This study analyzes the influence of education level, Tenure, and the age of the Daily Worker Work Ethics in the Field Landscape Remove slashing the Department of Hygiene and Pontianak. The population in this study are all non-permanent employees slashing at the Parks Division in Pontianak City DKP totaling 67 people. In this study using saturated sampling analytical method used is the analysis of variance (ANOVA). Based on the results of ANOVA analysis showed that education level had no effect on Work Ethics obtained from the Fhitung 0.220 <3.14 Ftabel meaning H0 is accepted and Ha refused, so results of hypothesis testing showed no difference in education level elementary schools, junior high schools, and High School to Work Ethics, ANOVA analysis results indicate that the Work Period Work Ethics does not affect the results obtained from Fhitung 0.031 <3.14, which means H0 Ftabel accepted and Harefused, so results of hypothesis testing showed no difference Working Period New, Medium and Long to Work Ethics as well as the results of ANOVA analysis showed that age does not affect the Work Ethic obtained from the Fhitung 0.235 <3.14 Ftabel meaning H0 is accepted and Ha refused, so results of hypothesis testing showed no difference Work ethic among young, middle age and old.

The background of this research there is an indication that the stock price on the market does not showthe actual value of the shares, especially shares subsectors advertising, Printing, and Media. The intrinsicvalue of shares can be searched by using fundamental analysis of the company through the method ofdividend discount models (DDM). This research is a case study in which the withdrawal of a sample usingpurposive sampling. the data used are secondary data obtained from documents Indonesia StockExchange through its website www.idx.co.id. This research resulted in the intrinsic value of the shares ofthe sub sectors of advertising, Printing and Media, which found that the price of the shares of the subsectors of advertising, Printing, and the media in a state of high market prices (overvalued). Informationfor investors on the stock return is calculated through the method of capital asset pricing model (CAPM)and the formation of the portfolio as well as information for investors that the shares owned byPT.Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa has the highest return and can be considered for investment.

The purpose of research is to determine the factors that influence the attractiveness of investors to investin the Company Bumiputera Capital Indonesia (BCI) Pontianak branch. This study used a descriptivemethod. The population of this study is investors who invest in the Indonesian capital BumiputeraCompany (BCI), meanwhile, the sample of 100 people who have been through incidental samplingtechnique. The analysis of this research is factor analysis. The results showed that the factors consideredinvesting in the Company Bumiputera Capital Indonesia is the reliability factor (realiability) which consistsof four variables consists of precision service, company image, company performance and speed ofservice. These factors can explain the variation of the total diversity (cumulative percentage of variance)of 72.221%. That is one of the factors capable of affecting the attractiveness of investors to invest in theCompany Bumiputera Capital Indonesia at 72.221%. The variables that influence on the attraction ofinvestors to invest is a factor Offer 0.851 shares of the company and the smallest is 0.571 Transactionsthrough online system.

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix in the customer's decision to save the savings mudharobah at BMT Mujahidin KSP Pontianak. This research uses descriptive method with data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Samples used as many as 100 people with a simple random sampling technique, the variables used in this research consists of the marketing mix (X) and consumer decision (Y). Results from this study showed that the marketing mix (X) significantly affects the decision of choosing members savings products mudharobah at KSP BMT Mujahidin (Y) with t-count is 25.485 and the value of Adjusted R Square is equal to 0.869. From the 0.932 correlation value which shows the influence of both variables between the marketing mix decisions are categorized as very strong consumer. As for the value of the coefficient of determination (KD) that is obtained is 0.869 which can be interpreted to mean that the variable X has the effect of 0.869 against the decision of choosing members savings products mudharobah at KSP BMT Mujahideen and 0.131 influenced by outside marketing mix.

The purpose of this study was to determine the taxpayer's satisfaction with quality of services in the motor vehicle tax payments SAMSAT Pontianak. The analysis is the Cartesian diagram. The population in this study is the taxpayer motorcycle tax payment in Pontianak City SAMSAT with the sample of 100 respondents. Based on the survey results revealed that there is a difference between the value of the benefit and satisfaction of - 0.1 which means that the interests of the respondents is greater than the satisfaction of respondents. Tangible variables are in quadrant A (4:28: 4:45), which shows the factors or attributes that are considered to affect the satisfaction of taxpayers, including elements of the services that are considered very important, but SAMSAT Pontianak City has not done as you wish taxpayer so disappointing / not satisfied and necessary to the improvement of services. Variable reliability (4:31: 4:48), responsiveness (4:31: 4:43), and assurance (4:42: 4:46) are in quadrant B, which means that these variables are variables that directly influence customer satisfaction, and its implementation by SAMSAT Pontianak is considered a good and shall be maintained. Variable empathy (4.27: 4.30) are in quadrant C, which means that these variables are variables that are considered less important to the customer, but the implementation by the company is still not satisfactory.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the work discipline Resort Dangau Singkawang. This deskritptif study used a sample of the population and the use of questionnaires as the principal means of collecting data. The population is all employees at the Resort loom Singkawang. The sample is taken using a sampling technique that is saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Analysis techniques used in this research is to use a simple linearregression. The results showed that job satisfaction have an influence on work discipline which the test results showed 23.504 F count> F table 4.034. And has a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. Simple Linear Regression equations showed the following results, y = 0.893 + 0.840 X. The regression coefficient (β) 0.893 explained that when employee satisfaction at Resort Dangau Singkawang amounted to 0 (zero), then the discipline of employees at Resort loom Singkawang by 0,893. If the jobsatisfaction of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang increased by one unit then the discipline of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang will increase by 0.840 units. Correlation and Determination of test results showed that the value of R = 0.562, while the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.315. This means that 31.5% (1 x 0.315 x 100%) of employees at the Resort Dangau Singkawang can be explained by employee satisfaction at Resort loom Singkawang, while the remaining 68.5% (1 to 0.315 x 100 %) employees' discipline Resort loom Singkawang is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aimed to analyze the quality of PKU Muhammadiyah Kitamura Clinic services. quality dimensions measured are Tangible (Tangible), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Guarantee and Assurance), Empathy (Empathy). This type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews, observation and documentation study. The study population was patients who seek treatment at the clinic ever PKU Muhammadiyah Kitamura. A sample set of 100 people, which is gained through judgment sampling. The analysis tool is servqual analysis and Cartesian diagram. From the analysis servqual, it can be seen that the difference in the average level of expectations with the level of satisfacti on is 0.69 and the results of research Cartesian diagram, known to the average value of patient satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Kitamura Clinic was 4.05 and the average value the benefit of patients is 4.74. These results indicate that patients feel dissatisfied with the quality of service at PKU Muhammadiyah Kitamura Clinic.

The research objective was to examine the influence of brand image on the customer's decision to choose products Savings Bank of West Kalimantan Simpeda. This type of research is descriptive. All customers who have the Savings Bank of West Kalimantan Simpeda the population, while the sample is 100 respondents who have Simpeda Savings Bank of West Kalimantan using incidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is simple linear. This research data obtained through observation, interviews and the results of a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The study's findingsindicate that the test results of multiple linear regression, it is known that the variable image producers and image of the products have a significant impact on customer decisions in choosing products Simpeda Savings Bank of West Kalimantan, while for consumer image variable has no effect, while the most influential variable is a variable the image of the product. From the test results simultaneously (F test) andpartial (test T) turns research results prove that all dimensions (image producers, consumers imagery and imagery products) of a brand image variables simultaneously have significant influence on customers' decisions in choosing Savings Simpeda, whereas in partial image of the consumer does not have a significant influence on brand image for variables that most influence on customers' decisions in choosing a savings product Simpeda is the image of the product.

This study presents a description of the working capital management is about the measurement andassessment of the level of efficiency of use of working capital is based on the concept of quantitative(gross working capital) and the projected capital requirements on PD.Sahabat Mebel. The approach taken in this study is a case study, which uses quantitative analysis. For data collection techniques used interview techniques, obsrvasi, and documentation study. The study concluded that the wisdom of PD. Furniture friend in the use of working capital is not efficient. An increase in current assets element can not increase the optimal profit, an increase of 10% in current assets elements intended to improve the return of more than 10%. Working capital turnover is still low, causing the length of time attachment to the working capital. This study examines the effect of the marketing mix to the decision to use members of Musharaka financing products at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Seruni Pontianak. This type of research is descriptive method, data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The study population was all the members who use the product Musharaka financing. The sample of 100 respondents drawn through a non-probability sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 people. The analysis tool is Regression Simple Linear, Correlation, Determination and Test F. Regression analysis yields the equation Y = 1.399 + 0,605X. From the results of correlation (R) obtained at 0.421. This value can be interpreted that the influence of marketing mix to decision of selectingmembers Musharaka financing products at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Seruni Kota Pontianak is a strong positive. The value of the coefficient of determination (KD) obtained was 0.178%. From these test results that the marketing mix is significantly have influence on the consumer decisions, and these test results that the marketing mix is significantly have influence on the decision of members. Test regression modelscalculated F value of 21.159 with a significance value (sig) of 0.000, meaning that the value of significance (sig) is much smaller than 0.05.
