Abstract

Agro Techno Park is a place for the development of agricultural products that are managed for agricultural entrepreneurship and a place for agricultural technology services. the purpose of the Agro Techno Park is as a center for the application of technology in agriculture, fisheries, and animal husbandry. One example of an Agro Techno Park located in East Java is owned by Brawijaya University which is located in Cangar and Jatikerto. In the marketing of Agro Techno Park products, UB still uses the manual method, namely by marketing products through the social network WhatsApp. By using this method, Agro Techo Park UB faces certain difficulties when receiving orders from customers. Because customers sometimes order products at the time of delivery, Agro Techno Park UB will come back again to take orders that have been added. In this case, of course, it takes a lot of time to make buying and selling transactions. People don't even know that Agro Tecno Park UB's vegetable products can be sold with quality vegetables. To solve this problem, the authors developed a Vegetable Sales Information System in Agro Techno Park UB. This system was developed to facilitate buying and selling transactions at Agro Techno Park UB and to expand the marketing segment of the vegetable products being sold. System development is carried out on a-based website and using the model waterfall using theprogramming PHP language on the Laravel framework. The system will be tested using the method white box, black box, integration testing, validation testing, and compatibility testing.

Abstract

Website for an educational institution is a must-have because the website is one of the information media that can be used to introduce the school to the public, this is done by SMA Negeri 01 Singosari. On the other hand there are things that need to be considered by the existence of the website, namely the usability or usability of the website. From the data obtained, there are still some complaints on the website of SMA Negeri 01 Singosari, among others, the lack of features such as sarpras, student attendance, student achievement and other factors such as the lack of responsiveness of the website so as to make users feel uncomfortable when using the website. Departing from the problem, evaluation and improvement of sma negeri 01 Singosari website using Human Centered Design (HCD) method was carried out. From the results of evaluation and improvement of the website using usability testing and SUS questionnaire, obtained the results of comparison of old websites and websites in terms of usability with details of effectiveness matrix increased on average up to 96%, efficiency matrix decreased from 1.944 seconds to 1.460 seconds, satisfaction matrix with awful category initial rating to good rating which means improvement of SMA Negeri 01 Singosari website can be said to be successful.

Abstract

People are interested in buying and selling using e-commerce. In the place of buying and selling many products, one of which is beauty products. Many beauty products offer various advantages, with many products not being separated from reviews that assess a particular product regarding quality, advantages, disadvantages, and others. A review from a customer who has used the product can be used as a recommendation to choose the best product and as a determinant of product quality. Determination of product quality can be seen from various comments or reviews from customers to see whether the product is a best seller product or a less desirable product. Therefore, beauty product review data classification is carried out by labelling positive, negative, and neutral reviews. In this test using the Naive Bayes method with TF and TF Log weighting, TF weighting has a better accuracy value than TF Log weighting. TF weighting has an accuracy of 55% while TF Log weighting only has an accuracy of 52%. Meanwhile, to label the review using a kappa measure, in this test the kappa measure on each rater has the same value, namely 0.8.

Abstract

Vehicular Ad-hoc Network (VANET) is a network formed from many nodes that communicate with each other without any main network. To be able to communicate with each other, a process is needed to determine the path for information exchange. The process of determining the path of information exchange is called by routing. The number of nodes incorporated in the VANET network may cause a high routing load on the network. But it can be minimized, one of which is the multipath method. The Ad-hoc On Demand Multipath Distance Vector (AOMDV) protocol is one of the routing protocols that has a multipath method. The multipath method in the AOMDV protocol works by providing an alternative routing path that will be used if the main routing line is cuts off on its multipath mechanism. The performance of the AOMDV protocol can be determined based on testing of Quality of Service (QoS) parameters; Packet Delivery Ratio, End-to-end Delay, Normalized Routing Load, Overhead Routing, and Convergence Time. And based on the test results of the QoS parameters that have been tested, the AOMDV protocol runs optimally at a speed of about 75 km/h.

Abstract

UB Learning Technology develops an application called LESON (Lesson Study Observation Note) to support supervision evaluation activities via mobile devices. Currently this application is still under development. So, the developer decided to make changes, especially in the appearance of the LESON application, which is currently considered less attractive. To help design the LESON application the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method is used to help develop interactive User Interface designs and the Heuristic Evaluation method, where the role of UI / UX experts as evaluators is to help UX Designers in producing good and correct solution designs. There are four stages carried out, namely the stage of analyzing the context of use and user needs, starting with conducting interviews with stakeholders and users in supervision activities. The result of the information obtained is that the application will have two users, namely the model teacher and the supervisor. Then the solution design stage is carried out based on the results of the user needs analysis seen from the evaluations that have previously been carried out. Then the evaluation stage is carried out with the results of usability testing using the SUS questionnaire by users of the Information Systems Study Program students. Then an evaluation was carried out using the heuristic evaluation method by three UI / UX expert evaluators which showed that a total of twenty-five problems were found in the solution design design. Based on the results of the average severity rating on the whole problem, it was found that sixteen problems had a high enough score, namely above two. The repair stage was carried out on these problems, leaving zero problems.

Abstract

Toko Gudang Jum'at is a place to sell used clothes or more commonly known as a thrift shop. Currently, the Toko Gudang Jum'at does not have a physical store and only promotes its sales through Instagram social media. To assist the transaction process and also the promotion of Toko Gudang Jum'at itself, an online store website was developed that can assist in the transaction process and promotion. The website development carried out is expected to help customers to be able to recognize and make transactions with Toko Gudang Jum'at. The development of the admin dashboard system will also be carried out to make it easier for Toko Gudang Jum'at to manage the products they sold and monitor order reports and also transactions on the Toko Gudang Jum'at website. System development will start from the needs analysis process carried out using the interview method with Toko Gudang Jum'at, followed by the design stage to design the system in the form of diagrams such as class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and physical data modeling. Implementation is done by creating a website using the Laravel framework for the backend or dashboard admin page and Vue JS for the frontend or customer page. The two systems will be connected by a RESTful Web Service for the data exchange process. The results of the system implementation were tested with 3 types of tests, namely, REST API testing using the Postman application, black box testing, and usability testing using a usability testing system which was carried out on 5 respondents. The results of black box testing for all functional indicate valid status. Usability testing using the usability testing system shows an average rating of 77.5. According to the general guidelines on the interpretation of the SUS score, the score is grade B, which means the system can be used properly.

Abstract

Tourism is a source of regional income that can be said to be endless or timeless, because generally tourism objects are natural tourism. Tourism will of course continue to be developed and promoted by each region in their own way. However, when this method is successfully implemented in a region, similar promotion methods will emerge in other regions with the same objectives. As happened at the Jember Fashion Carnival (JFC). Now, promotional strategies and efforts to attract tourists to come to other areas that have the same concept as JFC are starting to emerge. So, the Jember Regency government needs to find other ways to promote. However, apart from promotional measures, there are other things that should also be prioritized, namely information. So, an application, can provide a solution to handle both.This study aims to develop an application that can provide information about tourism objects in Jember Regency. The information referred to is the name, image, rate, description and route to the tourism object. The application is developed using the Java programming language and uses services from the Google Maps API to display maps and routes. The application is developed using the prototyping method, where a system requirement analysis will be formulated after the prototype is approved. For testing, the application will be tested using the black box approach for functional testing and usability testing and responsiveness for non-functional testing. The application that was successfully developed in this study is an application that can provide information on tourism objects, travel agencies and routes to tourism objects used by users, as well as web-based applications used by administrators to store, update and delete data. The test results for the application show valid results for functional testing and a fairly good results for non-functional testing.

Abstract

Traditional cakes or generally referred to as market snacks are one of the many traditional specialties originating from Indonesia and are usually traded in traditional markets. The cakes that are traded are of various types and have a distinctive taste and are not inferior to modern food. The traditional cake is usually packaged in an attractive and unique form, the wrapper can come from leaves that have fallen or are still alive to be wrapped in plastic in order to attract consumers or buyers. Even though in today's era, there are not a few instant and practical food products, even some imported products from abroad whose packaging is more attractive. And this traditional cake is one of many cultural heritages that should be more commensurate with other Indonesian cultural assets. Therefore, as the color of Indonesia, we should maintain and preserve and further introduce to all levels of society that traditional cakes are no less delicious than modern food, especially children today who are foreign to these traditional cakes. Therefore, a system is needed to identify traditional foods, especially traditional cakes, by utilizing the sophistication of technology that exists in the current digital era. This study proposes the application of image segmentation on traditional cakes using the DBSCAN algorithm to obtain cake image segmentation results with an average Intersection over Union (IoU) accuracy of 91.3% and a maximum value of 99.8%. This shows that the proposed method is able to provide the best results.

Abstract

The level of traffic accidents is increasing every year, one of the causes is the driver who is tired and sleepy when driving. Therefore a system will be made to anticipate accidents by giving warnings in the form of writing and alarm. The system uses Intel NUC for processing, the webcam accepts inputs and monitors to see image captured by the camera and see information on the condition of the eyes and sleepy information. The method used is Facial Landmark for detection of eye areas on the face. For under-lighting or uneven lighting, use the feature of image thresholding, namely adaptive threshold gaussian. Detection of the eye area on the face and sleepiness is done with a camera within 30cm, 40cm and 50cm parallel to the shoulder or chest. This detection also uses the range of light intensity 0-49 lux and 50-400 lux. The average accuracy of Facial Landmark for detecting eye areas on the face with light intensity 0-49 lux is 93.33% and for light intensity 50-400 lux is 100%. While the average accuracy of drowsiness detection at 0-49 lux light intensity is 96.66% and for light intensity 50-400 lux is 98.88%. The average system accuracy is 97.77%. The fastest computing time of the system at 0-49 lux light intensity is 0.33 s and at light intensity 50-400 lux that is 0.34 s.

Abstract

Traditional cakes or market snacks are traditional foods that we need to preserve, these traditional cakes are very rarely found today, because many people do not know about these traditional cakes and are very rarely found in this modern era. Actually this traditional cake is a delicious food and there are many various types and certainly not too many preservatives in it. But over time traditional cakes have been shifted by modern food and a lot of food is imported into the country, therefore it is time to preserve it so that it does not become extinct and posterity can find out. So a system is needed to recognize traditional cakes using technology as it is today n this study, to recognize traditional cakes using Hue Saturation Value (HSV) color feature extraction and Local Binary Pattern (LBP) texture features and classified using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. The color feature used is the color moment which produces three values, namely the mean, standard deviation, and skewness. While the LBP texture feature will produce a grayscale value as much as the number of neighbors used. After that, the obtained feature extraction is classified using K-Nearest Neighbor. The test results show that if you only use the HSV color feature method, you get an accuracy value of 75%. If only using the LBP texture feature method, the accuracy value is 72.5%. Meanwhile, if the two feature extraction methods are combined, the accuracy value is 75%.
