Abstract

Along with the development of wireless communication makes the increasing demand for obtaining quality services and better range, bandwidth-efficient and reliable system. OFDM is a multicarrier transmission technique to overcome multipath fading, which may result in intersymbol interference (ISI). On the other hand there is the antenna system with the use of multiple antennas at the transmitter and receiver that can also be overcome multipath fading,ie Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) to increase channel capacity and diversity gain. MIMO techniques used in this Final adaldah Space Time Block Code. Simulation aims to simulate and analyze the MIMO OFDM technique using space-time block code against the influence of the number of subcarriers and influence user speed in AWGN channel and Rayleigh. The simulation results based on the number of subcarriers in AWGN channel, the best performance is obtained by subcarrier number 256. With BPSK and QPSK modulation obtained BER = 6 10-4 when SNR 4 dB. Simulation based on Rayleigh channel obtained when BER = 9.7 10-5 with BPSK modulation. Based on the comparison of the greater frequency doppler given doppler frequency, resulting in BER generated even greater, because the state of the canal will be getting worse.

Abstract

Maintenance of lecturing instruments is very important to ensure that every inventory works well to support the continuity of the teaching and learning process. Control activities must be carried out at any time so that it can speed up the handling process to improve inventory services. The purpose of this study was to utilize the lecture instrument inventory data to make an electronic inventory system application (e-inventory) of the lecture instruments that would be used to record the inventory of lecture instruments by applying the multi-user concept using the Single Sign On method. Implementation of Single Sign On in application development is intended to maximize performance because each job will be carried out by multi-users, easily controlled because each user has different access rights and is more efficient in terms of accountability. This study will produce a Lecture Instrument E-Inventory System equipped with Single Sign On facilities so that it will be easier to apply. The results of this study can be developed by adding supporting facilities to applications that have been made in accordance with the standard procedure for recording lecture instruments so that they can be applied in many universities.Maintenance of lecturing instruments is very important to ensure that every inventory works well to support the continuity of the teaching and learning process. Abstract

—The Batik of Pekalongan is a heritage that continues to be maintained and until now it is still used as a source of livelihood for the majority of the people in Pekalongan city, so the city of Pekalongan is known as the city of batik. However, the existence of batik is facing a serious threat, caused by the abundance of textile products with batik motifs (batik printing) on the market, but not matched by increased public knowledge of batik. Various efforts, both in Pekalongan city government through the labeling of batik, and ASEPHI in Pekalongan city through the implementation of original batik hologram, has been done to maintain the sustainability of batik. But this has not yet provided optimal results, because it is still found that the fraudulent batik seller who put the original batik label/hologram on batik printing, thus harming the society, harming batik craftsmen/producers and tarnish the batik image of Pekalongan city. This happened because the batik label or the original batik hologram had not been connected to a computer-based information system, so that they cannot monitor and validate the attachment of original batik labels/holograms. For this reason, researchers developed a e-label batik application that was able to be used by the community to scan batik labels that produced by the e-label batik application, so that can know information the authenticity of the batik. The application is also equipped with facilities that provide convenience to monitor, validate, get feedback from the community and become a learning media for the community towards batik. The development of e-label batik applications has gone through the stages of alpha testing and continued with closed beta testing to find out the ideal environment, So that the performance of the batik elabel application is optimal, and can be used properly by the community.

Abstract

RFID (Radio Freq uency Identification) systems are used as personal identification cards in the room access system especially in Electrical Engineering Laboratory. This system is intended to maintain the security and privacy of the room from someone who does not have the authority to enter the room. This security system uses a two-tier security system, namely through an RFID identity card and security code. The design and implementation of this system, an electric key work system is evaluated based on the solenoid component and the password used when accessing the room. RFID tags used in this system are in the form of "Mifare RFID Card 13.56 Mhz" cards and store unique codes used as personal identification. This code is read by the RFID reader in validating its authority with Arduino Mega 2560 to regulate the system of electric locks and passwords used to open the door. From the test results, 100% RFID tags can be recognized by the RFID reader, 100% RFID tag and password reading system is successfully used to access the room.

Abstract

Sei Kapitan (Kapitan River) is a village located in Kumai District, West Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan Province with a population density of 5,660 inhabitants. 25% from 5,660 people work as fishermen so do fishermen in this village). The government has provided assistance for fishermen to reduce poverty, but it isn’t in the right target. The government only provides assistance without providing standard data and criteria to determine the beneficiaries. While from the village, they chose beneficiaries based on meetings with village officials, there will be many factors recommended at the meeting. Therefore they need system that can determine and conduct the assistance to fishermen who are entitled to receive support, it is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. By using the system development method, called prototypes, and criteria for fisheries ownership every month, types of fisheries, ship, and fishing gear ownership can be detected. This method was chosen because it can select the best alternative from several alternatives. The final result of this system is an alternative decision making that is interesting in determining the beneficiary fishermen. The future hope is that the results of decision making will be right on target and the system can be operated online.
