Abstract

The strategic management of human resource widely is correlated with interaction and adaption, that emphasize: 1. the human resource management is totally integrated with strategy and the need company straegy; 2. the policy of human resources is closed to every subject of policy and interline; also 3. the holding of human resource activities is adapted, accepted and done by line manager as a part of daily activities. In accordance with management of human resources, the global that is supposed to be achieved by the company will have function to give a guidance about kinds of choices from human resoyrce activities which can give result ang strengthen the specific attitude needed to achieve the organization strategy.Key word; strattegy, human resource management

Abstract

This research was subjected to analysis the climats organizations that influence the working satisfactions of employee at the Puskesmas Gindanglegi of Malang. Taking sample method was used sensus, remember that the amount of population in research place was not much. The amount of the employees seen in research was 25 employee. By using this multiple regretion method, research result that all independent variable in organization climates consists of leader behavior variable, working motivation, communication stream, interaction and taking decision which effected positif actual employee satisfaction. keyword; Climates Organization, Working Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims at analysing the influence of various fundamental and technical variables on the change of stock price of go-public pharmaceutical industries at Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX). The method used was the Multiple Linear Regression. The six variables suspected to influence the stock price of the pharmaceutical industries were the variables of inflation level, deposit interest level, money circulation volume. US dollar exchange rate, past sales volume and stock price. The three variables showing partial influence: the variables of money circulation volume, and sales volume showed negative influence, and the variable of past stock price showed otherwise. The negative influence of the sales volume on stock price implies that the pharmaceutical companies under investigation were bearish. Past stock price was a dominant variable influencing the stock price. The study results reveal that the three variables not showing partial influence were the variables of inflation level, deposit interest level and US dollar exchange rate. The three variables are worth further investigating, considering their influence on the change of stock price.Key word : Stock Price, fundamental and technical variables, Multiple Linear Regression.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to investigate the relationship of locus of control, behavior type, and fulfillment of salary expectation singularly and collectively with employees” job satisfaction in educational institution, especially at university level. The research/survey conducted at PT Indo Bali – Bali, used survey method with correlational approach. The survey respondents consisting of Staff and lecturer of PT. Indo Bali - Bali were randomly selected. The research results show that the hypothesis is accepted in the sense that there is a positive relationship between the three independent variables and the dependent variable singularly and collectively. The research also reveals that the relationship between fulfillment of salary expectation and job satisfaction ranks first, the relationship between behavior type and job satisfaction ranks second, and the relationship between locus of control and job satisfaction ranks third. Consequently, in managing an corporate these factors have to be taken into consideration).Key word ; Satisfaction, locus of control, salary
