Abstract

Wireless is one of the components the network connection on a computer network or interms of market called WiFi (wireless findelity) or hotspot. Of these research activities to find theextent of the efficient use of the WiFi network to test and exam UAS UTS College Academy At BSI,using conjoint analysis. This perception will be based on the results of each student use the wififacilities as a means of online exams, where the perception is based on data from several factorsderived from previous research include utilization factor, site access is used, satisfaction inNetworking. Abstract

In doing service to customers at all branches throughout Indonesia, PT. Astra InternationalDaihatsu to use two-way services such as inbound and outbound. Inbound have a sense of wherethe company contacted customers to promote goods and services and also accepted if there arecomplaints from the customer for its vehicles. As for the outbound sense is customer conductcomplaint or complaints to Customer Care regarding issues facing the vehicle, either viatelephone or directly visit the service center at the nearest dealers The purpose of this paper is toprovide ease of control and the handling of problems customer facing and as for the aims andobjectives include: Fostering customer confidence on after sales service of PT Astra InternationalDaihatsu. Abstract

Abstract

The women are quite susceptible to attack cancer, especially vital organs such as the breastand reproductive organs such as the uterus, ovaries and vagina. Have a lot of people doingalternative medicine, one of them with herbal medicine therapies. The Expert System applicationsproduce the output of the possibility of cancer suffered by women of reproductive symptomsexperienced by patients with herbal medicine. By using Certainty Factor method, this systemproduces of trust values to the possibility that the female reproductive cancers suffered by thepatient and herbal remedies based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. So that patientscan predict the possibility cancer symptoms.Keywords: Women's Reproductive Cancer, Herbal Medicine, Expert Systems, and CertaintyFactor method.

Abstract

The need for information in the higher age of globalization, we need a breakthrough that canfacilitate the acquisition of information. Along with this, various methods undertaken to developthe knowledge and information for the community, one with Knowledge management models,which include information technology in knowledge processing. In the world of education, thelibrary is the source of all mine of information, to the library in the need for an information systemthat makes it easy for users (especially students and lecturers) to obtain reference knowledge aspossible, accurate, and fast. Abstract

In the information age business activities of an organization can not be separated from the role ofinformation systems and information technology, information system is a mainstay tool in order towin the competition in the industry. PT Khatulistiwa Suryanusa is a company engaged in theservice and special Parts for Sale Jeep. In the company's sales and purchase process is still donemanually. this causes various problems, including the management of data in the warehouse havedifficulty to control the stock of goods in and out. To overcome such problems, the author intendsto try to handle the processing of data on PT Khaulistiwa Suryanusa and design a systeminventory information. The data was collected by the method of literature review, interviews, andobservation method. Systems development method of information system using the waterfallmethod. whereas the method of data flow is used structured methods, DFD (Data Flow Diagram)describe the functional model and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) to describe the data model.The information system was built using Visual Basic software with database microsoft access.Keywords: system inventory information, Waterfall, ERD

Abstract

Growth and development of the cooperative lately , where lending credit cooperatives thatcater to its members to develop business in the workshop , stores , services and so on . No doubt ,lend funds to member cooperatives will surely emerge problems , such as members of theborrower paying the overdue installment of funds , misuse of funds for other purposes , thecustomer fails to develop its business so as to result in cooperative funds do not flow or it can leadto bad credit . In this study, using the method of comparison between the three models , namelyNaive Bayes , Neural Network and k - nearest neighbor , the cooperative member data todetermine which is the most accurate method for determining credit risk in business cooperativesthat will produce cooperative members who pay installments smoothly or delinquent in thepayment of the loan installments . From the results of the study to measure the performance of thethree algorithms using the test method validation . Matrikx confusion , note that the k - nearestneighbor method has the highest accuracy value of 93.00 % , for the Naive Bayes method has anaccuracy value of 90.33 % , while the method which has the lowest value is the Neural Networkmethod has an accuracy value of 85.67 % . As for the value of Area Under the Curve ( AUC ) forthe k - nearest neighbor method has the highest score is 0989 , Naive Bayes method is 0.619 ,while the lowest value method with the method of Neural Network 0.467 .Keywords : comparison , naive Bayes , neural network , k - nearest neighbor .

Abstract

Online Examination System is highly prevalent among all education. One of the private collegesthat participate realize is STMIK NUSA MANDIRI. Implemented in reaction to the self-users, inthe form of acceptance or rejection. Acceptance of a technology is strongly influenced by thereadiness of the users of these technologies, it has been demonstrated empirically by Walczuch etal (2007). Adapting from these studies and research supporting the study entitled "Study ofPreparedness and Acceptance Testing System Technology Online: A Case Study STMIK NusaMandiri" aims to examine whether students in STMIK Nusa Mandiri Jakarta already has thereadiness and receive technologies on a system put in place. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of service quality that consists oftangible, reliability, empaty, responsiveness and assurance webstore on trust (trust) and theintention or interest (intention) customers to conduct e-commerce transactions. Analyzing theinfluence of faith (trust) to an interest or intention (intention) to conduct e-commerce transactions.In this study, took samples of e-commerce users among students at undergraduate andpostgraduate STMIK Nusa Mandiri, who had conducted an e-commerce transactions. The maininstrument of data collection in the form of questionnaires and measured by Likert scale. Thenumber of respondents in this research are 245 respondents. Methods of data analysis used isStructural Equation Model (SEM). Data were analyzed using the software AMOS 7. Results oftesting the structural model does not generate confidence level (probability) or p ≤ 0.05 so thatused path analysis (path anlysis) to determine the causal relationship between variables. Resultsof path analysis test reliability obtained only variable that directly affects the trust and intentionwhile trust among the variables have a direct relationship with intention.Keyword : e-commerce, online shop, trust model, service quality

Abstract

Improvement or development of sales is the goal of any firms, both engaged in the sale ofgoods or services. Many things can be done so that sales can be increased, such as by a goodmarketing strategy. We need a media to publish information, whether information about thecompany or the goods will be sold. One of media that can be used is the internet. development ofthe Internet is fast and gives a significant influence in all aspects of our lives. Indonesia as one ofthe countries that have a population in many categories in the world, is a promising market ofInternet technology. companies can use the Internet as a tool to publish information or to makesales online, or called the E-Commerce. With the e-commerce or sales information can beaccessed wherever and whenever subscribers need. With this thesis the author makes the sale ofbaby equipment available on the web-based Store Babyness, using php and MySQL.
