The Program of Balada Cerita Ramadhan (Ramadan Story of Ballad) at Pramborradio is program of radio drama that is purposed attractively for Kawula Muda(listener). A drama radio that has the sense of fun and religious da’wah is forteenager. This research is aimed to know the process of pre-production,production, post-production, supported factors in developing a program that TheProgram of Balada Cerita Ramadhan (Ramadan Story of Ballad) is broadcastedaltogether within eight cities (beside Jakarta) and it has been starting since pastten years. Moreover, this program is popular in big cities and obtains positivefeedback from the listener, especially Prambors radio. This research of methoduses qualitative descriptive analysis. The data collection is done by doing severalsteps, such as: interview, observation, documentation review, and library. Theresult of this research is explained by seeing three processes; they are: preproduction,production, and post-production. Also, the influence for KawulaMuda is able to spend the time of ‘ngabuburit’ without visiting the target place,without giving money. Even, it is able to get the true meaning story of friendshipand positive story that can be dedicated into a certain community.

In the globalization era, farmers should have strong independence and competitiveness.They have to be able to manage their agribusiness to ensure product quality andsustainable agribusiness. This study aimed to analyze factors related to farmerindependence in decision making on sustainable agribusiness in Sukaharja Village, BogorRegency. This study was conducted in Sukaharja Village, Bogor Regency, West JavaProvince from November to December 2013. The approach used in this study wasdescriptive-correlational. The research population consisted of 67 farmers, while the datacollection was conducted on census basis from the 67 farmers. The hypothesis was carriedout using analysis of Rank Spearman correlation test. The study result showed that theimportant factors to which attention should be paid in an effort to improve theindependence level of the farmers in Sukaharja Village, Bogor Regency in decision makingfor their agribusiness success were being active in searching for agribusiness-relatedinformation and encouraging interaction with the extension officers.

Cultural organizations often come to the surface to be studied well even amongpractitioners and academics . One of the current organizational culture has always beenthe public spotlight is organizational culture of government agencies such as theIndonesian National Police. Lots of police performance that can be understood by thepeople that have to be considered in the organizational culture that agency. With theperformance that is within the police, we can examine and construct meaning , whetherseen from the performance within an organizational culture rituals , socialization ,politics and enculturation , which has now turned into a culture of police organizations .Construction of meaning police expected performance body DAPT understood by thepublic or the members in the organization, so that organizational culture can beperceived negatively by the public to be repaired a positive organizational culture . Thusthe performance of the Police will also turn out to be positive.

Promotion should have done by interesting and creativeprogram, it can be done looking for and attracting for all the customer , on thatground PT Akram Rihlah Mubarak Bekasi is one of Umrah Travel Agent alwaysgive the variety and innovation of the Promotion for the Costumer, and thepromotion which is setting out by the the variety and innovation have been donefor defencing the competitiveness. The research use the qualitative method byusing the Interview, Observation and literature study, PT Akram Rihlah MubarakBekasi need more of strategies which have been done, and as a result the target ofPromotion has been reach out 75% in 2013, 60% in 2014 and 66,6% in 2015,reach out of the target of Promotion considerate between (realization –Planning/Planningx100%), with the result of the target of promotion which havebeen reach out by ground PT Akram Rihlah Mubarak Bekasi, it can makeconclusion, generally the program of promotion have been done effectiveness ,but in the future the company must think of the best alternative for facing thecompetitiveness by more Effective and innovative Strategies

This study aims to find answers and explain the influence of tutoring onthe learning achievement of students, analyzing the variables that most influencethe learning achievements of learners, and to analyze the relationship betweendimensions variable tutoring the dimensions variable learning achievement ofstudents in high school Kafah Unggul Tangerang.This research method is amethod of quantitative approach that analyzes the research data to test or testcorrelation coefficient r. The results obtained r count of 0,478, while r table atsignificance level of 5% is 0,361 so that r count > of r table. From thecalculation, t count equal to 2.880 further than the price t table at significancelevel of 5% and db = n-2. So db is 30-2 = 28. Then the obtained t table atsignificant level 5% = 1,701. Turns t > t table. Based on the above dataprocessing r count 0,478 > 0,361 tables of r so that Ha is accepted. This meansthere is a significant relationship between tutoring and academic achievement ofstudents in high school Kafah Unggul Tangerang is included in the mediumcategory, because in the range between 0.400 to 0.599 is 0.478. An importantfinding of this study was the achievement of learners in high school Kafah UnggulTangerang, influenced by tutoring in the medium category that needs to beimproved variable tutoring is to maintain the continuity of the learningachievement of students in high school Kafah Unggul Tangerang.
