Jurnal Perspektif pertama kali diterbitkan pada tahun 2013. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai media kajian ilmiah hasil penelitian, pemikiran dan kajian analisis kritis mengenai penelitian di Bidang Ilmu Sistem Informasi, Manajemen dan Ekonomi. Jurnal Perspektif menerbitkan 2 (dua) jurnal dalam setiap tahunnya, yaitu terbit di bulan Maret dan September.
Jurnal Perspektif sebagai bagian dari semangat menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan hasil dari penelitian dan pemikiran untuk pengabdian pada masyarakat luas. Situs Jurnal Perspektif menyediakan artikel-artikel jurnal untuk diunduh secara gratis. Information Technology in education is now widely used by academics. example is the development of web-based information systems academic. Information technology has a significant role in information services to the public related to academic information. Therefore the implementation of a web-based academic information system at the junior secondary school Nganjuk Al-Islam is certainly right to say so. Designing Web-based information systems academic aims to provide academic information. In designing the system this information is not only needed in the form of information system model so, but there are several stages in the design of these systems include the planning, analysis phase, the design phase and the implementation phase. The results of the design of web-based information systems academic is expected to help academic performance in providing academic information services. This system will give the students' progress reports such as report cards and the value of UTS / UAS online. Besides, parents can also monitor the progress of student learning outcomes. <![CDATA[Human resources is one of the components that are relatively difficult to be audited by the management company, because the human resources function as regulators, implementers, and control or supervision. So from that audit of human resource development should be able to provide an independent overview in order to encourage the effectiveness and synergies for all the activities of both the holistic balance to proportion the role of HRD in each work unit. Data collection methods used in this study using literature associated with some methods in conducting an audit of human resources, which can be used as the basis of ongoing research. Usefulness of information obtained from the audit of the human resources, the management company can conduct an internal evaluation into the enterprise to all units of human resources as a form of business in order to improve human resources to be much better controlled than before. In addition, the results of the audit of human resources management can help companies to identify the problems faced by each individual employee each work unit were different. And in the end by improving the quality of human resources and the quality of the work that is much better, can create an atmosphere of work and scope of a healthy work culture in supporting the development of the company to be more prepared and resilient to be able to compete with other companies. <![CDATA[ Analisa laporan keuangan bertujuan untuk mengetahui sampai sejauh mana prestasi kerja yang telah tercapai oleh semua divisi yang ada di perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi rasio-rasio rentabilitas yang berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan perusahaan dalam memperoleh keuntungan pada PT.ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk periode 2014 dan 2015. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan tiga jenis pengumpulan data yaitu studi pustaka, observasi non perilaku dan metode pengambilan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa rasio dan perbandingan laporan keuangan pada PT.ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk periode 2014 dan 2015 maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1. Ratio Operating Income Dengan Operating Assets menunjukkan penurunan, ini berarti semakin berkurangnya laba perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan aktiva usaha perusahaan. 2. Turn Over dari Operating Asssets menunjukkan penurunan, ini berarti semakin berkurangnya penjualan perusahaan yang yang diperoleh dengan aktiva usaha perusahaan. 3. Return on Investment (ROI) menunjukkan penurunan, ini berarti semakin berkurangnya penjualan perusahaan diperoleh dengan aktiva usaha dan berkurangnya Laba usaha perusahaan yang diperoleh dari penjualan. 4. Ratio Laba Kotor menunjukkan peningkatan, ini berarti semakin bertambahnya laba kotor perusahaan yang diperoleh dari penjualan perusahaan. 5. Almost most of the UKM have had employees in the running of his business so that UKM owners was supposed to pay income tax on the income of 21 employees have been paid. To minimize time and accuracy in the calculation of the PPh 21 then owners of UKM can take advantage of Microsoft Excell available on almost computers. Research methods used in this writing is descriptive quantitative methods. As well as to order clothing in a way offline to visit fashion shops which will be costly and time consumed much more will be released, the author here to provide solutions that can simplify ordering clothes online by creating an application ordering clothing online with method web-based, where customers can order the clothes either via a computer, laptop or mobile phone connected to the internet. Of course it would be easier for shoppers to order online with a Muslim fashion does not cost very much greater. <![CDATA[Currently, there are many large companies in the world merge into a single company either through acquisitions or mergers to strengthen the competitiveness with other companies. There are many examples of giant companies that acquire other companies, such as recently the company Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. acquired the majority of Lazada Group. There is a lot of interest a company merged with another company. One was for the company to move forward and avoid liquidation. Liquidation is a state where the alliance was dissolved by completing obligations to creditors and divide the remaining assets to the owners. The main purpose of liquidation is to perform the maintenance and clearance on the bankruptcy estate. One of the underlying condition that is an ally liquidation bankruptcy. The liquidation process consists of two stages: the process of changing the existing wealth into cash, which is called the realization process and the process of repayment of debts to creditors and repayment of capital to the rest of the members of the so-called process of liquidation. In this stage to do is register and the accumulation of wealth and corporate debt, announced in the newspapers and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the plan of distribution of the proceeds of the liquidation, to make payments to creditors, and pay the remainder of the proceeds of liquidation to shareholders. <![CDATA[The background of this research is many studies on the role of the success of an organization is affected by the job performance, for that every company will try to improve the performance of its employees in achieving organizational goals. The objectives of this research were to identify the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the employee’s performance. Data analyze used in this research is primer data and using purposive sampling to collect the data, analysis data method in this research is using multylinear regression with SPSS. Respondent in this research are the employee. The result of this research show that indicated that motivation has positive and significant impact in performance; job satisfaction has positive and significant impact on performance; and then jointly motivation and job satisfaction has positive and significant impact on employee’s.
