Abstract

This paper intends to express views about the Syawalan tradition in Jepara. Syawalan tradition in Jepara is one form of community tradition carried out by coastal Javanese people. For the people of Jepara, the Syawalan tradition is a form of gratitude to Allah SWT for the gift of sustenance and as an expression of prayer for salvation. Syawalan tradition means caring for nature, especially at sea while building harmony in society. In this study includes how the history of Lomban Feast in Jepara and its process, Islam and Javanese acculturation, and the relationship between Islam and the tradition of Lomban Feast. From here, with the aim of providing information to readers or researchers about the meaning of Islam in the Lomban Feast in Jepara. Specifically information about the history of the Lomban Feast in Jepara along with the process, Islam and Javanese, as well as the relationship between the Islamic religion and the Lomban Feast.Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk mengekspresikan pandangan tentang tradisi Syawalan di Jepara. Tradisi Syawalan di Jepara adalah salah satu bentuk tradisi masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Jawa pesisir. Bagi masyarakat Jepara, tradisi Syawalan adalah bentuk rasa terima kasih kepada Allah SWT atas karunia rezeki dan sebagai ungkapan doa untuk keselamatan. Tradisi Syawalan berarti merawat alam, terutama di laut sambil membangun harmoni dalam masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini memuat bagaimana sejarah Pesta Lomban di Jepara beserta prosesnya, Islam dan akulturasi Jawa, dan hubungan antara agama Islam dan tradisi Pesta Lomban. Dari sini, dengan tujuan memberikan informasi kepada pembaca atau peneliti tentang makna keislamaan pada tradisi Pesta Lomban di Jepara. Khususnya informasi tentang bagaimana sejarah Pesta Lomban di Jepara beseta prosesinya, Islam dan Jawa, serta keterkaitan antara agama Islam dengan tradisi Pesta Lomban.

Abstract

The problem raised regarding substitute parents at school is the teacher to assist and direct students in preventing the negative impact of the internet due to the inability and indifference of parents in controlling their children at home. Ismail revealed that the achievement process cannot be separated from the role of the teacher, the teacher is a person who helps students to learn in building positive attitudes, increased student curiosity, learning successfully by creating conditions that are suitable for students and placing intellectual logic. as a determination in thinking. The method used to compile papers is to read and take several sources from trusted literature. The result is that teachers of aqidah morals have a very important role as a substitute for parents in school. Students make the teacher a personal reflection in carrying out every moral activity in their life, so because of that in order to give the best to students, the teacher will do anything that leads to positive values ​​for all things related to students. In this case also by providing advice in the form of direction and guidance by applying teachings that adhere to the teachings of the Islamic religion.

Abstract

The hadith is one of the guidelines for Muslims. Every Muslim wants to live according to the teachings of Islam as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. The hadiths of the Prophet were compiled by the scholars into a book (book) so that it would be easy for the next generation to learn. Al Arba'in An Nawawiyah is one of the books of the Prophet's hadith collection which is popular among the people. Through this study, the author wants to learn the description, methods and systematics of the preparation of the book Al Arba'in An Nawawiyah. Al Arba'in An Nawawiyah contains authentic hadith which discusses worship and muamalah and is classified as a book of takhrij.

Abstract

The concept of religion and faith. Logical argumentation buildings are always built as an effort to claim the truth of each religion. In the history of mankind, it is not uncommon for wars to be used as a way to explain one concept of truth from each religion. In fact, Islam as a revealed religion is a product of heaven when it comes into contact with humans who have worldly human attitudes and must be able to capture the message of heaven that is so holy. Religious teachings are considered as something holy, so it is not uncommon for everyone who embraces them to place religion and religious teachings in a high (sacred) place. Religious teachings are sourced from holy books whose holiness is of great value not only in form but in language and meaning. From that, many of the adherents of religion do not come to an understanding of the unity of the concept in religious life so that the attitude of blaming and accusing others is worse than us, it often happens. Such a thing will undoubtedly lead to conflicts between religious adherents and this will trigger divisions among religious followers in the context of the Indonesian nation. Therefore, this paper is here as an effort to understand us about how to ground religion which is the commandment of the heavens.

Abstract

In the context of the nation and state, especially in this case as the Indonesian nation. It is fitting for all of us to try to knit together the strings of one another. If we look at the long history of the Indonesian nation, which stretches from Sabang to Merauke, the context is that the independence of this nation was not solely due to the struggle of one group and one group and even one religion. More than that, that the independence of the Indonesian nation cannot be separated from the participation of all the Indonesian blood. This was not limited by racial differences, in essence almost all the nation's children fought together against the invaders. However, togetherness like that today has begun to be eroded by the interests of certain groups so that inter-religious conflicts in Indonesia often surface as an inevitable part. Conflicts between religions in this context occur due to the lack of dialogical dialogue between adherents of one religion to another. For this reason, we can understand a comprehensive understanding of the concept of religion in Indonesia in the knitting ties of harmonization between religious communities when dialogue is built between religions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bahasa kiasan dalam lima puisi terpilih karya J.C Dawn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Majas dan pribahasa pada puisi karya J.C Dawn. Penelitian ini akan menemukan bahasa kiasan yang paling dominan dalam puisi J.C Dawn. Penulis berfokus pada lima puisi karya. 5 Karya tersebut adalah “jusnya”, “saya manusia bukan orang bijak”, “karya seni”, “mimpi tak tersentuh”, dan “mengakuinya”. Puisi-puisi ini dipilih karena puisi tersebut dikontruksi dengan bahasa kiasan yang lebih beragam dibandingkan puisi lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan desain kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data diambil dari setiap kata dalam lirik puisi karya J.C Dawn. Proses pengumpulan data diawali dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu membaca, menggarisbawahi, memberi kode, membaca ulang, memeriksa, dan mengolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 15 kalimat yang berhubungan dengan bahasa kiasan. Kiasan yang muncul adalah 4 metafora, 2 hiperbola, 1 simbol, 1 simile, 3 paradoks, 2 personifikasi, dan 3 litote. Terakhir, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada 7 jenis bahasa kiasan. Mereka adalah metafora, hiperbola, perumpamaan, paradoks, personifikasi, dan litote. Kesimpulan di atas menunjukkan bahwa bahasa kiasan yang dominan digunakan dalam puisi J.C Dawn adalah metafora. Metafora ditemukan dalam puisi karya J.C Dawn yang berjudul "Aku manusia, bukan orang bijak".

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the behavior of grocery store entrepreneurs in choosing Islamic banking financing. This research uses qualitative methods, data collection was carried out by means of interviews. The informants in this study were Muslim grocery traders who trade in the city of Mataram. The conclusion is that all entrepreneurs need capital for their business. Sociologically, many entrepreneurs follow their relatives around them, namely fellow micro sector entrepreneurs who have already been in contact with Islamic banks so that they choose financing in the same place, then anthropologically, it is seen more broadly that entrepreneurs follow relationships with Islamic banks because of their family and apart from being both businessmen in the micro sector, these relatives are also Muslim, so this is cultured in the environment around him. In addition, the active role of Islamic banking marketing also participates in influencing entrepreneurs to take financing from Islamic banks. Second, its relation to Islamic economic principles. Some entrepreneurs take financing from Islamic banks just because they join in, while other entrepreneurs take financing from Islamic banks because they have knowledge of Islamic economic principles, namely avoiding usury. Grocery store entrepreneurs do not know about the existing products in Islamic banking, the product that is clearly known is the Sharia KUR and grocery store entrepreneurs also know that the product uses a murabahah contract. But on the other hand, quite a lot of entrepreneurs have also interacted with conventional financial institutions, according to entrepreneurs because of an urgent need.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of MFIs (Islamic microfinance institutions) as sharia financial institutions that have a role and focus on improving public Islamic financial literacy. The development of the MFIs can be analyzed based on the development of the MFIs institutions and products. MFIs operating in Indonesia have various types and forms based on the initiator of the establishment of the MFI and its market segmentation. The initiator of the establishment of the MFI can be divided into two, namely, non-government (private) and government. MFIs established by the private sector are cooperatives, banks, custom-based MFIs, and educational institution-based MFIs. Meanwhile, MFIs established by the government can be divided into MFIs established by the Central Government, BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises) and Regional Governments. In terms of contracts and products, the product dynamics in MFIs activities look very high and more varied. For example, distribution of funds is used in almost all Islamic financial institutions, but each institution has its own characteristics in choosing products and funding contracts. In general, fund lending products currently used by both the international and national financial industries use two contract bases, namely the profit sharing and buying and selling contracts.

Abstract

The research to be carried out is a field research and a documentary to answer questions chronologically and systematically about the role and problems of the existence of sharia venture capital in improving micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The research method used in this study is an inductive method. The results of this study explain the role and function of venture capital in improving (MSMEs) as PPU, especially those who are new start-ups starting their business with limited capital and do not have assets to be used as collateral for the financing guarantee according to the characteristics of PMVS in financing without any collateral and It is also very helpful for business partner companies (PPU) that are feasible (worthy of funding) but are not bankable (does not meet banking requirements) that are on the black list of other financial institutions, but have the determination and earnest spirit to continue to develop their business with good prospects. promising. In addition to providing business capital financing assistance, venture capital companies are also involved in mentoring the business development management of business partner companies (PPU). Strategies for developing sharia venture capital that can be carried out include intensive and comprehensive socialization from both practitioners and academics so that public literacy understanding of sharia venture capital companies increases, expansion of venture capital funding for PMVS from various parties, both domestic and foreign, not domestically. only limited to Islamic financial institutions but can synergize with other institutions, for example in collaboration with BPKH (Hajj Financial Management Agency) and foreign loans, namely IDB (Islamic Development Bank), increasing reliable and professional human resources by holding training, workshops , increasing capacity building, and improving the management system of sharia venture capital companies, especially sharia strategic management efforts to realize operational activities that are truly based on sharia principles, and there is an effort to approach networking with government agencies so that with the hope there is government intervention as a policy maker in synergy with the OJK regulator on sharia venture capital companies.

Abstract

The Regional Government has an obligation to report the results achieved in carrying out activities in a systematic and structured manner during a reporting period. The State Civil Apparatus in the Regional Government of Kediri Regency based on the above calculation results, it can be seen that the value of the direct influence X1 on Z is 0.417 and the value of the non-influence is 0.147 which means that the value of the direct influence is greater than the indirect effect. So it can be concluded that directly X1 against Z has a significant effect. The value of X2 on Z direct effect is 0.291 and the value of the indirect effect is 0.150, which means the value of direct influence is greater than the indirect effect. So it can be concluded that directly X2 on Z has a significant effect. The Kediri district government showed that the good governor was good enough. Public accountability does not show any problems in the performance of the institution / government which are publicly revealed, in its transparency it illustrates the existence of a decentralized pattern in the implementation of work programs in each SKPD so that accountability among SKPDs can be socialized. The effectiveness of human resources is demonstrated by the equitable distribution of ASNs for each SKPD unit, for the value of money is a clean regional government and has never been published on corruption issues.
