Abstract

The physiological problems that often arise during the first postoperative day are pain on the former incision. One of the nursing self-care actions for non-pharmacological pain management and is a complementary therapy is a foot reflexology massage. This study aims to determine the effect of foot reflexology treatment on the level of pain in Sectio Caesarea postoperative patients in Masyithoh Islamic Hospital, Bangil. The research method used was Quasy-experiment With Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Research subjects were postoperative patient of Sectio Caesarea selected with non probability sampling technique of purposive sampling type of 30 respondent, divided into 15 respondents for intervention group and 15 respondents for control group. The average pain level after posttest in the intervention group was in mild pain level and in the control group was in moderate pain level. The Wilcoxon test results showed that there was a difference between pretest and posttest pain levels in both the intervention group and the control group. Mann-Whitney statistical test results showed that there was a difference between posttest pain levels in the intervention group and posttest in the control group with p-value = 0.01 (p <0.05). The conclusion of this research is foot reflexology massage affect the decrease of pain level in postoperative patient of Sectio Caesarea in Masyithoh Islamic Hospital Bangil. It is suggested that nurses should use foot reflexology massage as a complementary therapy because it can reduce pain levels.Keywords: Sectio Caesarea Post Operation; Foot Reflexology Massage; Pain Level

Abstract

The symptoms of chikungunya disease are generally similar to the symptoms of other viral diseases, except that chikungunya disease can cause joint disorders and even paralysis. Incorrect initial diagnosis will result in inappropriate treatment of the disease Thus it is necessary to study the identified antibodies that can neutralize and protect the body from alphavirus infections, including chikungunya. There are several antibodies that can neutralize chikungunya including CHK152 which neutralizes virus by inhibiting fusion with stabilizing the surface area of the virus, hindering the exposure of the fusion-loop, likely neutralizing infection by blocking fusion. Otherwise CHK265 inhibits the life cycle of the virus in a way neutralize infection by blocking entry at a post-attachment pre-fusion step. The low energy of binding between antigen-antibodies will stabilize the interaction of both. Therefore, this aims to find the best affinity energy for antibodies to be used in the rapid diagnostic component of anti-chikungunya virus (CHIKV). The binding energies were calculated using FireDock an efficient method for the refinement and rescoring of rigid-body docking solutions, through rearrangement of the interface sidechains and adjustment of the relative orientation of the molecules.The results of this study  obtained energy scores from CKH152 and CHK265 are -125.78 and -29.94, indicate that CHK265 antibody affinity energy is higher than CHK152. It can be concluded that the best affinity energy for CHIKV diagnostic component is CHK152.Keywords: energy affinity; CHK152; CHK265; E1E2 CHIKV; molecular docking

Abstract

The cesarean delivery rate has increased globally, exceeding the standard cesarean delivery rate set by WHO. The average cesarean birth rate is 27% in 19 high-income countries with an average rate of 14 to 33% in each country. Cesarean delivery that is not based on strong medical indications has short-term and long-term health consequences. Among them is the failure of early breastfeeding initiation, which is very important for the growth and development of newborns. The purpose of this review is to see the relationship between cesarean delivery and Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (EIBF) and to see the factors that most play a role in the success of early initiation of breastfeeding after cesarean delivery. This review is based on Pubmed, Scopus, and Google Scholar data. The data is generalized and extracted into Table 1 based on factors related to the implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation in women with cesarean deliveries. More attention is needed on the physical, psychological and physiological recovery of lactation in women after cesarean delivery so that the interventions carried out for the success of early breastfeeding initiation can be implemented effectively. Keywords: early initiation breastfeeding; cesarean delivery

Abstract

Health crisis due to Covid-19 Pandemic should be mitigated to reduce the opportunity for a greater health loss. One key factor for the success of health intervention is the availability and proper use of budget. Districts lacking fiscal capacity should choose the best option available to address the issue. This aims to describe the dynamics of the health budget refocusing on mitigation of Covid-19 and its implication to the achievement of health development targets in remote archipelagic areas. This is a qualitative study conducted in Sumba Tengah District Health Agency, in October 2020. Data are collected through semi-structured interviews with several key informants. The policy of budget refocusing to mitigate Covid-19 at the district level is a highly dynamic and complex process. Understanding of budget refocusing policy among district personnel vary. Implementation of budget refocusing policy potentially create new long and short terms problems within the health sector. Keywords: budget refocusing; Covid-19; remote archipelagic areas

Abstract

WHO estimates that 10.7 million women are dying as a result of pregnancy. Around 25-50% are related to a persalinan problem. One factor that influences performance is personal psychology. Peran keluarga aktif dalam persalinan akan mengurangi kejadian komplikasi. The goal of this study is to determine the impact of video-based persalinan on long-term persalinan in the kepulauan population. The design of this study was posttest only with control group. The research carried out at Tanjungpinang's Mandiri Praktik Bidan in the months of March and May 2022, involved 68 maternity mothers. The method of investigation used was observation checklist. Data were analyzed using independent sample t-test. The results of the study show that there was a benefit to video-based persalinan compared to traditional labor. Keywords: labor companion video; length of labor
