Abstract

This Study aims to determine the company's financial performance is studied based on the analysis of Economic value added (EVA) for the year 2011 and 2012 on PT Binaartha Parama. The method used is descriptive analysis using time series data. The data used are the financial statements of the balance sheet and income statement for the period in 2011 and 2012. The results showed that the company's financial performance in 20011 and 2012 showed the unfavorable conditions in which the company is not able to create value-added enterprises, and therefore contributes to the formation of capital investment from investors. Keywords : EVA Method, Financial Performance

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of cost of quality to the profitability. This research is quantitative, the data used is quality costs consist of t Prevention cost, appraisal cost, internal failure cost, external failure cost  and profitability. The data was taken from the financial statements CV Meranti Manunggal Furniture 2008-2014. The method used in this research is the statistic method  with Multiple Regression Analysis and SPSS. The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect on the cost of quality to the profitability is reflected in the mathematical equation EBIT=5,425+0.409X1+0.277X2+0.246X3-0.511X4. Simultaneously and partially all independent variables showed a significant effect on the dependent variable, is reflected from the F test and t test. Abstract

This study aims to identify and test the factors that can affect customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, especially in hotels that apply sharia principles such as Sofyan Hotel Betawi. The subjects of this study were guests staying overnight with a sample size of 170 people who met the research criteria and requirements using a purposive sampling technique. The research design uses quantitative research survey methods, interviews and questionnaires. Data collection tools use a Likert scale as quantitative data. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the SEM path analysis method. The results showed that service quality and price perception had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction by 24.6%. Customer loyalty is influenced by factors of service quality and customer satisfaction positively and significantly by 51.9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan citra merek produksi Tiongkok terhadap keputusan pembelian. Non probability sampling, dengan responden pengguna handphone Xiaomi yang tersebar di area Jakarata Pusat dengan jumlah sampel 150 orang yang didapat dengan penggunaan rumus slovin,adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat fakta empiris berupa terjadi adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kualitas produk, harga dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil empiris berupa nilai koofisien korelasi dan jalur hendak menyatakan bahwa ketiga variable penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable keputusuan pembelian sehingga dari paparan tersebut maka terpenuhi hipotesis yang penulis tawarkan dalam penelitian ini yakni terdapat pengaruh positif antara kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, terdapat pengaruh positif antara harga terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian, terdapat pengaruh positif antara citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian dan terdapat pengaruh bersama sama antara kualitas produk, harga dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

E-commerce is a payment system that is currently booming with e-commerce, so all sales systems that were offline go online and sales systems that were only in one region can be around the world without time limits and where development is compressed so high that it causes There are many changes from the traditional sales system to the internet. Therefore, this study will determine the effect of goods prices and buyer trust on the e-commerce sales system for purchasing goods online. The method used in this research is quantitative methods using a questionnaire that will be distributed in order to obtain data that can be used as research data so that the data can be used as a reference for current research and future research using the questionnaire method so that we will be able to get real data in the field because it is based on data directly obtained from e-commerce customers. The e-commerce system has begun to be developed in the 2000s but has not been used maximally but after the Covid 19 pandemic, now the e-commerce sales system has been very, very developed because of the limitations of the place and time of the Covid 19 pandemic resulting in the prohibition of physical contact. from sellers and buyers, therefore the e-commerce system speaks to the problems that already exist today with the existence of e-commerce so that sellers and buyers can still transact with online media. In this study will be able to produce data that can answer the problem in this research in this study will answer the problem of how the relationship between low prices and customer trust in the e-commerce sales system based on online shopping with online media, therefore this research will use quantitative methods. as an appropriate research method.

Abstract

Orientasi masyarakat dewasa ini memiliki kecenderungan untuk mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman yang bersifat produk organik. Hal ini sesuai dengan perubahan gaya hidup dan preferensi masyarakat yang menginginkan hidup sehat. Kondisi seperti itu mendorong dunia usaha untuk bersaing memperebutkan pangsa pasar produk hijau ini. Demikian pula dengan produk natural coffee yang kini cukup banyak diminati dan disukai oleh berbagai kalangan baik remaja, dewasa dan tua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin menjelaskan bagaimana produk hijau dan gaya hidup masyarakat berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian produk natural coffee. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada 100 orang responden yang merupakan penikmat natural coffee di wilayah Jabodetabek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh faktor produk hijau dan gaya hidup sebesar 69%.  Bagi sebagian masyarakat khususnya penikmat  natural coffee menyatakan bahwa produk ini telah sesuai dengan harapan mereka sebagai produk yang disukai dan diminati. Secara mayoritas keputusan pembelian pada natural coffee dilakukan oleh mereka pada kategori pelanggan yang mampu secara keuangan.

Abstract

The presence of the fighting brand is the company's strategy to capture market share. In addition to releasing superior products that already exist in the market, it is also important for companies to fill the niche of business that is still empty, one of which is by introducing the fighting brand. Soft drinking products are currently favored by various groups of old, young, and children. This research is intended to determine the significant influence of marketing factors consisting of products, promotions, and distribution on the purchasing decision of S-tee soft drink brand fighter products produced by PT. Sinar Sosro. The study used respondents who have a habit of consuming S-tee products as many as 320 people. The data analysis method uses path analysis statistical techniques, which analyze the effect of each of the variables studied. Partially, promotion and distribution variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results also showed that 41.7% of the purchasing decisions of S-tee fighter brand products were influenced by product, promotion, and distribution, while 58.3% were influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Financial business today is dominated by conventional based business that one of them still rely on the system of interest. Along with the changing times and changing one's outlook on life in running the business, the application of conventional financial sisitem be especially burdensome and costly. Until recently emerged alternative financial system that is based on sharia to be able to overcome the problems in the financial business. Islamic system refers to the Quran and Hadith are directly related to the law created by Allah SWT. The basic principle of this system is to avoid gharar, maisir, riba. One of Islamic finance is the sharia insurance. Insurance is one of the non- bank financial institution that serves to collect public funds in order to provide protection risks and uncertainties which caused the catastrophe, accident, or other losses. Insurance is based on the operational system is divided into two types, namely Sharia Insurance and Conventional Insurance. Islamic insurance belonging to the innovation of non- bank financial institutions are new, and based on the principles of Islam, the Sharia is still not known by the public, especially the people of Indonesia that most of the population are Muslim. Based on this phenomenon, hence the need for an explanation of the comparison between the two types of insurance, which would provide its own knowledge for people to choose . Keyword: Islamic insurance, conventional insurance, business

Abstract

Investment for most companies is the development of the activity as a business is run. Investment capital investment not only alone, but also on other matters relating to the use of funds, such as the purchase of assets, asset replacement and others. Management of the investment must be done carefully which of course will produce optimal returns. For measurements that need to be done on assessing the viability of an investment. This paper attempts to provide an overview of the use of methods that are commonly used in assessing an investment. Through a comparison between several methods such as average rate of return, payback period, internal rate of return, profitability index, and Net Present Value (NPV), the results showed that the NPV method can be regarded as a more representative method to generate the feasibility and optimization of the investment.Keywords: Assessment, Investment, Net Present Value

Abstract

Abstract - This research aims to determine the financial performance of an expedition company based on company profitability analysis. Indicators of profitability used include the ratio of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) in 2014 to 2016. Assessment of company performance is done by comparing the rentability ratio with the average ratio Industry and Bank Indonesia standards. The data used are financial statement data that is balance sheet and income statement report for year 2014 until 2016. Result of research indicate that overall rentability performance show good value, but compared with industry average performance of NPM year 2014 show less result Good, while ROA and ROE performance during 2015 and 2016 has not shown satisfactory results because it is below the industry average. Overall financial performance of the company can be said good. Keywords: Performance, Finance, Profitability
