Abstract

The Malang Menyapa application is an application developed by the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Tourism Office in Malang City. In its use, several usability issues were found, related to the overcrowded interface, confusing button layouts, and information that was not updated regularly. This study aims to evaluate and improve the interface in order to improve user experience using the Usability Testing and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The initial evaluation results obtained are used to design a new interface in the form of a prototype. From the test results, it was found that there was an increase of 26% in the Learnability aspect, 64.85% in the Efficiency aspect, and 59.37 SUS scores on the Satisfaction aspect. In the Memorability aspect, the processing time decreased by 27.74% and the number of clicks by 2.76%. In the Error aspect, a decrease of 59% was obtained. In the results of the UEQ questionnaire testing, it was found that there was an increase in all the scales tested. The Attractiveness scale has increased by 3.45 points. The Perspicuity scale has increased by 3.58 points. The Efficiency Scale has increased by 3.34 points. The Dependability Scale has increased by 2.73 points. The Stimulation scale has increased by 2.31 points. The Novelty scale has increased by 3.14 points. Based on the comparison results, the design of the improvement solution succeeded in improving the user experience of the Malang Menyapa application.

Abstract

To test the performance of the MQTT broker using containerization technology on Raspberry Pi devices with two different image bases, we use several experimental parameters. The experimental parameters are resource usage (CPU and memory), latency, and packet loss. To test the resource usage, we created a Python script. Meanwhile, to test latency and packet loss, we used the MQTT broker measure latency measure. The base images used as the installation media for the MQTT broker (Mosquitto) are belenalib/raspberry-pi2 and belenalib/raspberry-pi2-alpine. We created the Docker images using Dockerfiles. The image is built and run with the commands provided by the Docker program. Regarding resource usage (CPU), the MQTT broker running on docker based on the belenalib/raspberry-pi2 image performs better than native with 0.53% to 10.38% lower CPU usage. However, the resource usage (memory) of both MQTT brokers running on docker is still higher than MQTT brokers running natively, which has a difference about more than 50%. Likewise with the latency test, the two MQTT brokers running on docker are still higher than the MQTT brokers running natively, which has a difference of more than 50%. While in the packet loss test, the MQTT broker with the belenalib/raspberry-pi2 image base can provide better performance where only 28.60% experienced packet loss on 1000 MQTT clients and 0 QoS.

Abstract

Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar is a type B hospital located in the city of Makassar. Faisal Makassar Islamic hospital has 22 facilities, 12 health services and is supported by 227 nurses in running the health service. to maximize health services, quality of nurses and improve the quality of nursing Faisal Islamic hospitals, then nurses are managed with activities in the valuation of promotion. The promotion of nurses is done to know the results of the achievements of nurses in service, nurses perfomances in service and to raise wages and nurse allowance. Rank valuation is done by collecting credit numbers and documents of nurse work will be accumulated in assessment activities carry out manually. the head of nurses and human resources at the Faisal Islamic Hospital assessed that the assessment activities carried out were still not effective, In activities, there are often errors in the data on the work of nurses that are not measured and the slowness in the process of accumulating credit and documents on the results of nurses' work. The development of a rank valuation management system is expected in solving problems by using web-based technology in system creation. The research was conducted by knowing the needs of the system, system design and implementation of web-based systems with waterfall methods. there are 3 actors in the role and 56 functional ones that will be tested on unit testing, integration, validation and compatibility. the test results show the level of testing is 100% successful and valid.

Abstract

The Department of Communication and Information Technology of Malang City is a government organization that is engaged in data and information processing for the public or other government agencies, which has implemented the use of IT in its processes. So that they have to carry out IT management/management activities, which after the interview arose the problem of how the current management is preparing to deal with IT developments. Starting from prioritizing which IT management/governance processes should be prepared first. COBIT 2019 has a Design Factor process that main purposes is to find out which processes are crucial for the organization (along with the target level) to focus on. The researcher saw that the Design Factor process was in accordance with the problem at the Department. Then the Design Factor process was carried out to the department with the final result of the focus process being BAI11 with a target of level 3. Then it was evaluated according to COBIT 2019 and the level of BAI11 was 2 (gap of 1 from the target). Then the formulation of recommendations to bridge the gap is carried out with the final result of 4 recommendations.

Abstract

Speech recognition research with end-to-end model-based bidirectional RNN approach still has the constraint on high latency. speech recognition model which was built using end-to-end models still have some problems at error spelling. Also, speech recognition model is very sensitive to dialecta and types of equipment recorder speakers. This work will examine the behavior of the network in studying the acoustic features based on gradient and loss with the use of unidirectional base GRU CTC which has lower cost of computation compared to the base bidirectional RNN CTC. This study did not use the language model in helping to model the acoustics in the mapping of the acoustic signal. Using the data in the audio translation of the Quran in the dialect and Bahasa Indonesia, the data extracted using the MFCC to obtain acoustic features. Batch Normalization is also used on the GRU network to avoid covariate-shift between the layers of the network. The network consists of three-layers network MLP with activation function ReLU and forwarded with a layer of unidirectional GRU. After passing through the GRU, the data will be processed on the SLP with the function of the activation of softmax where the results will be input on the CTC. The network is optimized using Adam optimizer and generate 90.611 % WER of the best model tested. The network has a vanishing gradient and results in the slow process of learning the network in recognizing the acoustic signal. The use of unidirectional GRU base also has no big significance in the delay layer to expose the temporal information.

Abstract

One of the problems of SMEs to apply technology is the cost of making technology media which is still relatively expensive. Mamina is one of the SMEs in the service sector that provides breastfeeding consulting services. In addition, Mamina also provides other related needs such as prescribing drugs, counselors and so on. In this study, the creation of a website-based SME business monitoring system was carried out. The system development stage includes the stages of needs analysis, implementation, and testing with three types of website users, namely admins, counselors, and patients, to manage and manage business data. The implementation process uses the PHP programming language in the codeigniter framework and mysql in the database section, using the waterfall model method which produces thirty functional requirements, one non-functional requirement. Then the testing step consists of several tests such as functional and non-functional testing. Functional testing consists of unit testing that successfully runs a test path based on three test cases, integration testing on the method obtains a valid status and gets a 100% valid value on validation and compatibility testing.

Abstract

Indonesian governments have launched PSBB policy to emphasize the growth rate of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. This caused a variety of responses from the public, one of them on social media Twitter. public opinion contained on social media Twitter, can help the government to know how the public opinion about psbb policy in Indonesia. This study tried to analyze the public's response about PSBB policy on social media Twitter, through sentiment analysts and classified into three classes, namely positive, negative, and neutral. By using Naive Bayes classification method and Improved Gini Index (IGI) feature selection to reduce the number of features in the classification process. The process on sentiment analysis consists of preprocessing, feature selection using the Improved Gini Index (IGI) method, and classification with Naive Bayes. The results of Naive Bayes classification test without feature selection obtained accuracy of 64%, while the results of classification accuracy test with feature selection using six different threshold values obtained the highest accuracy results at the threshold value of 30%, where there are 70% of the total terms removed and obtained accuracy of 68%.

Abstract

Pagerngumbuk is a village located in Wonoayu, Sidoarjo. The total population is approximately 3118 people consisting of 1,434 men, 1,684 women, and 920 families spread over 3 hamlets. In Pagerngumbuk Village, there are letter processing services, aspiration complaints services, and village's informations. Problems arise if the Headmen is not at the office because he is on duty outside the city for a long time. Another problem that arises is that there are residents who cannot process documents due to work constraints or living outside the city. Based on the existing problems, a web-based system has developed that can accommodate the residents in conveying aspirations/complaints, managing letters, and delivering village's information in an integrated manner. The system is built using the Waterfall model which then produces 5 types of actors, 69 functional requirements, and 1 non-functional requirement. Whitebox testing uses unit testing of 3 functionals resulting in each path that has been defined can be passed. Blackbox testing uses validation and user acceptance testing, each test produces a 100% valid value. Then compatibility testing on non-functional requirements found several major and minor issues when the system was accessed with an old version browser, but it did not affect on functionality.

Abstract

Management is an important sector in performing a task. One of the agencies that use management to perform a task is CV. Cheleron Productions. Currently CV. Cheleron Production has several problems in task management which lie in the absence of a place for integration of existing job data, no monitoring of work progress, no task scheduling, and no special format for work. Therefore, it takes a task management application that is expected to help CV. Cheleron Production solves these problems. This application can be developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall Model using an Object-oriented (OO) approach to the analysis and design process. Development is carried out with an Android-based implementation using the Java programming language. Testing is done by unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing. Unit testing is carried out using one of the White-box testing methods, namely Basis Path Testing, integration testing is carried out using Top-down Integration Testing, and validation testing is carried out using the Black-box method.

Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency is an area that has very good and strategic investment land in the East Java region. This can be proven by the amount of investment that comes in from 2014-2018 has always increased. This amount of investment is not matched by the amount of land available for new investors, especially in the city center of Sidoarjo Regency. Sidoarjo Regency Government seeks to develop urban areas throughout the districts of Sidoarjo Regency. The existence of this urban area is needed to meet the availability of land for new investors who want to invest in the city center of Sidoarjo Regency. This research developed a geographic information system to determine the suitability of land in an urban area in Sidoarjo Regency using Multi-Criteria Evaluation and AHP methods. Criteria such as urban settlements, social services, and economic activity are used in this research based on the regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia number 57 of 2010 on Guidelines and Standards for Urban Services. The result of this research indicates that the land area of 385,831 km2 (54.21%) is very suitable to use an urban area of Sidoarjo Regency. Only 2.08% of land in Sidoarjo Regency stated not suitable. The result of accuracy testing using receiver operator characteristic method to analyze result model stated pretty well.
