Abstract

Quality Healthcare is one of the benchmarks of satisfaction that will affect the patient's desire to returnto the institution that provides effective health services. Based on the background of the purpose of thisresearch is to know how the effectiveness of health services at GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado Hospital.This method of research is a qualitative study with a descriptive analysis approach the point describesthe opinion of the informant as it is in accordance with the research question. Research informants aredefined based on specific destination data sources or intentionally.The results showed that the ratio of health workers, doctors, nurses, midwives who are in the hospitalPancaran Kasih Manado with the number of patients treated is still very low so that many patientscomplain of the lags of medical action. Judging from the success aspects of achieving the target thattarget achievement targets that are contained in the vision and mission has not been fully realized, is thelack of human resources executing personnel such as doctors, nurses, midwives and hospital facilitiesand infrastructures that are not adequate. From the satisfaction aspect of the program'simplementation, the results showed that in general hospitalized patients expressed satisfaction with theservice provided by the hospital including the doctors and nurses.Keywords: effectiveness, service, health

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the village government in the implementation ofnon-physical development in Tolotoyon Village, Pinolosian District, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan District. Thisstudy uses a qualitative method. There were 10 informants in this study consisting of the Village Head (1 person),Village Secretary (1 person), Head of General Affairs and Village Planning (1 person), Head of Welfare andServices Section (1 person), BPD (1 person), and the community (5 people). Based on the results of researchconducted by the author, that : in general the performance of village governments in the implementation of nonphysicaldevelopment based on (1) Productivity or referring to the work of public organizations is good startingfrom the planning process, program preparation, and implementation of development in the non even thoughphysical results have not yet reached optimal results, where there are still non-physical development programsthat have not yet been realized. (2) Responsiveness The ability to recognize the needs of the community is goodwhere the village government is always open in terms of receiving proposals and what is the complaint from thecommunity. Seen from a number of proposals from the community that are included in the non-physicaldevelopment plan and the response from the village government itself is very accepting and supporting what thecommunity proposes. (3) Accountability shows the size of policies and activities of the public sector that can beaccountable to the public. The process of village government accountability in the implementation of nonphysicaldevelopment has shown a positive thing by making a report on the realization of the development programdelivered by the leadership in this case the village head to all levels of village government, BPD, and thecommunity in joint meetings or deliberations. This accountability report is submitted in oral and written formand in the form of documentation of programs that have been realized or have been carried out.Keywords: Performance, Village Government, Non-Physical Development

Abstract

Resources owned by the Indonesian nation need to be optimally utilized through the implementation oftourism in the show to increase the national income in order to improve the welfare and prosperity ofthe people based on the background of the problem then this research aims to know what tourism sectordevelopment planning by the Department of Tourism and Culture, especially in the village Kalisubdistrict Tombatu.The type of research used in this study is a descriptive research study that intends to understand thephenomenon of what is experienced by the research object. The informant in the research was obtainedfrom the field visit to the research site by the researchers, namely in the tourist attractions method ofdetermination of the informant by choosing a resource that really knows about the problems that occurin the natural tourist areas so that they will provide information precisely according to what is requiredby researchersThe results showed that the preparation of the program plan, strategy and operationalplan/Development implementation by the Department of Culture and Tourism of southeast MinahasaRegency refers to the general policy plan of the government as per Act No. 10-year 2009 on tourism.The goal is to make the program plan in the area and its implementation does not overlap but theprogram goes in a direct and aligned starting from the provincial central level to the level of the districtand village.Keywords: planning, development, attraction

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition from children to adulthood. Teenagers' lives are crucial for their future lives. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of youth counseling programs in the City of Manado population and family planning control agency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The effectiveness of the Youth Counseling Program in Manado City is still not good. In terms of indicators in accordance with the research focus of researchers, namely the objectives, integration, and adaptation of the implementers of this program. It can be seen that this program has clear objectives in accordance with what is stated in the 1945 Constitution and Law no. 52 of 2009 so it needs to be seen also whether it is well integrated and able to adapt.Keywords: Effectiveness, Youth Counseling Program

Abstract

Community participation in development can require a community's ability in community development.Therefore, the fundamental perception of community development is increased democratic participation.Based on the problem, the purpose of this research is to know how community participation in developmentplanning in Hoku-Hoku village Gam West Halmahera Regency.The data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative data analysis techniques. Data collectiontechniques with observation and interview methods, In depth interview and documentation. The researchinformant is the ones who will be the source of information in this study. The data source and the informantin this study were as many as 7 people.The results show community participation in decision making can be said to be lacking. Communityparticipation in the implementation of activities such as service work or project financed by the Village fundis also very lacking this is conveyed by one of the village devices said that in the implementation of physicalprojects infrastructure does not involve the whole community only a small part of those who have expertiseas a builder. Community participation in the evaluation of development programs can be said to be quitehigh because in various activities including physical development of village infrastructure, the communityhas begun to critically even they do not hesitate-hesitate to report to the authorities if they find the rightsdeviant or the implementation of the activity is not according to the plan set.Keywords: community participation, planning, development

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and describe how the supervision of the education department inthe management of school operational assistance funds in Pinolosian Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow SelatanDistrict. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.Data collection in this study was carried out through interviews, observations and document collection. While thedata analysis techniques that researchers use are qualitative with the Lexy J. Moleong descriptive approach. Basedon research results Problems that arise in the management of BOS funds are weak oversight of related agencies inthis case the Office of Education. Providing School Operational Assistance funds that are not on target is wastingmoney because it can lead to misappropriation, to prevent this, involving the community must oversee theimplementation and distribution of BOS.a conclusion can be drawn that the function of monitoring BOS funds bythe Education Office and the Management Team of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency is carried out well onlyit needs to be maximized. There are a number of deviations done by the schools in the form of a discrepancy in theaccountability report with the reality in the field and there are some schools that do not follow the technicalguidelines in the form of no information boards on the use and management of BOS funds in schools. Errors ordeviations in the implementation or use of BOS funds at schools, the District Management Team gives a warningand carries out / corrects or corrects.Keywords : measure, compare, correction / corrective actions

Abstract

The The purpose of this study was to determine how the staffing was arranged in the Maasing Village inManado City. The study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection uses interview guidelines,while the analysis technique used is an interactive model analysis from Miles and Hubernann. Based onthe results of the study, conclusions (1) of the planning carried out by the Maasing Village Office wereclassified as good, seen in the arrangements of existing employees and provided them with new jobdesks;(2) the organization is quite good, carried out in accordance with the directions and instructions of theTuminitng sub-district and to carry out their duties and principals; (3) the implementation has not beensaid to be good, because in the division of tasks and the role of each employee is still very poor and doesnot understand at all the jobdesk owned by the employee. (4) the supervision carried out is quite good,seen from the decision of the lurah who makes an evaluation meeting every month and always evaluatesthe performance of his employees.Keywords: Structuring, Employee, Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the ability to carry out the functions of the people’s RespresentativeCouncil of north Minahasa Regency The research concept used in this research is to use this type ofresearch by participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The result of thestudy concluded that functions of the people’s Respresentative Council of North Minahasa Regency hasnot been well achieved because of the lack of understanding of the members of the council on thetechnical work much helped by the support of staff and experts, in desicion-making faction based on theparty’s instructions, members of the council have not been able to adapt well to work relations as thefunction of the council, and are less able to criticize the RAPBD and the oversight function is not workingproperly. So it can be concluded tha ability of the board members functions is not maximal or optimal.Keywords :Ability, Implementation, Function

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the health services available at the health center Lansot, Tomohon City.One form of government efforts in providing health to the community, in each district government agencies are built aspublic health service delivery units, namely community health centers or also called puskesmas. Puskesmas is afunctional organization that organizes health efforts that are comprehensive, integrated, equitable, acceptable andaffordable to the community, with active community participation and using the results of the development of appropriatescience and technology, at a cost that can be borne by the government and the community. The health effort is carriedout by focusing on services for the wider community in order to achieve optimal health status, without ignoring thequality of services to individuals. In accordance with the vision of the local health center that is 'Becoming a quality,independent and affordable basic health service center for the whole community'. Lansohon City Health Center Tomohonalways strives to serve well in all care needs including curative, preventive, promotive and rehabilitation services in thehope that patients who receive health services feel satisfied. Public. Service dissatisfaction can come from the cleanlinessof the waiting room, the cleanliness of the treatment room, and the negligence of the officers in handling patients. Thisstudy uses a theory according to Moenir by using several factors namely employee awareness, the existence of rules,organizational factors, ability and skills factors, service facility factors. From here we can see the awareness ofemployees about the actions given to the tasks that are still not good for example in taking a queue number and even theexisting rules must be implemented in the organization, the existence of these rules has been applied in health centersand every employee who does not run the existing rules will be given sanctions according to the level of violation thathas been made and more disciplined for employees during working hours. It is expected that from this research can makeemployee awareness increase even though all applicable rules can actually be applied in accordance with applicableprocedures.Keywords: Services, Health, Public health center

Abstract

With the fulfillment of the needs of the employees and family life through salary, benefits, and the like,it will in turn encourage them to improve the performance of work. On the basis of the problem of thisresearch aims to know the additional influence of employees ' income to performance at the PublicWorks Department and the Talaud Islands regency.This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research can be interpreted as a researchmethod based on positivism philosophy, used to research on certain populations or samples. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a simple regression analysis techniqueThe results showed that there was an additional influence on employees ' income to the performance ofemployees at the Public Works Department and the Talaud Islands district. The amount of employeeincome contributions to the performance of employees at the Public Works Office and the RegionalSpatial planning of Talaud Islands is 87.34% and the remaining 12.66% is influenced by other variablesnot examined in this study. The results of this study stated that there was a relationship betweenemployee income supplement to employee performance so that it could affect employee performance.Keywords: additional income, employees, performance
