Abstract

Level of crime has had with the empirical branching directly or through cyber space or virtual world. Based on the data showed that a variety of behavioral changes and the more crime increase with the virtual world of crime. Meanwhile the government and the device has not been able to become legal issues existing controllers. ITE legislation which was passed in last March 2008 full debate is considered not healthy and in conflict with the Constitution, especially on the freedom of UUD 45. By using qualitative methods, the author tried to analyze and give a solution that may become a concern for the government and the public how to maintain ethics in the virtual world interacting with the moral awareness of how to build each individual IT users themselves.Keywords: crime, ethics, the moral awareness

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has the largest number of street children or children displaced, where they generally do not attend school or drop out of school. The influence of globalization is developing rapidly, and the technology is developing rapidly, the transfer of knowledge can be developed and the effect on the existing education system, both between countries and between nations. This can be seen from the reality of children education problems in Indonesia. Education is an effort the consciousness for the oppressed (poor children/street children), because only through education will be delivered for the exemption suppressed. Education can be the cause of the birth of their oppressed. Education became an important factor to open community awareness. Through education will the understanding oppressed causes for this and they will be able to even attempt to free the fetters oppressed.Key words: The Consciousness Theory, Solutions of Streets Children Education

Abstract

The achievement of the point of view, the mission and the aim of the school that was maintained together by the pupil, was needed by the condition for the conducive school and the harmony between the available educational power in the school including the principal, the teacher, the administrative power, and parents of the pupil, as well as their respective community had the role that was big enough in achieving the aim of the organisation. The teacher's power was one of the educational powers that had the role as the determining factor of the success of the aim of the organisation apart from the other educational power, because of the direct teacher bersinggungan with participants educated, to give the guidance that his estuary will produce the graduate who was hoped for. So the achievement of the teacher must be always increased. Efforts to increase the achievement usually were carried out by means of giving the motivation, held the supervision, gave the incentive, gave the opportunity that was good for developed in the career, increased the capacity, the style of good leadership. While the achievement of the teacher could be increased if that was relevant knew what was hoped for and when could determine hopes that were acknowledged by results of his work. Key word:  motivation,  organisation culture and achievement

Abstract

All this from a business orientation is purely for profit (profit-oriented). The basic principle which is widely accepted in the business world is business is business. Along with the development of global environmental issues, concepts and applications growing CSR. CSR is not simply a company's social obligations, but also as the concept of sustainable development. However, many companies implement CSR merely incidental activities, such as providing assistance to victims of disaster, donations, and other forms of other charity activities. CSR is thus completed only the problem that has not been a top priority. That ultimately matters is not exactly urgent attention.Community development is one form of activity that can be implemented as a form of corporate social responsibility that can provide benefits to communities and organizations. development of a community empowerment activities as the organization's responsibility towards society in the environment and the wider community associated with the organization. This research methods literature, which is done by collecting the data contained in the books of literature, legislation, results of seminars and other resources related to the problem under study. The data obtained will be analyzed in a qualitative analysis is conducted by understanding and assemble the data that has been collected and arranged systematically, and conclusions drawn. The results showed that there are many companies that have implemented programs CSRnya through community development activities, such as: provision of capital assistance program for small businesses, partnerships with community programs, community training programs, infrastructure development programs, and various other programs that can achieve sustainable development.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Development

Abstract

The existence of an ideal political party to activate and mobilise people, representing certain interests, a compromise of concurrent views and provide facilities for the succession of political leadership is legitimate and peace, the party also served to rational and effective link between individuals and the political system, and change the individual becomes a citizen and political system becomes a good government. PR is an important part in partisan politics, this is because political parties require support from the community in general. To gain support in the elections, then the PR carried out various activities to support the achievement of the objectives and voice to win elections.
