Abstract

McDonald's is a fast food restaurant which is good because of the initial formation of the already apply standard observation checklist such as quality, service, cleanliness, and value. However, the implementation of McDonald's consumers find the taste and poor service provided by the service provider. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction impact on customer loyalty.The variables used in this study is the quality of service (X) as the independent variable, customer satisfaction (Y) as a mediating variable, and customer loyalty (Z) as the dependent variable. Based on the results of the analysis and processing of data it is found that quality of service influence 71.68%, customer satisfaction influence 70.3%, and customer loyalty influence 66%. The partial influence the quality of service on customer satisfaction is 30.14%. Influence of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty is 1.04%. Influence of service quality on customer loyalty is 8.58%. The influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty simultaneously is 12.11% and is influenced by other variables amounted to 87.89%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions on students of the Faculty of Business Administration and Business Communications force from 2010 to 2013. The method used is a quantitative method to study a type of descriptive research and causal. Types of data required for the study is primary data and secondary data. While the techniques used in collecting data for the study were interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Sampling was done by the method of non- accidental sampling probabilty sampling type, the number of respondents of 100 respondents. Then, for data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of data processing multiple linear regression analysis, marketing mix simultaneously positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions a student of Business Administration at the Faculty of Communication and Business class 2010-2013. Based on the results of the test of the hypothesis partially obtained variable product and place a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions a student of Business Administration at the Faculty of Communication and Business class 2010-2013. While variable price a negative and not significant impact, and variable promotion a positive but not significant impact. Based on the coefficient of determination obtained that the marketing mix is able to explain the purchase decision by 35.2% and the remaining 64.8% were influenced by other factors such as personal factors (Sari, 2013:35), or other factors not examined in this study, so it needs to be explored regarding the other factors in their influence on purchasing decisions based Samsung android smartphone. This reform should be linked to the vision and strategy of the company as well as tailored to the ability of the company, so the company is able to determine priorities for improvement.

Abstract

This study aimed to test whether Islamic bank in Purwokerto is able to achieve good performance when measured by the Balanced Score Card (BSC) approach is based on the perspective of financial, customer, internal business processes and learning and growth.Research using the survey method with purposive sampling of employees and customers with a proportional random sampling method at Bank BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah Purwokerto. Hypothesis testing is performed using the Mann Whitney test as a tool for comparison of two independent samples test for ordinal data.The results showed BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah Purwokerto were able to achieve excellent performance when measured by the BSC approach based financial perspective and the perspective of growth and learning. Meanwhile, the performance of which is measured by the achievement of the BSC approach based on the customer perspective and internal business process perspective at Bank BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah Purwokerto were able to achieve a good performance level.The implication of this study is that the performance of Bank BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah Purwokerto is good when measured with the BSC approach should be maintained so as to provide satisfactory services for bank customers and employees can improve their performance so that organizational goals can be achieved. In addition, Bank BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah Purwokerto in order to make service excellence as a work culture within the company so that the company's performance can be maintained and enhanced.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial ratios to predict financial distress on manufacturing company in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. In this study the financial ratios variable is proxied by liquidity, profitability (NPM), financial leverage, and growth as independent variables. While financial distress as measured by the Z-score as the dependent variable.The population in this study were all the manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Samples are taken of eighty-one manufacturing company with purposive sampling method, and observation period during three years (2009-2011).The results showed that liquidity has a negative effect but not significant to the financial distress. Profitability (NPM) has a significant and positive effect on financial distress, while financial leverage and growth have unsignificant but positive effect on financial distress.

Abstract

This research aimed to predict bankruptcy using the Altman Z-Score and Springate on mining companies sub-sector oil and gas companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2009-2012. One of the things behind the decline in revenues caused by the company's oil and gas industry. And a decline in oil production from year to year. By using quantitative descriptive method, the population in this study is a sub-company financial statements of oil and gas mining. The type of sample used is purposive sampling to obtain a sample of five companies, namely Prabu Energi Tbk (ARTI), Benakat Petroleum Energy Tbk (BIPI), Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), dan Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk (RUIS). The results showed the company's bankruptcy prediction mining and oil and gas sub-sector model with Altman Z-Score, for ARTI 2009 in the category of distress zone, in the following years in the category of gray zone. BIPI always get into the safe category. ELSA in 2009 and 2010 are in the category of a safe zone, and in the next two years are in the gray zone category. For each year the ENRG always fall into the category distress zone. Ruis 2009 in the category of safe zone, 2010 in the category of gray zone, and the following year in the category distress zone. Prediction of corporate bankruptcy in mining and oil and gas sub-sector with Springate models, which enter into the healthy category, namely ELSA company in 2009 and Ruis company in 2009 and 2010. Additionally, all companies would be predicted to fall into the category of bankruptcy because bankruptcy.

Abstract

There is a debate about the quality of service with trust bank syariah customers to syariah banking in applying the syariah principle, so regarded need to be researched about howquality of the service of syariah banks able to build customer satisfaction and trust. Fatmah (2007) found that affects the customer on syariah commercial banks in East Java was the quality of the service. In contrast to the research from Al – Hawari (2011) who does not find a direct relationship between the quality of services with trust. Gounaris and Venetis (2002) found that not all factors have influence on the quality of service trust. This studi was conducted to find out how the levels of trust customers of the bank syariah in applying the principles of syariah analyze the role of the quality of services of a trust customers and the role of customer satisfaction as variable mediation influence the quality of service of a trust. The research was done to the three syariah banks they were Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah banks and Bank Syariah BNI, with samples from 150 customers by applying a technique accidental sampling method. Research variable divided into 2 namely endogenous variable that is the quality of service, while endogenous variable is satisfaction customers and trust. Data collection technique uses a questionnare that arranged in Likert sclae 5 point, while data analysis techniques use Path Analysis. The analysis shows that quality of services and not directly influence on customer trust. Professional service quality on one side of syariah bank customers will strengthen confidence, in the other side will from the creation of customer satisfaction, the satisfaction of customers will strengthen confidence of the bank syariah customers.

Abstract

The result shows that the empowerment level of coal mining industry and roof tile in Sarolangun regency are still low. The empowerment indicator consists of business access, market, human resource and technology. Based on FGD and in-depth interview with the key persons, it can be found that considering the business access could increase the empowerment. This can be done through management training and production creativity on credit loan with low interest, providing home trade in market access, marketing and exposing market opportunities, increasing technical skill by training on human resource, providing training to develop entrepreneur skill, offering an instructor, building an education institute and technological access by giving reachable technology, proposing patent’s counseling and consultation.

Abstract

The success of a country begins with success in economic development, through the development of industry and business. Industrial and business success is achieved when the national movement for change and build, starting from the government in the running community development programs as well as the level of awareness and high transparency. Government and society must be open and willing to be evaluated based on the results of his efforts on the development of government programs with regard to the potential of each region.The construction process is very important, starting with the development of human resources, and natural resources in Indonesia, has been very abundant natural resources, but is not followed by the optimization of production, lack of professional actors and state officials (Executive, Legislative, Yudukatif) and businesses, for it must be created by a national program how to generate leadership (leadership) nationwide, as well as how to form a community of professional business people in Indonesia and smart, with the hope of future industrial forming a superior, independent, able to compete in the global market and is able to be host in the land itself.
