Abstract

Aliran masuk ke Danau Towuti, Kabupaten Luwu, Sulawesi Tengah, dianalisa dengan artificial neural network. Network mempunyai susunan yang terdiri dari 6 node pada layer input, 8 node pada hidden layer, dan 1 node pada layer output. Weight dari network dihitung dengan back propagation of error dan fungsi Sigmoid dipakai sebagai fungsi aktifasi. Dari analisa ditemukan bahwa curah aliran masuk (inflow) sangat dipengaruhioleh curah hujan di daerah-daerah Wawondula, Dam site, Timampu, Palumba, Loehadan Bantilang. Dari ke 6 derah tersebut, perubahan curah hujan di Wawondula mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap inflowArtificial neural network method was applied in analyses of inflow to Towuti Lake of LuwuRegency, Central Sulawesi. The network was constructed by 6, 8, 1 nodes in input, hidden and output layers. The weights were calculated using back propagation of error and Sigmoid function was used as activation function. It was found that precipitations at Wawondula, Dam site, Timampu, Palumba, Loeha and Bantilang have the strongest influence to the inflow. Of the 6 areas, the precipitation changes at Wawondula has thestrongest effect to the change of the inflow

Abstract

Dalam tulisan ini, dikemukakan kajian awal mengenai kondisi air Danau Towuti berkenaan dengan turunnya duga muka air (DMA) secara drastis. Dengan menggunakan data harian dari 13 tahun pengamatan seperti curah hujan, duga muka air dan out flow, kemudian dihitung kesetimbangan air daerah aliran danaunya. Hasil-hasil pengamatan secara tahunan adalah, curah hujan = 2982 mm, in flow = 1821 mm, out flow = 1829 mm, penguapan = 1185 mm dan perubahan storage = - 24 mm.In this paper, a preliminary assessment of Lake Towuti water condition is outlined due to the water level is decreased drastically in recent time. Using the daily data from 13 yearsobservation such as rainfall, water level and out flow, then each component of the catchment water balance is calculted. The results of observation for annual values are, rainfall = 2982 mm, in flow = 1821 mm, out flow = 1829 mm, evaporation = 1185 mm and delta storage = - 24 mm.

Abstract

Ketersediaan data debit (aliran sungai) di setiap wilayah Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) adalah sangat penting bagi kegiatan program perencanaan dan pengembangan sumberdaya air. DAS Batanghari yang yang terletak di Propinsi Jambi, dengan luas total4,537,881 Ha, yang terbagi menjadi 6 (enam) Sub DAS yaitu: Batanghari Hulu; BatangTebo; Batang Tabir; Batang Sumai; Batang Merangin-Tembesi dan Batanghari Hilir dimana secara keseluruhan mempunyai potensi sumberdaya air yang cukup tinggi.Dalam analisis debit ini menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu : analisis debit rerata bulanan dan analisis kurva duration debit (discharge duration curve). Hasil analisis kurva duration debit untuk estimasi debit andalan (probability 80%) di beberapa Sub DAS adalah sebagai berikut: Batang Tebo sebesar 60 m3/det; Batang Tabir sebesar 27 m3/det; Merangin Tembesi sebesar 53 m3/det dan Batanghari Hilir-Muara Tembesi sebesar 1000m3/det.Availability of discharge (stream flow) data at any region or catchment area were veryimportant for development and planning of water resources program. Batanghari catchment area which consist of 6 sub catchment area i.e. Batanghari Hulu, BatangTebo, Batang Tabir, Batang Sumai, Batang Merangin Tembesi and Batanghari Hilir andtotal cathment area was 4.537.881 Ha. Discharge analysis within Batanghari catchmentarea was conducted consist two of part analysis i.e. monthly average discharge and duration curve of discharge. Result of duration curve analysis for mainstay discharge(80% probability) for several sub catchment area i.e. Batang Tebo: 60 m3/sec.; BatangTabir: 27 m3/sec.; Merangin Tembesi: 53 m3/sec. and Batanghari Hilir-Muara Tembesi:1000 m3/sec.
