Abstract

The research approach used in the procurement of this research is quantitative dekskiptifapproach. This method is used to collect and interpret data through the collection, compileand analyze the data so as to provide a clear picture of the Effect of Service Quality andWork Discipline Employees Public Administration Bureau of Student Satisfaction.Multiple linear regression analysis is used to know the influence of service quality andemployee discipline to student satisfaction.The variable of service quality (X1) simultaneously gives significant effect to studentsatisfaction at University X with probability value b1 is 0.017 less than 0.05. Employeediscipline variable (X2) simultaneously give a significant influence to student satisfaction atUniversity X with probability value b2 is 0,031 smaller than 0,05. The service qualityvariable (X1) has regression coefficient (β) equal to 0,149, employee work discipline (X2)equal to 0,123, hence can be said that service quality variable (X1) have dominant influenceto student satisfaction at Universitas X.Keywords: Service Quality, Employee Discipline, Student Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of the implementation of CorporateSocial Responsibility (CSR) PT. Tirta Investama (Aqua) to the welfare of the community inthe village of Karangjati Pasuruan, with a sample of 205 of 500 families. The type of thisresearch is quantitative descriptive that describes the actual phenomenon. The data used isthe primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaire that has been tested the level ofvalidity with the correlation coefficient (rxy) and the relability with the value of cronbach'salpha more than 0.60. The hypothesis used include the test of influence of education variable(X1), Health (X2), Economy (X3), Environment (X4) on society welfare (Y) by usingmultiple regression analysis at 5% significance level.The test result stated that educational variable of significance value α = 0,023, health α =0,012, Economic α = 0,000, and Environment α = 0,010 have an effect on improvingcommunity prosperity of Karangjati Village with T-value count bigger than T-Table valueand significance level are on α <0.05% indicating that the implementation of CorporateSocial Responsibility in the field of education, health, economics, and environment,conducted by the company has a significant positive effect.Keyword : Corporate Social Responsibility, Educational, health, economic, environment,society welfare

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study using equalitative approach. Data were collected usinginterviews, observation and documentations. The results of this study indicate that financialmanagement is applied differently. Before applied KPE namely: special savings members isnot limited, members loans made easier because the pay system is still manual,facilitatingsebrak postal cooperative services to members if the current installment or need a loan at anytime. When applied KPE namely: special savings normalized to Rp 35.000,00, memberloan amountis limited by the criteria of remaining balance in KPE, sebrak postal servicesabolished.Keywords: Finacial management, result operation residual, KPE, cooperatives

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of brand image and advertisement on Samsung brand smartphone purchase decision either partially, simultaneously, and dominantly. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents by using purposive sampling technique and the respondents in this research are STIE AsiaMalang students. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression method, Determination Test (R2), Test t, F Test, and Dominant Test. Results of multiple linear regression analysisobtained results the independent variables that have the most influence on the dependent variable are brand image variable with Beta (β) 0,465 value followed by advertisement variable with Beta (β) 0,400. Result of t test to prove the variable of brand image and advertisement have positive and significant influence to decision of Samsung brand smartphone purchase, with t value of each variable of advertisement equal to 5,258 with signification level 0,000 and brand image variable equal to 6,100 with 0.000 significance level. F test results also membutktikan that independent variables of brand image and advertising simultaneously affect the decision of Samsung brand smartphone purchase with the value of F arithmetic amounted to 50.695 with a significance level of 0.000. From the results of this study indicate that the independent variables are able to explain 51.1% of Samsung brand smartphone purchase decisions, while the remaining 48.9% is explained by other independent variables that are not examined.Keywords: Brand Image, Advertisement and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to show the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) on performance inthe perspective of employees of production in PT Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung Malang. Thisstudy uses a quantitative approach to explain the research result. The respondents amountedto 66 employees taken based on Slovin formula from 194 employees. Data were collectedusing questionnaire instrument which has been tested for validity and reliability before.Multiple regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study isempirical evidence the effect of occupational safety and health on performance. The resultsindicate that organization must give much attention to safety and health variables because ofits effect on their employees of production performance.Keywords: safety, health, employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles and the work environment onperformance of employees. This research type is explanatory research. Based on the results ofthe examination of the 40 respondents, it can be concluded that there is a leadership styleand influence of work environment on performance of employees. It can be seen from the F-value count of 62.668 with significance < 5% (0.05) of 0.000 together whereby theindependent variable (the leadership style and work environment) effect significantly to thedependent variable (performance). The t-test results obtained from that leadership style andwork environment are partial positive and significant effect on performance of employees.Whereas the coefficient of determination R Square of 0.877 obtained, which means that87.7% change dependent variable (performance of employees) are capable of independentvariable explained by the (leadership style and work environment). The rest amounted to12.3% is explained by other variables outside of the variables used.Keywords: leadership styles, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The year 2015 telecommunications company (PT Telkom) launched a new culture is referred to as Community cultural Activation Provocation is the role of management strategy with optimization of the function of coordination, communication and performance or so-called fan. Fan culture is a breakthrough in efficiency to make it as one of the keys to success in any company. Based on problems in the work unit, the review results against sorcery, finally giving the analysis and answer the problems in work units can actually be ditengahkan, with the process of optimization of the function of communication, coordination and performance through. The result of the author's findings, i.e. as a strategy-oriented management effectiveness on the performance expected, namely reaching 100T then one of the officers of the competence is the increase in effort which also deals with the placement of employees on the job that suits your skills and education. This is a form of coordination and communication. Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) business group is the most able to withstandketikakrisis economic hit this country. The increase in the number of units the SMElapangankerja open so that plays an important role in the economic and industrial growthof a country. Limitations of SMES in increasing competitiveness among others lackcreativity and innovation as well as pemodalan and markets. This research aims to knowthe factors that affect the performance of SMES in the town of Pasuruan, in terms ofentrepreneurial role and competencies of human resources. The role of self-employment isseen from some of the factors that is innovative, proactive and risk management, while thehuman resource competency as seen from the factors of knowledge, skills and abilities.Analytical techniques used is multiple regression analysis. Sampling in this study using apurposive sampling method, in which SMES are being sampled is the SME food field in thetown of Pasuruan. The results showed that of the entrepreneurial role of factors thatinfluence positively and significantly to the performance of SMES in the field of food anddrink in the town of Pasuruan is innovative and proactive, where innovative is theinfluential most dominant variable with regression coefficients of 0372. HR competencefactor variables from the perpetrator of the SMES that positive and significant effect amongother skills, abilities and knowledge, where skill is the dominant effect variables withcoefficients of the regression of 0318.Keywords :  Role Of Smes, Entrepreneurship, HR Competencies

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze; 1) partially influence policy dividendpolicy and debt against the value of property and real estate companies listed on theIndonesia stock exchange, 2) influence of simultaneous policy dividend policy and debtagainst the value of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stockexchange, 3) influence is dominant among policy variables policy dividend and debt againstthe value of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Thisresearch type is explanatory research, while the Population of the research was the real estateand property companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) of the period 2012-2014, with a purposive sampling method. Abstract

One of the factors that influence the success rate of an organization is employee workproductivity. Efforts to improve employee productivity, among others, is to pay attention tojob stress and workload of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work stressand workload both simultaneously and partially to the productivity of production employeesin PT.Venia Agape Indonesia.This research is descriptive and associative research with using a quantitative approach. Thesubject of this research is the production employee at PT.Venia Agape Indonesia. Datacollection using questionnaire and scale used is Likert scale. While data analysis is done byusing linear regression analysis and correlation. Based on the results of t test (partial) showsthat the variable X1 (work load) affect the variable Y (work productivity) is shown with thevalue of 4.305> ttable count 0.009 with a contribution of 64.60%. While the variable X2(work stress) affect the variable Y (work productivity) is shown with the value of t count2.029> ttabel 2,009 with a contribution of 54.90%.The results showed Fcount> Ftable (49,684> 3,19) with significance level 0,000 <0,05.This means that workload and job stress simultaneously affect the productivity of work onPT.Venia Agape Indonesia. Based on the calculation of determination coefficient shows RSquare value of 67.40%, it can be concluded that the workload and work stresssimultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at theproduction in PT.Venia Agape Indonesia, while the remaining 32.60% is influenced byother variables not described in this study.Keywords: workload, job stress and work productivity
