Abstract

Humas pemerintah memiliki fungsi mengedukasi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan citra dan reputasi pemerintah, membangun jembatan sosiaisasi yang baik, membangun hubungan yang menguntungkan antar stakeholder serta membangun kepercayaan. Selain itu humas juga harus berupaya bagaimana untuk menjalin hubungan baik dengan media. Kementerian Perindustrian, berperan penting untuk menginformasikan baik itu produk industri kecil atau informasi-informasi tentang industri di daerah ke masyarakat luas. Layanan informasi yang diberikan oleh Kementerian Perindustrian melalui media online youtube. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan Dokumentasi. Adapun untuk analisa data menggunakan deskriptif. Kesimpulan adalah Media sosial youtube berperan sangat penting dalam penyebaran informasi, dimana media sosial youtube yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh jutaan orang menjadi media yang sangat tepat bagi penyebaran informasi kepada publik internal dan publik eksternal.

Abstract

Dalam memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal dan efisien, kini instansi pemerintah Kota Depok telah membuka pelayanan dalam hal perizinan maupun non-perizinan melalui Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Satu Pintu Kota Depok atau yang lebih familiar dengan DPMPTSP Kota Depok. Sebagai pelayan masyarakat, DPMPTSP Kota Depok memiliki peran dan tugas yang sama dengan Humas, hal ini cenderung terlihat dari kerja karyawan yang mayoritas bertatap muka dengan masyarakat serta menjembatani masyarakat dengan dinas teknis yang terkait dalam hal perizinan maupun non-perizinan. Hal lain yang melandasi terbentuknya program DPMPTSP Kota Depok adalah untuk memudahkan masyarakat sehingga pada saat proses pelayanan hingga persetujuan berkas masyarakat hanya cukup melakukannya di loket yang sama, sehingga meminimalisir kebingungan masyarakat ataupun kegiatan illegal seperti pungutan liar yang dilakukan oleh oknum yang tidak bertangung jawab. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Publik, Humas Pemerintah dan Masyarakat

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the main interests and capital of society today in daily activities is the existence of a healthy state, both physical health and spiritual health. The public analogy that health is expensive, there is no activity that can not be done if the condition of the body in a healthy state. In addition, the role of the Government in realizing a healthy society also has a great impact on public awareness of the importance of the government's free vaccine program. Giving vaccine MR (Measles Rubella) or Measles Rubella / Measles and Germany is one of the public health programs that have been proclaimed by the Government in August-September 2017. This is because cases of measles disease in Indonesia is still high. In performing its function as a persuasive information and, communication giver, Public Relations of the Government, in this case, maximizes MR campaign vaccine program through various media publication either print media, electronic media or social media. Among the three media publications, Public Relations Palmerah Sub-district tend to use print media such as posters, banners and leaflets that are intended for the surrounding community. The campaign program is expected to have a broad and effective impact when balanced with the effectiveness of the campaign's media itself.  Keywords: PR Campaign, Media Publication, Socialization and MR Vaccine   ABSTRAK  Salah satu kepentingan dan modal utama masyarakat dewasa ini dalam menjalani kegiatan sehari-hari ialah adanya keadaan yang sehat, baik itu kesehatan jasmani maupun kesehatan rohani. Masyarakat menganalogikan bahwa kesehatan mahal harganya, tidak ada aktifitas yang tak dapat dilakukan bila kondisi tubuh dalam keadaan yang sehat. Selain itu peran dari Pemerintah dalam mewujudkan masyarakat yang sehat pun telah membawa dampak yang besar terhadap kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya program pemberian vaksin gratis oleh Pemerintah. Pemberian vaksin MR (Measles Rubella) atau Campak dan Rubella/Campak Jerman  merupakan salah satu program kesehatan bagi masyarakat yang telah dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah pada Agustus-September 2017. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kasus penyakit Campak di Indonesia tergolong masih tinggi. Dalam menjalani fungsinya sebagai pemberi informasi dan komunikasi yang persuasif, Humas Pemerintah dalam hal ini memaksimalkan program kampanye vaksin MR melalui berbagai media publikasi baik media cetak, media elektronik maupun media sosial. Diantara ketiga media publikasi tersebut, Humas Puskesmas Kecamatan Palmerah cenderung menggunakan media cetak seperti poster, banner dan leaflet yang di diperuntukkan bagi masyaraat sekitar. Program kampanye tersebut diharapkan memberikan dampak yang luas dan efektif bila diimbangi dengan keefektifitasan media kampanye itu sendiri. Kata Kunci: Kampanye Humas, Media Publikasi, Sosialisasi dan Vaksin MR

Abstract

Abstract - The company which is a place for employees to grow and develop in the world of work can also be a comfortable second home if the working atmosphere is good and positive. Making employees not only as workers but also as work partners is one of the company's efforts in providing comfort and recognition the existence of employees. This can also be done by holding several internal activities for employees in order to reduce the level of saturation to increase employee motivation to work. Is PT Adira Dynamics Multifinance, one of the largest financing companies in Indonesia which in addition to upholding the principle of consumer comfort but also prioritizes the comfort and principle of family in a work atmosphere that will improve the performance and work of employees. One of the things that is done is by holding events / activities for employees through the employee relations event, which is a holiday event and having fun together for the entire company. In addition to that, the event was also held as a place to increase the closeness between employees and superiors and attenuate the gap between them. The event is designed with activities that are interesting, relaxed and filled with an atmosphere of humor.

Abstract

Recent films have attracted a lot of audiences, because many films have appeared with moral messages. This is evidenced by the number of films circulating by instilling the value of positive messages that are packaged in a concise, straightforward and interesting manner. So that many film makers have emerged to produce their works so that they can be watched by the public and can have a positive impact. Of the many films that are presented on the big screen, they have offered various colors in such a way, of course, adapted to the phenomena that are happening in society. Among them are the variety of films that are presented on the big screen, some are moral messages that are so constructive and in accordance with actual events in society, one of which is the short film “Tilik”. The research method used is qualitative in the form of semiotic analysis of Tilik Film Representations, this approach also allows researchers to use data as well as possible to be able to develop components of analytical, conceptual, categorical and flexible information. There are many signs in Tilik Film which have implied meanings. Director Tilik is very good at wrapping moral messages through the daily life of the village community through a film that only lasts 32 minutes, 34 seconds. These signs are displayed through several aspects such as the setting and setting of the film, shooting techniques, characters and dialogue between characters, scenes made by players, to the selection of the wardrobe of the characters in the film Tilik. Abstract

Based on number SK-77/MBU/03/2020 concerning the Establishment of the National Disaster Task Force for State-Owned Enterprises, KAI was appointed as the Coordinator of the West Sumatra Region. Through this appointment, KAI coordinates with existing SOEs, as well as local BPBDs in distributing disaster assistance, especially medical equipment and other assistance related to the current Covid-19 pandemic and other natural disasters. PT KAI's concern. Efforts to prevent the spread of the virus include travel restrictions, quarantines, curfews, event delays and cancellations, and facility closures. In Indonesia, prevention efforts are implementing PSBB in some areas. PSBB stands for Large-Scale Social Restrictions, a regulation issued by the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) in the context of the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19 so that it can be implemented immediately in various regions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with news content analysis methods in several online media. After PT KAI's CSR activities run, internally it will evaluate the results of each activity. In a company, of course, already has a CSR program in developing the company's image in the eyes of the public. Abstract

The role of public relations is very important in shaping the image of the government, without good public relations its performance will not be seen by the public even though the government apparatus has worked as well as possible. On the other hand, an effective public relations approach can cover the lack of government performance. The purpose of this study is to take a deeper look at how the archipelago culture degree program is carried out by the Public Relations of the East Jakarta Kominfomas Sub-dept. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach by describing the situation as it is based on the activities that take place in the field. The results of this study show that this activity plays an active role in introducing Betawi culture and archipelago culture, so that culture as a national identity can be loved by the younger generation and has a selling value in foreign eyes that is no less cool than foreign culture. Abstract

In Indonesia, the tourism sector is better known to the world because it has many tourist destinations spread across the country. Natural aesthetics and customs are an attraction for tourists to visit Indonesia. Since the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic as a national disaster, forcing governments around the world to take policies and actions to temporarily stop activities by implementing Lockdown. The implementation of the lockdown has greatly impacted various sectors, both the economic, social and tourism sectors. Entering the new normal era, the Indonesian government provides the tourism sector with the flexibility to recover by operating again in accordance with the implementation of health protocols. The purpose of this study is to find out how the communication management strategy is carried out by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy/Tourism and Creative Economy Agency of the Republic of Indonesia to restore the tourism sector after the pandemic. The method used in this research, namely the case study method, is a research method that uses different data sources that can be used to comprehensively explain various aspects of an individual, group, program, organization or event systematically. The conclusion shows that the post-pandemic communication management strategy is carried out with a centralized internal and external communication strategy by determining a spokesperson, improving the quality of human resources, creating a special channel for pandemic information on the internet site, providing the latest information regularly to the company's crisis team, submitting related policies/SOPs. handling pandemics, conducting virtual activities with related divisions. Abstract

Corruption is a pervasive global problem with detrimental effects on economic performance, political stability and community integration. Corruption has provided its own moment for the mass media which includes electronic mass media and printed mass media today to be used as the latest news which is called the Headline (headline). One of the news that discusses the new corruption case is the case of Social Assistance Funds (Bansos) at the Ministry of Social Affairs. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) which has appointed the Minister of Social Affairs (Mensos) Juliari Batubara as a suspect in the corruption of social assistance (Bansos) for residents affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. The method in this study uses a qualitative description which aims to describe systematically, factually, and accurately about news on the corruption case of Social Affairs Minister for Social Affairs Juliari Batubara in Kompas.Com and BBCIndonesia.com with framing Robert Entman analysis. The results of this study are based on the results of the framing analysis in this study, it is very clear that the role of the media is not limited to conveying information, the times demand the media to play the role of 'watch dog' or guard dog and control for the government and related institutions in formulating every policy. for the benefit of society. Abstract

Crisis is negative phenomenon that can occur in any company or organization, anytime and anywhere. The crisis has the potential to be highlighted by the mass media On the other hand, mass media can shape public perceptions according to their wishes. Therefore, companies must understand how the media works. A company's reputation depends on the speed of its response. The purpose of this study is to develop an in-depth description of the crisis response undertaken by Garuda Indonesia in response to Youtuber's post, Rius FernandesThis research method uses descriptive qualitative method with news content analysis method in several online media. The crisis response strategy provided by the Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) as a theoretical basis explains that in the Garuda Indonesia crisis response category in dealing with this problem, public communication management can be said to be inappropriate.
