Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality to consumer decisions using M-Banking at Bank BCA Branch Banda Aceh. This research was conducted at Bank BCA Branch of Banda Aceh to M-Banking consumer, and the object of research is about consumer's satisfaction in using M-Banking. Sampling was done by "Convinience Sampling" method to 100 consumers using M-Banking at Bank BCA Branch of Banda Aceh. From the result of the research, it can be seen that customer satisfaction level toward M-Banking user at Bank BCA Branch of Banda Aceh is seen from variable of reliability, keresponsifan, belief, empathy and tangible is satisfying this can be seen from the acquisition of the average value of the responses of respondents to all variable is above 3,500. The results showed that the determinant coefficient (R2) was 92.2 percent indicating that the variables of reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy and tangible variables influence the level of customer satisfaction using M-Banking at BCA Bank of Banda Aceh Branch at 92.2 percent and the rest 7.8 percent is influenced by other variables outside of this research model. Testing done either by using F-test or by using t-test, it can be concluded that all independent variables in this study significantly influence both partially and simultaneously to customer satisfaction using M-Banking at Bank BCA Branch Banda Aceh, in other words the hypothesis in this study is accepted. To cultivate a sense of trust to consumers, recommended features, speed and other services as well as security in the use of M-Banking should be increased so that consumer confidence increases.

Abstract

This research is an empirical study about the influence of effectiveness of internal finance to credit performance at PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of internal finance effectiveness on credit performance at PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh. Population in this research is all manager and employee of credit at PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh, totaling 20 people. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires that have been prepared to the respondent. Primary data were analyzed by using simple linear regression. The results explain the effectiveness of internal control significant effect on credit performance at PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh. The role of variable effectiveness of internal control system on the performance of credit distribution at PT. Bank Bukopin Banda Aceh is more dominant than the role of other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of leadership and team work against the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) branch of Banda Aceh. This research population totaled 133 employees, and sampling is carried out by technical slovin so retrieved 44 employees as a sample. This model is used in multiple linear regression analysis is. Research results show that leadership and team work have an effect on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh, it is proved that the leadership and team work liquid one of the factors that affect the performance of the employees, who evidenced by the results of the research show the percentage of 66.7% 33.3% registration and the rest is influenced by factors other than that there are variables that are examined, such as a work discipline, awards, Wow, there's a cake, compensation and more. The coefficient of correlation (R) value shows that the relationship (correlation) between the free variables with variables of bound 81.7%, the performance of acting employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch of Banda Aceh have strong relationships and positive leadership with (X 1) teamwork and (X 2). The f-test statistics testing results demonstrate that leadership and team work simultaneously effect significantly to the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh, with a value of Fcount > F table (41.083 > 3.226). In partial while leadership and team work effect significantly to the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh, with a value of tcount > ttable (4, 761dan > 2.017 2.718). Based on multiple linear regression analysis results that both variables are examined, it turns out that variable leadership (X 1), which had the most influence on performance clerk Mottled on PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Banda Aceh with a value koefesien of 0.567 and then occurs followed by the variable work team (X 2) with a value of 0.324.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of understanding of accounting and work experience of the apparatus towards the preparation of local financial statements either simultaneously or partially. This research was conducted at the Regional Device Work Unit (SKPD) Kota Banda Aceh. Respondents of this study include Administration Officials (PPK) and Assistant Financial Administration Officials (PPK Assistant) with the number of 78 respondents. This research uses census method while the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the understanding of accounting and work experience apparatus either simultaneously or partially affect the preparation of local financial statements Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This study tested the comparison of user experience (user Experience) on the mobile apps Ho-Jak, Go-Jek and Grab by doing surveys for mecari difference experience felt by a third user group application. User Experience is measured through Variable Sub Happiness, Task Success, Earning and Uptime. This research uses descriptive comparative analysis method with the quantitative approach. The research examined objects i.e. the user Experience. The analysis of the data used are the paired t-test. Based on the results of the study, a descriptive analysis of the Results showed that of the four sub variable user Experience that is Happiness, Task Success, Earning, and the average Uptime of the positive assessment given to applications Go-Jek as a platform that can be deliver a good experience to its users. This is one of them because of the emergence of Ho-Jak comes first in Banda Aceh if compared with the Grab and Go-Jek, thus allowing the Ho-Jak and similar business can better understand the desires of users based on doing the research activities , planning, development and testing that has been done in the neighborhood of Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The increasing use of smartphones and the advent of Adsense Mobile Service (Admob) to deliver the marketing message has not been followed by empirical evidence of their effectiveness. This research aims to test the influence of smartphone users against Adsense Mobile (Admob) intrusiveness toward consumer irritation, the attitude on advertising, consumer attitudes towards products that are presented, and consumer purchasing intentions against ads that appear on a smartphone. Testing the effectiveness of service Adsense Mobile (Admob) is based on the phenomenon of the increasing use of smartphones to deliver marketing messages on consumers in a different demographic. Preliminary research framework built upon Advertising Avoidance Theory. For data collection, self-administered survey conducted by applying the purposive sampling and involving 70 respondents who are domiciled in Aceh and never play a smartphone application. The results showed that more consumers feel that ads appearing on Smartphones, Adsense Mobile (Admob) interfere with their comfort (intrusive) and the higher feelings of anger (irritation) that form on smartphone users or application. The influential consumer negative feelings of anger in the formation of attitude on Adsense Mobile (Admob) and stance on the product being advertised. The better the attitude on Adsense Mobile (Admob) effect on the increasingly positive attitude of consumers to the product being advertised. So did the increasingly positive attitude of smartphone users on the product appeared, the more positive the user's intention also to buy the product being advertised. Interestingly, the attitude on the Adsense Mobile Smartphones (Admob) has no effect against the intention to buy. The results of this study contribute to marketing practitioners who use Adsense Mobile Service (Admob) as media placement in their advertising strategies.
