Abstract

ABSTRACT:The research objectives are: 1). Understanding the physical feasibility of Aplligung as a learning media on the topic of the human digestive system specifically on stomach. 2). Understanding the feasibility of student learning outcomes by using Aplligung as a medium of learning on the topic of the human digestive system specifically on stomach. 3). Understanding the student's response toward the Aplligung as a learning media on gastric human digestion system topic, Research development of 4-D models (Four D Models). The phase of preparation procedure of Aplligung are (1) Needs analysis,(2) Initial product development and revision,(3) Material validation, media feasibility and revision,(4) Limited test, and(5) The final product. Questionnaire is used as the research instrument to know the feasibility of Aplligung. Validation of Aplligung was conducted by biology a teacher, two materials and media experts, and the observer consists of two Biology students and two teachers and responded by 27 students of science grade XI at MA Darussalam Al-Faisholiyah through a limited test. The data of quality valueare obtained in the form of qualitative processed into quantitative data and each aspect of the assessment is analyzed, the final score is converted into qualitative product feasibility level with guidelines by ideal category. The result of the development of learning media Aplligung shows that the validation of the material is very feasibleby 82.29%. Media feasibility assessment is very feasible by 81.25%. The assessment of student response is excellent by 94%. Exhaustiveness of learning results very well by 81.40%. The conclusion of the developed product is very feasible to use.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui  vegetasi mangrove dan kandungan timbal (Pb) pada berbagai wilayah Kota Surabaya dan bentuk publikasi yang yang dapat dibuat untuk hasil penelitian analisis vegetasi mangrove dan tingkat pencemaran di kota Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif  yang bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan vegetasi mangrove di wilayah Surabaya dan  kadar Pb. Dalam penelitian ini diambil 4 lokasi wilayah perairan mangrove di Wonorejo. Keputih. Kenjeran. Benowo. Setiap lokasi tsb diambil dua (2) data titik pengamatan. Setiap titik pengamatan dilakukan pengambilan. Data tentang Indeks nilai penting Spesies vegetasi tumbuhan dan data tentang kadar Pb.Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa  Indeks Nilai Pentig Vegetasi mangrove di wilayah perairan kota Surabaya berkisar antara 200 % – 300%. Dan kadar Pb di perairan kota Surabya melebihi baku mutu menurut Keputusan Mentri Negara Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 115 tahun 2003 adalah 0,008 ppm yakni di lokasi : Wonorejo 1, Kenjeran 1,2 ,Keputih 1 dan Benowo 1. Sedangkan yang dibawah nilai baku adalah :Wonorejo 1, Benowo 2 dan Keputih 2 Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dalam  bentuk brosur sebagai penyuluhan untuk menjelaskan fungsi hutan mangrove

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of various variations of the dregs' concentration of tofu at nuggets, instead of wheat flour. The assessed aspects associated with the organoleptic nature of nuggets include: color, texture, flavor, taste. The ratio of dregs of tofu used is a mixture of 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%. This experimental study used a questionnaire tool. From the results of the questionnaire, the data was processed by using Friedman test and then continued with Wilcoxon test using SPSS program to know the difference of organoleptic value of nuggets with variation of tofu dregs 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%. If it is compared with original nugget, The content of dregs of tofu 0%.The results of data analysis showed that each variation of nitrate concentration of tofu dregs influences organoleptic properties including texture, flavor, color and aroma. The maximum concentration of tofu dregs that is still acceptable by the community is nugget with treatment, with the composition of the ratio of wheat flour 40% and the tofu dregs 60%. Nugget with this level results in a difference with the original nuggets, but the difference is still within the tolerance limit on the flavor and aroma aspect.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims (1) to know the content of Metal Pb and Cd on Mujair Fish (2) to know the consumption feasibility of Mujair Fish based on the quality SNI  7387:2009; (3) Implementing the research result on Biology teaching material of SMA. This research was qualitative with ex post facto method. This research was done on January to July 2017 in of Tambak Oso River at Waru sub district Sidoarjo regency and tested in BBLK Surabaya. Data collecting technique by taking sample of Mujair fish in Tambak Oso River. The subject of this research were Mujair fish (Oreochromis mossambicus) while the research object were the heavy metal Pb and Cd. The technique sampling was purposive sampling. The analysis technique by comparing the research result and the standard quality of SNI 7387:2009 about maximum limit of heavy metal contamination in food. The results showed that heavy metal content in mujair fish in Tambak Oso River Waru Sub district, Sidoarjo regency, ranging from 0.027-0.041 ppm for heavy metal content and ranging from 0.001 to 0.012 ppm for heavy metal content Cd. These results indicate that mujair fish is still feasible to be consumed because it is still below the quality standard based on SNI 7387: 2009. The results of this study can be made of teaching materials in the form of brochures of heavy metal pollution.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan strategi belajar PQ4R pada materi Kingdom Animalia, 2) Mengetahui aktivitas siswa dalam pelaksanaan strategi belajar PQ4R pada materi Kingdom Animalia, 3)   mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan strategi belajar P4QR pada meteri Animalia terhadap keterampilan metakognitif siswa MA Darussalam Sampang Madura. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian keantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif ini penggunaan strategi belajar PQ4R terhadap keterampilan metakokognitif siswa. Penelitian ini di uji cobakan pada siswa kelas X IPA. Penelitian ini termasuk pada penelitian eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pretest-Posttest one  Group Design.  Sampel dalam penelitian adalah kelas X IPA di MA Darussalam Sampang Madura. Berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon diketahui nilai signifikasi (p) = 0,00 maka p < 0,05 maka ha di terima. Karena 00,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka hipotesis di terima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi PQ4R efektif terhadap keterampilan metakognitif siswa dan signifikan pada keretampilan metakognitif siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak : Education is a very good process. But, the goal of learning outcomes becomes an unresolved problem right now, this is because of the less interesting learning model. The learning model of snowball throwing is a quite interesting learning especially it is for student's learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to describe the method of Snowball Throwing learning implementation based on learning outcomes, learning activities, and responding of MTs Darussalam Student's  of  snowball throwing learning. This type of research is pre experimental using pre-test and post-test of one design group. The research was conducted at MTs Darussalam Bunten Barat Ketapang Sampang Madura in May-August 2017. Data completion technique was done by methodology, student questionnaire method and observation method. The result of the research showed that there is an effect of snowball throwing learning model on student’s learning outcomes in subjects of living creature that is pretest average = 58,8 <postest = 87,2. Student activity in each group showed a presentation of 66.7% -100. Student's respond was categorized as good with the percentage value of students who stating Likes (S) and Very Likes (SS) equal to 86,72%.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to produce a product in the form of teaching material of human reproductive system based on RQA in order to support independent learning and critical thinking skills. The research and development of this learning resource were conducted at University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya that limited trial on class XI MIPA 7 SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya. The method of development of this research was 4-D model by Thiagarajan, et al (1974), covering Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate, but the research was only at Development stage. The results showed that the developed teaching material has scoring criteria, "very valid" and deserve to be used based on validity results by validity checkers and limited trials. Based on the result of validity, the expedience of content was the average score of 90.7% with very valid criteria and the expedience of presentation obtained an average score of 87.55% with very valid criteria. The teaching material meets the RQA criteria by obtaining an average score of 87.5% with very valid criteria. Components of critical thinking earned an average score of 83.3% with valid criteria. Based on the results of pretest, the value was obtained an average of 42,80 and the value of post-test was 92,2 on the average. Besides, based on result of questionnaire of learning independence, the students responded positively in the average of 51,2%. Based on the questionnaires, the students responded positively to teaching material developed obtained an average score of 99.3%.
