Feeding in accordance with nutritional needs of laying hens is the most important thing to be considered. This is because, the feed given will affect the amount and quality of the eggs produced. In addition, feed also affects the success of a chicken breeding business, where required a big amount of feed costs. So farmers must make an appropriate combination of the feed in order to obtain the minimum cost but with adequate nutrition. To obtain that feed combination, a research is conducted using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). PSO is one of the optimization methods that can solve the problems of feed combination to obtain the adequate nutrition of laying hens, so the farmer's income will be maximize. This research uses a real representation of code where each particles have long number with the data feed material used is 40. Each dimension in a particle represents the weight of the feed material. According to the test results, obtained the best parameters, such as swarm size = 350, number of iteration = 500, ωmax = 0.9 and ωmin = 0.4, c1i = 2.5 and c1f = 0.5 also c2i =0.5 and c2f = 2.5, then the best number of iteration according to the convergence test is 330. The final result is a combinational of best feed ingredients with nutritional met and minimum cost.

The condition of the Internet of Things (IoT) is currently depicted as trapped in a silo. This means that each communication between devices is limited to one domain, this is due to problems at the middleware that is used is limited to protocol data according to specific devices, known as syntactical interoperability. The solution of the problem is a multi-protocol middleware architecture that can be used by all types of devices. This research developed a midlleware to answer the challenge of syntactical interoperability with three data protocol that is coap, mqtt and websocket. From the results of testing developed middleware eligible interoperability.

Media to convey information can be through television, radio, social media, and website. Website is a work of someone located in a domain that contains information. The development of websites more and more information is not unstoppable so that the problem arises difficult to find information in accordance with the needs of Internet users, so that the required classification and extraction of information for information on the website. Named Entity Recognition which derives from the extraction of information, NER aims to facilitate the search for information by naming entities on each word in a text. In this research will be done the introduction of four entities namely the NAME, PLACE, SUBSTANCE, and FUNCTION of the text on medicinal plants. The algorithm used Hidden Markov Model (HMM) and Viterbi algorithm. Overall entity recognition count the lowest value with f-measure 0.41, and the highest with f-measure 0.72.

The process of motorcycle maintenance is the main business process at UD Honda II Kepanjen Ahass 06641. In the process of motorcycle maintenance there are several activities performed, starting from customers come to perform maintenance, motorcycle maintenance work, until the motorcycle maintenance is done . In doing motorcycle maintenance activities occur some activities that are not in accordance with the target company, so it can hamper the existing activities in the company. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate using Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) method to know the gap that occurs between the target company with the results of calculations performed in QEF method. The first step is to identify the main business processes in the workshop, then model the business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Next determine the quality factor and target company, then performed calculations in accordance with the equations that is in the QEF method. Then identify the quality factor that is not in accordance with the target company. After finding the gap in the evaluation process, the next step is to do Root Cause Analysis, the purpose is to find the cause and root of the problem of the gap. The result of this research are the causes and effects that occur in the activity or process that has been evaluated.

Beef is a commodity whose demand level is always high because it is a livestock product that has nutritional value to obtain protein requirement for society. Increase in beef demand in Indonesia has not been matched by beef production, in terms of both quality and quantity. Beef demand is influenced by beef production, beef consumption, and income levels. In anticipation of the increasing demand for beef, it is necessary to forecast to estimate future demand for beef. To make the forecasting there are various methods used, one of them is the method of multifactors high order fuzzy time series model. The method is a method of forecasting that uses antecedent factor and more than one order, which is considered better than using only one antecedent factor (Lin & Yang, 2009). This research obtained the average forecasting error rate (AFER) of 6.648381805287571% which shows that the smaller error value means the level of accuracy.

PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk is a limited liability company under the command of BUMN which is engaged as the largest integrated steel producer in Indonesia. Corporate information technology governance is an important part of ensuring that the availability of the information technology has supported the achievement of the company's business objectives. With the problems found on existing resources, human resource management, and knowledge management of employees, information technology resource management on PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. The COBIT 5 framework is considered to be an appropriate framework for information technology resource management. This study focuses on the COBIT 5 subdomain EDM04: Ensure Resource Optimisation, APO07: Human Resources Optimisation, and BAI08: Manage Knowledge and to determine the current of capability level and GAP's value. The result of EDM04 value is 3 at level 3 and GAP 1, APO07 is 2.3 at level 2 and GAP 0.7, and BAI08 is 2.7 at level 2 and GAP 0.3. In creating the recommendations, use SWOT analysis. The recommendation is focusing on controlling each procedure, implementing redundancy in the regeneration of infrastructure, labor demand, and updating and improving the analysis results on the knowledge management website, and increasing employee competency.

Along with the rapidly excalation in the number of tourists as well as tourism which are located in Banyuwangi, problems arise from the tourists. With limited time, they would like to visit as many destinations without wasting time in traveling. However, another problem happened when the visitor and each visited destination has time windows or visiting time which has been established. From this issue, it needs a solution to solve the problems regarding with the tourism scheduling with the optimal time based on time windows from the tourists and the destinations. Generally, these problems called Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW). VRPTW problems can be solved with several optimization methods, including using hybridizing genetic algorithm and simulated annealing. Genetic algorithms (GA) will be used to explore the global optimum problem, while Simulated annealing (SA) will be used to exploit a local optimum problem. The fitness value approach optimal i.e. of 1.0616 obtained by using parameters of GA-SA on the size of population of 400, amount of generation by 800, combination of cr and the mr of 0.3 and 0.1, initial temperature of 0.9, cooling factor of 0.9, and the coefficient of acceptance of a new solution amounting to 200. Using these parameter values hybrid GA and SA outperforms separated GA and SA.

Digital music has grown dramatically in recent years. They offering musics in various type and emotion that are random. Therefore, there is a need to organize the songs, they need to somehow clusterize their files based on a specific characteristic. The purpose of such organization is to enable users to navigate to pieces of music they like, and also to give them advice and recommendation for people or music-related industries. This research proposed a clustering of songs based on their emotion using the Fuzzy c-means algorithm. Audio attributes of valence, energy, loudness, and tempo are used as features that represent the emotions of the song. The cluster of each data is determined based on their membership degree. Cluster validity index is used to evaluate the fitness of partitions produced by clustering algorithms. The algorithm is tested on different amount of data, which is 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% data of total 150 songs. The testing result obtained a minimum error value of 0.00000001 (1x10-8). The results showed that the optimal number of clusters that are best to be used in this research is 5. While, the optimal fuzzifier value to be used in this research is 2 with the cluster validity value reaches 0.7 or 70%

Quadcopter is an RC Craft that is in great demand by humans both in personal use, or used as a research object for the development of quadcopter technology. One type that is often used as the obÂject of research is Parrot AR.Drone. Parrot AR.Drone is a device that can be controlled by using android smartphone, where other drones still use the remote control. In addition to using android, Parrot AR.Drone can also be controlled by using other devices such as kinect, joystick, oculus rift and much more. This is because Parrot AR.Drone is an open source that can be developed by everyone. The author's interest in this research is to control Parrot AR.Drone with the principle of virtual reality using head movement. The purpose of this research was to create a quadcopter control program using head movement input with google cardboard device, which will provide first person view (fpv) experience to the user as if the user is in the quadcopter. In this research, google cardboard is used as a virtual reality support device to control the movement of Parrot AR.Drone. The result of this research is the quadcopter drone control program using head movement. Testing phase is done by testing each head movement to find out the response of Parrot AR.Drone movement. Based on the results of the tests conducted, obtained the result of control accuracy level is 97%, and different response times of drone movement when controlled.

The rapid growth of social media does not make Twitter left by its users. Twitter is one of the social media that allows user to interact each other, share information, or even to express feelings and opinions, including in expressing film opinions. Comments or Tweets about movies that exist on Twitter can be used as an evaluation in watching movies and increasing film production. To figure it out, sentiment analysis can be used to classify into negative or positive sentiments. In Tweets contain many languages ​​used in the form of non-standard languages ​​such as slang, word-outs, and misspellings. Therefore it takes special handling on Twitter comments. In this research used non-standard word dictionary and Levenshtein Distance normalization to improve non-standard word to standard word by classification Naive Bayes. Based on the result of the test, the highest accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measure value are 98.33%, 96.77%, 100%, and 98.36%.
