Paradigma
The first Paradigma Journal was published in 2006, with the registration of the ISSN from LIPI Indonesia. The Paradigma Journal is intended as a media for scientific studies of research, thought and analysis-critical issues on Computer Science, Information Systems and Information Technology, both nationally and internationally. The scientific article refers to theoretical review and empirical studies of related sciences, which can be accounted and disseminated nationally and internationally. Paradigma Journal accepts scientific articles research at: Expert Systems, Information Systems, Web Programming, Mobile Programming, Games Programming, Data Mining, and Decision Support Systems.

<![CDATA[Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah karyawan yang bekerja, baik karyawan edukatif maupun karyawan nonedukatif berpengaruh pada pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan karyawan dalam menempati jabatan tertentu. Selain itu tingkat kemajemukan karyawan yang semakin kompleks, dapat membuat sulitnya memilih karyawan yang tepat dan cepat untuk dapat memenuhi jabatan yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan. Menempatkan karyawan pada jabatan yang kosong merupakan masalah penting, sulit dan kompleks. Hal ini karena untuk mendapatkan dan menempatkan orang-orang yang kompeten, serasi serta efektif tidaklah semudah membeli dan menempatkan mesin. Evaluasi kinerja karyawan melalui wawancara yang penilaiannya berdasarkan atribut subyektif (kualitatif), seperti kepribadian, kepemimpinan dan pengalaman, maupun penilaian evaluasi tes seleksi berdasarkan atribut obyektif (kuantitatif), seperti latar belakang pendidikan dan kemampuan analisis, dirasakan masih kurang dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan yang notabene masih dianggap tidak sesuai atau tidak objektif dengan kenyataan dari seorang karyawan, apalagi jika beberapa karyawan memiliki kemampuan yang tidak jauh berbeda. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu untuk dapat menjadi solusi dalam menangani permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh manajemen SDM dalam sulitnya menyeleksi karyawan untuk menempati jabatan yang kosong. Sistem program yang akan dibuat ini akan berusaha membantu mengatasi problem-problem yang terjadi dengan pendekatan analisa gap profile matching, agar SDM dapat didayagunakan secara efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini dibangun bukan untuk menggantikan peran manajer, namun untuk membantu manajer dalam pengambilan keputusan yang diharapkan agar pengambilan keputusan lebih efektif dan efisien.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract - Nusa Indah Women Cooperative Bekasi is a cooperative that has lending service to their members. Currently many members of cooperatives are applying for loans. Surely the Nusa Indah Bekasi Women's Cooperative faces problems in deciding which members of the cooperative are eligible to receive the loan. The loan decision from Nusa Indah Bekasi Women's Cooperative is related to various criteria such as member's age, member's job, the remaining maximum loan and the reason for the loan application. The number of members applying for loans makes the Nusa Indah Bekasi Women's Cooperative need to use decision support system to know the priority of the loan recipient so that the loan can be right on target. The decision support system in the selection of borrowers using the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) method uses Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). In the study in tested 30 data cooperative members. Weighting is done for each criteria and final ranking so that it is known that most members are eligible for a loan. In this study also made software applications using Netbeans IDE 7.1 to assist in determining the priority of lending to members of the Nusa Indah Women Cooperative Bekasi. <![CDATA[The interactive animation is a media of learning which is quite popular nowadays.Delivery more interactive,interesting, and has a high artistic creativity became a significant influence on the results of students' understanding of the material given than conventional delivery of material or lectures.The Interactive animation design writer is an interactive animated riding safety campaign aimed at elementary school students that aims to provide a different learning methods in order to increase students' interest to be more interested in becoming acquainted with the symbolic meaning of traffic signs and preparation and good driving techniques and true . This interactive animations built with Adobe Flash Professional CS6. In the development ofthe authors use a method of planning, analysis, design and implementation. Result of the analysis shows the learning process through interactive animated media have a big impact in improving students' understanding of the learning material,this is because the students are more responsive understanding the explanations with pictures and animations as well as to interact with the media directly.]]>

Along with the development of technology so then, the agency of BPKP have difficult experienced to make CPNS’s exams because the agency of BPKP especially division of Pusbin JFA has been charged to make CPNS’s exams whit more varied and good quality for every year in accordance with the applicable curriculum. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan semangat karyawan dalam bekerja dan senantiasa menjalankan usaha dengan memenuhi komitmen, memberikan kepastian dan menjamin kepuasan bagi klien dan mitra usaha. Untuk menentukan karyawan terbaik biasanya hanya dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari karyawan terbaik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk melakukan perhitungan pada kasus pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Kriteria bersifat dinamis, nilai bobotnya dapat diubah sesuai keinginan user. Kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan karyawan terbaik yang telah direkomendasikan. <![CDATA[Education given to the child at an early age is the basis of knowledge and thought processes in the future to teach toddler son on fundamental matters such as recognizing letters, numbers and colors need determination and patience from the teachers and parents. The basic concept of letters, numbers and colors important to learn as they learn the foundations of mathematics and science to solve problems absences ahead. During this study the letters, numbers and colors done by parents and teachers in schools with the help of tools such as card reading, books, and other props. With media activity is required from parents or teachers to attract children, sometimes even children get bored. Therefore, it is necessary that alternative media can be used as media for early childhood learning through interactive media are packaged in the form of animation is interesting, easy to understand and not boring fast. <![CDATA[In the era of information technology and now this is where almost everyone has a computer, laptop or smart phone to make the wearer more closely with the technology compared to print media such as books and newspapers. The use of print media to convey information've felt less able to deliver to the general public. What's more, especially to the people that a lot of busyness and career. While there are some important things to be delivered, for example supporting maternal health information to pregnant women, especially pregnant mothers candidate's first child. The solution to overcome this is done this research is intended to design media information supporting multimedia-based maternal health. Multimedia is one right way to simplify the delivery of information in the form of visual and audio. The existence of multimedia has changed the way humans interact with computers and smart phones is through media images, text, audio, animation and video images that interact and integrate with each other. Submission information can be better due to the multimedia are capable of producing media becomes more interesting and lively. Black box testing is performed to determine the performance of applications and correspondence between inputs and outputs so that the data is displayed in accordance with the input data in the application view.]]>

Pengulangan atau kalang (repetition atau loop) dapat dilakukan sejumlah kali, atau sampai kondisi berhenti pengulangan tercapai. Logika adalah suatu bentuk penalaran atau pemikiran, sedangkan Algoritma adalah suatu urutan dari barisan langkah-langkah atau instruksi untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah. Analisis atau analisa adalah kajian yang dilaksanakan terhadap sebuah bahasa guna meneliti struktur bahasa tersebut secara mendalam dengan cara memecah-mecah bahasa tersebut menjadi bagian-bagian kecil yang lebih mudah dipelajari, kemudian mempelajari bagian-bagian kecil tersebut, lalu mengambil kesimpulannya. CreditAnalysis takes time and funds are not cheap so we need an appropriate method for analyzingprospective credit customers.Data Mining is one method that can be used to analyze existing datachunks that can be used to summarize the data provide specific information related to the data.Data Mining classification of a decision tree algorithm C4.5 is used in forming the rules of thestatement. Decision tree model was able to improve the accuracy in analyzing the creditworthiness of the proposed prospective credit customers. The richer the information or knowledgecontained by the training data, the accuracy of the decision tree will increase. <![CDATA[Information system in business organization becomes very important related to the time accuracy and information supply correctness that needed by the user. The first step to build information system is making plan. One of methodologies in making information system plan is the arrangement of strategical plan that is done by using Business System Planning (BSP). This methodology is related to the effort how the information system should be structuralized, integrated, and implemented by organization in long period. Siliwangi University is one of university in Tasikmalaya that has a mission to increase the work of Tri Dharma. One of them is academical function. The academical information system today still has some lacks, like inaccurate, incomplete, and ambiguous data. Besides that there is still a difficult thing in accessing and processing data. So it needs to do the observation about the implementation of Business System Planning for the planning of academical information system building that can help Siliwangi University fulfill the needs and run the business strategy. The step which done by this Business System Planning methodology are business goals definition, business process, data classes, information architecture and integration.]]>
