Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) To find out the effect of hemp fiber composite material on wind turbine blades on the power produced., (2) To know the effect of pine wood material on wind turbine blades on the power produced, (3) To know the comparison of wind turbine blades using hemp fiber and pine wood composite materials on electrical power output. This research was carried out using an experimental method using samples of pine wood and hemp fiber composite materials. Data collection was carried out for 2 days with 5 minute intervals in the morning, afternoon and evening with direct observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative approach. The research results stated that (1) testing pine wood blades obtained the highest data of 135.24 Watts on the first day during the day and the lowest, namely 8.89 Watts on the first day in the afternoon. (2) The highest data obtained by the hemp fiber composite blade was 119.21 Watts on the first day of testing in the afternoon and the lowest was 4.77 Watts on the second day of testing in the afternoon. (3) There is a difference between the power produced by pine wood material and hemp fiber composite material. So, the final result of obtaining electrical power from pine wood material blades is higher than that of hemp fiber composite material.

Abstract

Bali is one of the tourist destinations that is well known internationally, besides that Bali is also the door to the world to get to know Indonesia. To support the tourism industry on the island of the gods, PLN personnel are expected to be able to provide the best service for consumers. So the Bali transmission system is required to provide a reliable transmission system in order to provide World Class Service to electricity consumers in Bali. One way to support the continuity of distribution is by monitoring the condition of the transmission tower, especially on towers that are at a height and slope, for example on hills, mountains, on the edge of ravines, etc. which are prone to ground movement or landslides. The current monitoring method is less effective for monitoring critical tower conditions and prone to landslides that can occur at any time, especially in the rainy season and extreme weather. The demand for a reliable transmission system makes the authors think of having monitoring equipment that can work in real time so that the condition of the tower or ground movement around the tower can be detected as quickly as possible. The information transmission carried out by the tool utilizes the LoRa (Long Range) module which functions as a sensor data sender to overcome the unavailability of cellular networks because the tower area on the transmission network is mostly located in forest areas.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) design and develop teaching materials namely job sheet disc brake system practice, (2) Obtain the feasibility level of teaching material products, namelyjob sheet brake system practice. This research will use the so-called development method Reseach and Development (R&D) was carried out on Vocational Education Automotive Vehicle Engineering students. The instrument of this data collector will use a questionnaire or commonly called a questionnaire distributed to media experts and material experts, as well as 8 small group test students and 25 field test students. The results of the validation trial by material experts get a percentage of 91.9% which can be categorized as valid. Meanwhile, from media experts, a percentage of 92.7% can be categorized as valid. Assessment by students of the Department of Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering vocational education obtained a percentage of 85.5% categorized as valid, therefore, this assessment can be interpreted if job sheet the practice of the disc brake system is very appropriate to be used as a learning resource for vocational education students of the Department of Automotive Vehicle Engineering.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to develop class XII clutch system maintenance e-jobsheet media at SMK Tamansiswa Jetis Yogyakarta and find out the feasibility of learning media E-jobsheet clutch system maintenance in PSPTKR subjects. This research uses 4D research. Namely define   (denifisian), design (design), devolep (development) disseminate (dissemination ). with the data sources of this research are (1) Material Expert validators, (2) Media Experts, and (3) Learners. Data collection method using Observation and Questionnaire. Data analysis of this study uses qualitative descriptive techniques and uses a percentage scale, namely calculations in data analysis will produce percentages. The percentage calculation process is carried out by the number of values obtained and divided by the maximum score then multiplied by one hundred percent. The results showed that the feasibility level of material validation obtained a score of 85% in the very feasible category, media validation obtained a score of 88.75% in the very feasible category, small-scale product trials in students obtained a score of 79% in the very feasible category, and large-scale trials obtained a score of 81% in the feasible category.     Keywords: Development, E-jobsheet, Learning, Coupling System,

Abstract

The current students are increasingly moving away from the values of Pancasila. Many misbehaviors are happening that cause students to deviate from the values in line with Pancasila. Therefore, the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile is very important to be applied in schools. The objectives of this research are: (1) to describe the process of implementing the Pancasila Student Profile in vocational schools; (2) to determine the character of vocational school students towards the Pancasila Student Profile. This research is a qualitative study of the case study type. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity is ensured through data source triangulation and methods. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification.The research results show that: (1) The process of implementing the Pancasila Student Profile in the learning of 10th-grade students in Light Vehicle Engineering at An Nur Banjarejo Vocational School is carried out in two different stages. In the first stage, it is conducted during the P5 learning with an allocation of 288 hours per year or 144 hours per semester and is implemented in a block system. (2) The character of 10th-grade students in Light Vehicle Engineering at An Nur Banjarejo Vocational School towards the Pancasila Student Profile already strongly reflects students who uphold the noble values of Pancasila. The impact of this character improvement is that students become more disciplined, independent, and responsible for their tasks.

Abstract

Abstract: The teacher-centered approach in the learning process leads to students' difficulties in independent learning. Modules serve as sources and learning materials that can be utilized by students for self-study. This research aims to: 1) Develop a learning module on automatic transmission in the automotive chassis system subject; 2) Validate the learning module with the expertise of subject matter and media specialists. This research, conducted as Research and Development (R&D), follows the ADDIE development model, consisting of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product developed from this research is a learning module. The research subjects are 11th-grade students from Kanisius 1 Pakem Vocational High School majoring in Light Vehicle Engineering. Validation of the learning module is carried out by subject matter experts and media specialists using a questionnaire. Data analysis employs a quantitative descriptive method. The research results indicate that: 1) The learning module on automatic transmission has been successfully created; 2) The module is deemed valid by subject matter experts with a validity rate of 93.3% and by media specialists with a validity rate of 94.4%; 3) Student responses show that this learning module is suitable for use in the educational process, with an overall suitability rate of 76.57%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan fisika mekanika dari papan laminasi yang terbuat dari 3 bahan utama: yaitu kombinasi kayu rajumas-bambu petung, sengon-bambu petung dan bambu petung sebagai bahan kontruksi. Sifat fisika dan mekanika digunakan untuk mengetahui keunggulan dari papan laminasi termasuk didalamnya yaitu kekuatan dan kestabilannya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi untuk memperkaya informasi dan berkontribusi untuk menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan serta penggunaan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan percobaan non faktorial dengan tiga perlakuan dan tiga kali ulangan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian maka sifat fisika papan laminasi kombinasi rajumas bambu petung, sengon bambu petung dan bambu petung telah memenuhi standar SNI dan JAS.  Pengujian sifat mekanika MoE dan MoR tidak memenuhi standar kecuali MoR papan laminasi P1 (kombinasi rajumas bambu petung) telah memenuhi standar.  Hasil pengujian anova menunjukan berpengaruh nyata pada pengujian kerapatan, penyusutan tebal, MoE dan MoR sementara untuk pengujian kadar air dan pengembangan tebal tidak berpengaruh nyata. Berdasarkan kelas kuat kayu maka papan laminasi kombinasi rajumas bambu petung, sengon bambu petung dan bambu petung masuk dalam kelas kuat III yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan konstruksi berat yang terlindungi.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to develop digital-based learning videos using the vyond application on automotive fuel systems subjects at Manggala Tama Binangun Vocational School, Cilacap. This research is Research and Development (R & D) research. The development stage includes problem identification, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product creation, limited testing, product revision 1, readability testing, product revision 2, and product ready for use. The data collection instrument uses a non-test instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis technique. The descriptive research results show that (1) The results of this research are in the form of learning videos on the subject of automotive fuel systems for class XI students at SMK Manggala Tama Binangun Cilacap. The development steps are problem identification, student analysis, concept analysis and formulation of learning objectives. The learning media design consists of four learning activities and each learning activity is equipped with learning objectives, introduction, material description, summary and evaluation questions. (2) Based on the analysis of the assessment results of material expert lecturers in the learning aspect it is classified as good with a score of 2.80 in the score range between > 2.50 to 3.25 and in the content aspect it is classified as fair with a score of 2.07 in the score range between > 1.75 to 2.50. Based on the results of the media expert's assessment in the visual appearance aspect, an average score of 3.23 was obtained in the score range between > 2.50 to 3.25 in the good criteria and in the media integration aspect, an average score of 3 was obtained in the score range between > 2.50 s. /d 3.75 on good criteria. Abstract

This research aims to 1) develop learning media e-module clothing edge finish; 2) knowing the feasibility of learning media by material experts and media experts; 3) knowing students' responses to learning media. This research is a research and development or Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D (Four-D) development model consisting of the stages of define, design, development , disseminate. The learning media developed is in the form of flipbook-based learning e-modules. The subject of this study is a grade X student of Fashion Design of SMK Negeri 2 Sewon for the 2023/2024 school year. The object of this study is the clothing edge finishing e-module. The instruments used are observations and questionnaires addressed to material experts, media experts and students. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that 1) The development of learning media resulted in e-module completion of clothing edges which was carried out through 4 stages of development, namely the stages of define, design , development, disseminate, 2) development of learning media e-module completion of clothing edges suitable for use as learning media and learning resources based on the results of feasibility tests by material experts and media experts with a percentage of 100% (feasible), 3) student responses to the e-module learning media Clothing Edge Completion was declared to be used as a learning medium and learning resource based on the results of small-scale product trials with 8 respondents getting a percentage of 88.75% (strongly Agree) and the results of limited-scale product trials with 36 respondents getting a percentage of 88.92% (strongly Agree). This shows that the learning media e-module finishing the edge of clothing can be used as a learning medium in the teaching and learning process. Abstract

Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif (PTO FT UNY) sudah melaksanakan kegiatan penelusuran terhadap alumni akan tetapi perlu dilakukan secara rutin. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tracer study alumni PTO FT UNY khususnya pada pembiayaan kuliah, transisi alumni, situasi alumni, relevansi alumni, metode pembelajaran, kompetensi alumni, dan kontribusi prodi terhadap kompetensi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu alumni Prodi PTO FT UNY lulusan 2017-2020 sebanyak 277 orang, sedangkan sampelnya yaitu 138 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas alumni menggunakan biaya sendiri/keluarga (51,45%) dan beasiswa KIP/Bidikmisi (36,23%). Mayoritas alumni mencari pekerjaan sebelum lulus (48,55%), paling banyak melalui internet. Sebagian besar waktu tunggunya 6≤WT≤18 bulan setelah lulus. Jumlah lamaran tidak sebanding dengan perusahaan yang merespon dan mengundang wawancara. Sebagian besar alumni sudah bekerja (88,41%) yaitu di Sekolah Negeri/Industri. Mayoritas penghasilannya diatas UMP DIY 2022. Sebagian besar alumni bekerja sesuai dengan profil lulusan. Mayoritas alumni tingkat pendidikannya selevel dengan persyaratan minimal pendidikan pada pekerjaannya. Penekanan metode pembelajaran sudah sangat besar. Kompetensi alumni sudah sangat baik dan kontribusi prodi sudah baik, tetapi pada kemampuan bahasa inggris perlu ditingkatkan.
