Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru Agama Katolik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Mempawah dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif pemilihan subjek berdasarkan purposive sampling yaitu 25 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan melalui pengkodean wawancara dan notula diskusi kelompok terfokus menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar sekolah sudah menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka dan tergolong pada tahap ber-kembang. Pada tahap ini dijelaskan bahwa guru telah menyesuaikan praktik pembelajaran dan asesmen yang dituntut dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Hal ini ditandai dengan guru yang merencanakan pembelajaran beriorientasi pada dokumen yang telah disediakan oleh Kemendikbudristek. Guru juga menerapkan program membaca kitab suci dan renungan sebelum kegiatan belajar mengajar dimulai sebagai bentuk penguatan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila. Sebagai tolak ukur dalam merencanakan pembelajaran, guru memberikan refleksi dan evaluasi pasca pembelajaran. Kemudian guru mampu membimbing siswa untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. Namun kendala yang dirasakan guru yaitu kesulitan dalam memperoleh modul ajar sejenis khususnya pelajaran Agama Katolik. Sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap kemajuan belajar, guru juga turut berkolaborasi kepada guru lain, masyarakat, dan orang tua siswa seperti mengadakan pertemuan di akhir semester.Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka; Kesiapan Guru; Pendidikan Agama Katolik. Implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in junior high school: A qualitative study of Catholic Religious Teachers' readiness Abstract: This study aims to determine the readiness of Catholic Religion teachers in Junior High Schools in Mempawah Regency in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used is descriptive qualitative subject selection based on purposive sampling, namely 25 teachers. Data collection techniques using interviews and focus group discussions. The results of data analysis conducted through interview coding and focus group discussion minutes show that most schools have implemented the Merdeka Curriculum and are classified as in the developing stage. At this stage, it is explained that teachers have adjusted the learning and assessment practices required in the Merdeka Curriculum. This is indicated by teachers who plan learning oriented to the documents provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Teachers also implement scripture reading and devotional programs before teaching and learning activities begin as a form of strengthening the character of the Pancasila student profile. As a benchmark in planning learning, teachers provide post-learning reflection and evaluation. Then the teacher is able to guide students to complete the assigned tasks. However, the obstacle felt by teachers is the difficulty in obtaining similar teaching modules, especially Catholic Religion lessons. As a form of support for learning progress, teachers also collaborate with other teachers, the community, and parents of students such as holding meetings at the end of the semester.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji apakah budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket google form online yang diisi oleh dosen secara sukarela yang terdiri beberapa strata pendidikan, masa kerja dan jabatan fungsional. Dengan jumlah sampel 32 orang yang dengan teknik stratified purposive sampling. Kemudian, data diolah secara deskriptif kuantitatif untuk melihat kecenderungan hasil setiap variabel. Selanjutnya, hasil data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan aplikasi SPPS 22. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kinerja dosen di IAKN Tarutung masuk ke dalam kategori kinerja yang tinggi. Akan tetapi, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan melayani tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil kinerja dosen yang tinggi tersebut. Artinya, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan melayani yang ada di IAKN Tarutung tidak serta merta menunjang kinerja dosen. Oleh karena itu, perlu penelitian lebih lanjut terkait variabel lain yang lebih signifikan untuk menunjang kinerja dosen. The Influence of organizational culture, servant leadership on the performance of lecturers at Tarutung State Institute of Christianity This study aims to test whether organizational culture and service leadership have a significant effect on lecturer performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Data was obtained by distributing online Google form questionnaires filled out by voluntary lecturers consisting of several educational strata, tenure, and functional positions. With a total sample of 32 people using a stratified purposive sampling technique. Then, the data is processed descriptively quantitatively to see the tendency of the results of each variable. Furthermore, the data results were processed using multiple regression analysis with the SPPS 22 application. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the performance of lecturers at IAKN Tarutung falls into the high-performance category. However, the results of this study indicate that organizational culture and servant leadership do not have a significant influence on the results of the high performance of lecturers. This means that the organizational culture and servant leadership that exist in IAKN Tarutung do not necessarily support the performance of lecturers. Therefore, further research is needed related to other variables that are more significant to support lecturer performance.

Abstract

This research is based on the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects in strengthening student character in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. In connection with this, this research aims to determine Islamic religious education (PAI) learning innovations in strengthening the character of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. This research uses qualitative research methods, which are delivered descriptively. Sources of information in this research include school principals, teachers, education staff, and students who participate in learning activities in class XI of the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Skills Program (TKRO) at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. The primary data source is in the form of the words and actions of the subject, which is the focus of the research; the rest is in the form of additional data such as documents, photos, and others. This research concluded that the "Kaizen" method, which originates from Japanese, the Japanese concept of Continuous Incremental Improvement, can strengthen character education and become a PAI learning innovation in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The "Kaizen" method includes five stages with the prefix "S": Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode sorogan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman santri terhadap kitab Jurumiyah (buku tata bahasa Arab) di Pondok Pesantren Putri Al Ma'rufiyah Tempuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel 11 santriwati dari angkatan 2023/2024 untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode sorogan. Analisis kinerja mereka dalam tes dan tugas pemahaman menunjukkan bahwa metode ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang Jurumiyah. Efektivitas metode sorogan dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukungnya antara lain penjelasan yang jelas dari guru yang penuh perhatian. Namun, kelemahan dari metode ini adalah potensi monoton yang dapat menyebabkan kebosanan siswa. The effectiveness of the Sorogan Kitab Jurumiyah learning method at Pondok Pesantren Putri Al Ma'rufiyah Tempuran Abstract: This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Sorogan method in improving students' understanding of the Jurumiyah (an Arabic grammar book) at Al Ma'rufiyah Tempuran Girls' Islamic Boarding School. This research, employing a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 11 female students from the Class of 2023/2024, investigates the effectiveness of the Sorogan method. The analysis of their performance in tests and comprehension tasks suggests that the method is effective in improving their understanding of the Jurumiyah. The effectiveness of the sorogan method is influenced by both supporting and inhibiting factors. Supportive factors include clear explanations from attentive teachers. However, the method's potential downside is its potential for monotony, which can lead to student boredom.

Abstract

Motivasi kerja merupakan komponen penting yang mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kinerja organisasi dalam sebuah organisasi. Jika karyawan termotivasi, mereka cenderung bekerja lebih keras, lebih berdedikasi, dan lebih berkonsentrasi untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Namun, konflik kelompok juga dapat memberikan dampak yang kurang baik bagi kinerja perusahaan. Konflik yang tidak terselesaikan dapat mengganggu kerja sama, meningkatkan stres, dan menurunkan efisiensi kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan dan konflik kelompok terhadap kinerja organisasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan teknik analisis regresi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data antara lain observasi dan kuesioner melalui survei. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan konflik kelompok berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. The influence of work motivation and group conflict on organizational performance at Universitas Potensi Utama Abstract: Work motivation is an important component that affects productivity and organizational performance in an organization. If employees are motivated, they are likely to work harder, be more dedicated, and concentrate more on achieving company goals. However, group conflict can also have an adverse impact on company performance. Unresolved conflicts can disrupt cooperation, increase stress, and decrease work efficiency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee work motivation and group conflict on organizational performance. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. With regression analysis techniques. In this study, researchers used data collection techniques including observation and questionnaires through surveys. The findings of this study are that employee work motivation has a significant impact on organizational performance and group conflict affects organizational performance.

Abstract

Guru perlu menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik berbasis teknologi digital bagi siswa yang mencakup konsep dan visual dalam pembelajaran Tata Surya seperti game digital berbasis Android. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran game Tata Surya berbasis Android menggunakan aplikasi Gdevelop untuk siswa SMP yang valid dan mengetahui respon siswa terhadap game tersebut. Tahapan pengembangan game Tata Surya dilakukan berdasarkan langkah-langkah desain ADDIE. Game divalidasi oleh 3 orang validator dan diujicobakan kepada 53 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 Jember. Game Tata Surya yang dikembangkan telah dinyatakan “Valid” oleh para ahli dengan persentase kevalidan sebesar 74,22%. Hasil respon siswa terhadap Game Tata Surya menunjukkan bahwa 80,32% siswa menyatakan setuju terhadap setiap pernyataan dalam angket. Berdasarkan hasil tanggapan siswa dan validasi oleh para ahli, pengembangan game Android dengan materi Tata Surya mendapat penilaian “Layak/Baik”. Solar system Android game creation: Engaging, valid, and liked by junior high school students Abstract: Teachers need to create more interesting learning experiences based on digital technology for students that cover concepts and visuals in learning about the Solar System such as Android-based digital games. The aim of this research is to develop an Android-based learning media for the Solar System game using the Gdevelop application for valid junior high school students and to determine students' responses to the game. The Solar System game development stages were carried out based on the ADDIE design steps. The game was validated by 3 validators and tested on 53 class VII students at SMP Negeri 7 Jember. The Solar System game developed has been declared "Valid" by experts with a validity percentage of 74.22%. The results of students' responses to the Solar System Game show that 80.32% of students agree with each statement in the questionnaire. Based on the results of student responses and validation by experts, the development of the Android game with Solar System material received an "Acceptable/Good" rating.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis kurikulum merdeka sebagai framework baru pengembangan pembelajaran musik pada fase-A di SD Tridaya Tunas Bangsa. Dengan fokus pada konteks pembelajaran musik, studi ini mengidentifikasi implementasi kurikulum merdeka sebagai suatu faktor krusial dalam memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa pada fase awal pendidikan. Untuk mengkaji hal tersebut peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti kontribusi positif kurikulum merdeka terhadap pengembangan pembelajaran musik pada fase-A, termasuk pendekatan inovatif dalam merancang dan menyajikan materi pembelajaran. Ditemukan pula bahwa kurikulum tersebut mendorong integrasi teknologi dan kreativitas dalam pengajaran musik, memberikan ruang ekspresi bagi siswa di tingkat awal pendidikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang peran kurikulum merdeka dalam memajukan pembelajaran musik pada fase-A, serta memberikan panduan bagi penyelenggaraan kurikulum yang mendukung pengembangan kompetensi musik siswa sejak dini. Implikasi temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan konstruktif bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan dan praktik pengajaran musik di tingkat dasar. Merdeka Curriculum as a new framework in the development of A-phase music learning Abstract: This research aims to explore and analyze the independent curriculum as a new framework for developing music learning in the A-phase at SD Tridaya Tunas Bangsa. Focusing on the context of music learning, this study identifies the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum as a crucial factor in enriching students' learning experiences in the early phase of education. To examine this, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study highlighted the positive contribution of the independent curriculum to the development of music learning in the A-phase, including innovative approaches in designing and presenting learning materials. It was also found that the curriculum encourages the integration of technology and creativity in music teaching, providing a space of expression for students at the early level of education. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the role of an independent curriculum in promoting music learning in the A-phase, as well as provide guidance for the implementation of a curriculum that supports the development of students' musical competencies from an early age. The implications of these findings are expected to provide constructive contributions to the development of educational policies and music teaching practices at the primary level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran tari Kudu Leumpang di RBS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan penelitian yakni pelatih, para peserta pelatihan di RBS serta masyarakat dan budayawan sekitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RBS sebagai tempat eduwisata dan media pendidikan karakter yang disampaikan oleh para tokoh Wayang Sukuraga. Untuk pembelajaran tari, RBS memiliki beberapa komponen, yang pertama adalah seniman tradisi yang sudah diakui profesionalitasnya di lingkungan Sukabumi dan Jawa Barat, materi fokus pada tari Sunda kreasi khususnya tari Kudu Leumpang, peserta didik berasal dari usia sekolah dasar hingga mahasiswa yang merupakan penggiat seni di RBS. Selain itu, beberapa komponen lain di RBS masih belum terpenuhi di antaranya belum ada tingkatan kelas sesuai dengan materi yang dipelajari, materi tari masih fokus pada pengembangan tari Kudu Leumpang, kurangnya keterlibatan peserta mengikuti lomba-lomba tari, serta sarana-prasarana yang perlu dilengkapi untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. Dance learning at Rumah Budaya Sukuraga, Sukabumi City: An ethnography of non-formal art education practices Abstract: This research aims to describe the learning process of Kudu Leumpang Dance at RBS. This research used a qualitative approach with the ethnographic method. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, literature study, and documentation. The research participants were trainers, trainees at RBS, and the surrounding community and cultural experts.  The results showed that RBS is a place for education and a medium for character education delivered by Wayang Sukuraga figures. For dance learning, RBS has several components, the first is traditional artists who have been recognized for their professionalism in Sukabumi and West Java, the material focuses on Sundanese dance creations, especially Kudu Leumpang Dance, students come from elementary school age to university students who are art activists at RBS. In addition, several other components at RBS are still not fulfilled, including no grade level according to the material studied, dance material still focuses on the development of Kudu Leumpang Dance, lack of participant involvement in dance competitions, and infrastructure that needs to be equipped to support the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas multimedia interaktif “Mentik” berbasis Android untuk calon guru sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester III Program Studi PGSD Universitas Bengkulu. Desain pengembangan yang digunakan adalah analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE). Teknik pengumpulan data berupa penilaian validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, kepraktisan (angket respon pengguna), keefektifan penggunaan soal tes. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif untuk analisis desain produk, validasi ahli untuk kelayakan media dan kepraktisan serta keefektifan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan multimedia interaktif “Mentik” yang dilakukan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, terdapat perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Effectiveness of interactive multimedia “Mentik” for prospective elementary school teachers Abstract: This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Android-based interactive multimedia "Mentik" for prospective elementary school teachers. The research method used is research and development. The research subjects were third semester students of the Bengkulu University PGSD Study Program. The development design used is analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE). Data collection techniques are media and material expert validation assessments, practicality (user response questionnaires), effectiveness of using test questions. The data was then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques for product design analysis, expert validation for media suitability and practicality, and effectiveness using the t-test. The research results show that the development of the interactive multimedia "Mentik" which was carried out was effective in improving student learning outcomes. Based on the test results, there are differences between the experimental class and the control class.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop and assess the suitability of an educational gaming media assisted by Quizwhizzer as an endeavor to enhance elementary school students' legal literacy. Employing the Research and Development (R&D) methodology within the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation), this study evaluated the media's suitability across three dimensions: content, language, and presentation. The findings revealed that content, language, and presentation were all validated with high scores content received an average Aiken’s V score of 0.89 (Highly Valid) with 93% agreement among validators, while language and presentation received scores of 1 (Highly Valid) with similar agreement percentages. These results collectively endorse the product's suitability for educational use. This educational gaming media was specifically evaluated for its potential to enhance second-grade students' understanding of Pancasila education, focusing on regulations to improve their legal literacy.
