Abstract

Renewable energy development in Indonesia is still young compared to its sister sector, the upstream oil and gas sector, which have invited many investors to develop the market. As the commitment for COP 21 Paris, Indonesia is bounded to develop the renewable energy sector to provide a cleaner energy source and reduce CO2 emission via various national programs. The formal partnership has become the prominent model for engaging various stakeholders; the government, non-government organization, private sector, academia, local community, etc. Through a closer look to the dynamic of the regulatory framework, this article presents different cases of partnership in the renewable energy sector in Indonesia while at some point benchmarking to the similar development in other countries and its sister sector. The study shows that the formal partnership model in the form of PPP is suitable for the large-scale power systems while 5P is suitable for small-scale and decentralised power systems. Conclusions and recommendations of how the mission-oriented partnership is narrated to strengthen Indonesia's renewable energy development roadmap is drawn at the end.

Abstract

The OK-OCE program is recognized to have attracted the attention of the Jakarta public in the 2017 elections. The public catch thatthe ideas in line with the needs of the people who are drowning in the face of unfavorable economic conditions.After being inaugurated as Governor and Vice Governor of DKI Jakarta last October, the Anis-Sandi started to work on his political promises, including OK-OCE program. Through this research is reviewed how the idea of entrepreneurship that has attracted Jakarta public attention as a campaign promise, can be transformed into policy.

Abstract

This paper is structured in order to endorse the activity of community development in developing the ability of becoming fishery cultivation entrepreneur and its derived products in Muara Angke region North Jakarta. Further study is aimed to build the capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit. The design of this study is qualitative, it causes the data and analysis used in this study is also qualitative. Qualitative research is a study that relates to ideas, perceptions, opinions, beliefs of people to be studied. In qualitative research everything can not be measured by numbers and theories used in the study are not forced to obtain the full picture of a thing according to the human view that has been studied. The results of this program are creativity of students and fishermen in developing marine processed products and aquaculture are increasing, they are able to think critically and innovatively, they are able to solve problems, especially regarding the challenges of environmental problems and they understand the importance of education/school.

Abstract

In support of achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), partnerships among stakeholders are essential. Some efforts to reduce plastic bags occurs jointly by the government, retailers, and community groups and consumers in 2016 through “pay for plastic bags” trials managed to reduce plastic bags consumption up to 55%. Although these efforts are suddenly stopped, it needs to be continued to be applied consistently as a support to achieving SDGs, especially on the Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). The purpose of the research is to address this challenge on reducing plastic bags consumption. The research method is qualitative with the approach of human-centered design and co-creation technique that brings government, retailers, consumer groups, mass media and creative industries to sit together to create a communication strategy to reduce the demand of plastic bags in retail. The goals of the research are communication strategy and program ideas and sustainable partnership model.

Abstract

resepnya diwariskan secara turun temurun. Dodol Betawi bermerk “Ibu Maemunah” yang berlokasi di daerah Jakarta Timur adalah salah satunya. Sebagai salah satu ikon kekayaan warisan kuliner, maka keberadaan dodol betawi perlu dilestarikan dan lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat lebih luas terutama anak muda. Dodol Betawi “Ibu Maemunah” memiliki  beberapa permasalahan yaitu tidak memiliki logo/identitas visual uang kuat, dan tidak memiliki desain kemasan yang menarik, agar bisa membantu menarik calon konsumen pangsa lebih muda bersegmentasi  B-A. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimulai dengan menelusuri di fakta di lapangan perihal keberadaaan produsen dodol Betawi “Ibu Maemunah”, selanjutnya menentukan dan memetakan aspek permasalahan yang terjadi pada produsen. Fakta lapangan akan  dianalisisi dan dipecahkan dengan metode keilmuan desain, Maka salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah untuk membuat redesain logo disertai kemasan dodol Betawi “Ibu Maemunah”. Dengan memecahkan permasalahan tersebut diharapkan Dodol Betawi “Ibu Maemunah” bisa lebih dikenal lebih luas, dengan melebarkan pemasaran ke kalangan muda, sehingga penganan tradisional Betawi bisa lestari.
