how the role of managementfunction of natural resources (steam power) in PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Lahendong KotaTomohon.Based on the problem formulation and in accordance with the objectives that want to be achieved in thisstudy then the type of research used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collectiontechniques are conducted using observation, interviews, documentationBased on the results of the study with the interview method of several employees at PT. Pertamina GeotermalEnergy Area Lahendong found management of natural resources management at PT. PertaminaGeotermal Energy Area Lahendong seen from the process of planning has been working well that followsthe guidelines of the work that has been established including the implementation strategy, spatial design,and recruitment of personnel/employees. From the organizing process of people – people involved inmanagement management can be said to be good because all work in accordance with the field of theirduties – each with a clear division of work so that it has almost no obstacles as well as the timeliness ofmanagement work set strict discipline comes timely and also home according to the time prescribed for thosewho violate the rules are sanctioned until the dismissal Based on the results of the research found the factthat there is still abuse of power by managers where many employees were fired for unreasonable reasons.Keywords: management, management, natural resources

Abstract

The existence of professional apparatus in various public institutions is still limited, it is necessary to getserious attention to the implementation of government duties and education services can be realizedoptimally. Based on the problem then the purpose of this research is to know how effectiveness of theimplementation of education and training in the leadership of civil state apparatus in the Sangihe IslandsDistrict Education Office.This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the development supervision function by the DistrictEducation Office of Sangihe Islands. Therefore, in order for this research to know clearly related to thepurpose of this research, the authors chose to use a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.By applying a qualitative approach has a broader opportunity to interact with the research object, so as toenrich and deepen the study in the research the author is doing. The analytical technique used in thisresearch is a qualitative analysis technique which is a research procedure that generates descriptive data inboth written and oral words. The approach in this method of analysis is to use interactive analysisThe results showed that the implementation of the ASN leadership training in the Sangihe Islands DistrictEducation Office can be said to be ineffective because it is not suitable for the purpose that has beenestablished or what is expected. Judging from the timeliness of the implementation of training time so farthere are many ASN who are still in line waiting for the turn can be included in training Tepatan time oftraining by the district and provincial Training agency, making the performance of training body becomeineffective. Abstract

The purpose of this study is how the effect of organizational structure on performance in the tourismdepartment of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study uses quantitative methods, the populationand sample in this study amounted to 32 samples. The instruments and data collection techniques used werequestionnaires. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis of simple correlation statistical analysis orproduct moment chore. Based on the results of data analysis, conclusions are drawn: 1) OrganizationalStructure has a positive and significant effect on performance in the tourism department of South BolaangMongondow Regency. This means that the better the organizational structure, the higher the performance inthe tourism service; 2) Organizational Structure has a significant correlation and determination(determination) on performance in the tourism department of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Thismeans that the Organizational Structure is one of the dominant determinants of tourism performance in theagency.Kata Kunci : Organization, Performance, Tourism

Abstract

Public welfare is the aim and effort of the government through efforts such as increasing economic growth.To improve community welfare is inseparable from the implementation of policies. In implementing existingpolicies, development must be truly carried out in accordance with what is formulated by the villageapparatus and the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of communitywelfare improvement policies in East Towuntu Village, Pasan Sub-District, Southeast Minahasa Regency.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used wereobservation, interviews and documentation. To see how the implementation of community welfareimprovement policies in East Towuntu Village. In terms of indicators in accordance with the research focusof researchers, namely Idealized polic, Target groups, Implementing organizations, and Environmentalfactors. In reality, the implementation of policies to improve welfare for development also has not yetbecome a priority but has been forced to work, even though the results have not yet benefited the community,and need attention to the government of East Towuntu Village. In compiling planning, the villagegovernment should conduct a comprehensive study so that the results of development are right on targetand in accordance with needs, not just thinking that the important thing is not to break the rules, in the endone of the objectives of the dandes is to improve community welfare.Keywords: Implementation, Improvement, Community welfare.

Abstract

AbstractIn order to discipline employees, up to SDN 25 Manado has implemented finger print attendance becauseall this time on manual absences (only in the form of attendance books), employees are still found to beabsent, coming and going home from school not according to the specified hours and staff and teacherswhose performance is as the maximum number of teachers does not match what is received in this caseEmployee Perfomance Allowance money (TKD). This research formulation is how the application ofemployee work discipline through finger print attendance in SDN 25 Manado? The purpose of this studywas to describe the application of employee work discipline through finger print attendance at SDN 25Manado. In this tudy the research method used was qualitative with the type of descriptive approach,datacollection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation. The research results pbtainedwere, schools that had previously used fnger print attendance but there were still employees anda teacherswho could manipulate attendance data because the data was still managed entirely by the scholl. Fingerprint attendance is now able to discipline employees because of the absenteeism data recorded directly intothe Manado City Civil Service Agency.Keywords: Application Of Dicipline, Finger Print Attendance.

Abstract

The implementation of regional expansion policies that have been carried out through severalstages that are mature, planned and systematic greatly affect the quality of life of the community,both in the aspects of development, public services and in improving the welfare of the communityin Apeng Sembeka Village, Sangkub District, Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency. This study usesquantitative research methods that try to answer the magnitude of the effect of the variableimplementation of regional expansion policies towards the variable improvement of publicservices.Data collection is done through careful observation, questionnaires in a detailed context, indepthinterviews, and analysis results. The results of the simple linear regression analysis testshowed the influence of the variable implementation of regional expansion policies on theimprovement of public services had a positive and significant effect, and through correlationanalysis showed that there was a relationship between the variable implementation of the regionalexpansion policies on increasing public services by 62.7% while the rest amounted to 37.4% isinfluenced by other factors.Keywords :Policy Implementation, Area Expantion, Public Service

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the management of market management in increasing thelocal revenueThe research approach used in this research is a qualitative method. Methods or techniques of dataanalysis used are interactive analysis models. The research informant as many as 10 people of thisresearch is taken from various elements directly and indirectly related to the management of themarket in the Talaud Islands regency.The results showed that the planning function did not go well, many programs and activities wereimplemented not in accordance with the plans that had been established. Management implementationby the leader has not been executed to the maximum so that many officers or employees of the marketwho do not understand what to do not get clear instructions or direction from the management of theunit. The purpose of this study is about behavior in the digital age is in watutumou III village kalawat districnorth minahasa regency. The method of research used in this study is a descriptive study method with aqualitative approach. Data collection in this study is done through observation, interviews and documentcollection. While the data, analyzer techniques that researchers are using are qualitative with MilesHuberous approachis. Based on the results of research can be draw that is the behavior of society ih thedigital age especially in the watutumou III village has developed because it is in the digital age whichrequires us to enjoy and use the technology that exist today because of the use of gadgets themselves become a life style that belongs to every elemen of society. People’s understanding of useing gadgettechnology in the digital age has developed some societies have understood the use of these gadgetstechnology. The good effect that use of gadgets in the digital age has been feelt by gadget user and alsomakes it easiers for the job, get information, on business. Abstract

Kompetensi aparatur masih merupakan persoalan yang perlu mendapat perhatian. Mengingatfungsi kantor kecamatan dalam melaksanakan koordinasi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pelayananpublik dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa, serta melaksanakan pelimpahan tugas urusanpemerintahan daerah dari Bupati. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui Pengembangan Kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kantor Camat Langowan TimurKabupaten Minahasa.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif digunakanuntuk peneliti, dimana peneliti sebagai instrument kunci, pengambilan sumber data dilakukan secarapurposive dan snowball, teknik pengumpulan data dengan triangulasi, analisis dan bersifatinduktif/kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian lebih menekankan makna.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor akreditasi badan diklat Kabupaten Minahasa adalah salahsatu faktor yang menyebabkan diklat pengembangan kompetensi aparatur sipil negara tidakdilaksanakannya oleh BKD Kabupaten Minahasa tidak dilaksanakan oleh BKD Kabupaten Minahasatapi dikerjasamakan dengan diklat provinsi yang telah terakreditasi sehingga masih banyak aparatursipil negara yang hingga kini belum mendapat kesempatan untuk mengikuti diklat. Bahwa denganbelum terakreditasinya badan diklat daerah menyebabkan penyelenggaraan diklat yang selama inidilaksanakan oleh badan diklat provinsi menjadi tidak optimal sehingga upaya pengembangankompetensi aparatur sipil negara di kabupaten Minahasa tidak berjalan sebagaimana yang diharapkanyaitu masih banyaknya ASN yang belum mengikuti diklat. Belum adanya acuan analisis kebutuhandiklat oleh tiap – tiap SKPD menyebabkan penyelenggaraan diklat untuk pengembangan kompetensipegawai di Kabupaten Minahasa menjadi efisien dan efektif dilihat dari asas manfaatnya sehinggakapasitas aparatur sipil negara di kabupaten Minahasa tidak dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan demimemaksimalkan pelayanan publik yang primaKata Kunci : Pengembangan Kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara

Abstract

Abstract: Transparency is a principle that guarantees access or freedom for everyone to obtaininformation about the administration of government, namely information about policies, the process ofmaking and results achieved, transparency is needed and required to be done in institutions or anypublic institution that has an interest in the public, Building transparency in the management of zakatwill create a good control system between two parties, namely institutions and stakeholders, because itdoes not only involve internal parties but also external parties. This research uses descriptive researchtype with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviewtechniques with informants related to the research and also direct observation at the research locationand using literature study. The purpose of this research is to be able to describe how the transparencyof zakat fund distribution services at the office of the amil zakat agency in North Sulawesi province.Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the transparency of zakat services carried out by theamil zakat agency of North Sulawesi province has been done transparently, this can be seen from howthe North Sulawesi provincial baznas, provide so much access to information, both through applicationservices and directly , Baznas also often conducts the distribution process of zakat by inviting Muslimsfrom various groups to get involved, although it can be seen that the involvement of the people in termsof supervision and involvement in the distribution process of zakat is still lacking, this can be seen fromthe lack of understanding of Muslims towards the management process zakat.
