Abstract

Design of security shipment is done by integrating GPS tracking and sensor limit switches to SMS Gateway technology in a single application system. Every movement of delivery vehicles monitored by the system and PT. Pos receive notifications via SMS in accordance with the state of the open door, the vehicle stops and there is no GPS signal.The designstarts fromdesigningthe trackingapplication usingvisual basicinterface06 .The next step is integrating GPS tracking and limit switch sensorwhit tracking application that have made.The application tested by using real shipment case study.

Abstract

Portfolio lecturer required for the interests of each faculty and department. Portfolio lecturer required for promotion of faculty and lecturers certification. On the other hand, the portfolio required by the department faculty as an important part in the assessment of accreditation at the majors and is also used to compile Ekuivalensi Nilai Mengajar Penuh (EWMP). In this research, the initial system identification, system design proposal, and then to design the application. Identification of the initial system is to find problems early and identify the needs of the system the desired system, both input and output. The design of the proposed system consists of the design of the proposed system framework, design hardware and software, design development cost structure, and design calculations EWMP value. While the design phase consists of designing application interface and database design. Then, from the design interface is created between the face using the program Visual Basic 2008 and the design of the database created with MySQL database. The results of this study is information systems portfolio based computer that can print EWMP data, supporting the certification process lecturers, support the accreditation process majors, and supporting faculty promotion process. Designed system has a database for storing data and capable of storing a lecturer portfolio data from the KP and TA SIKAPTA databases and applications to enter and retrieve data as needed. Applications can be accessed by multiple users simultaneously via an internet connection. Through computer-based information systems, all lecturers EWMP activity will be recorded neatly, can be traced back and ready to print when needed. In addition, data can be managed more EWMP by lecturers to the process of certification and promotion.

Abstract

From the calculation of weighting the results of biological hazard 0.23 0.22 followed by a chemical hazard and environmental and mechanical biomechanical hazard 0.22, 0.17 and hazard pshycal 0.17 pshychological hazard. While the determination of the value of performance, the lowest hazard of pshychological hazard to the value 3.991 4.113 followed by a biological hazard, chemical hazard 4.309, environmental and mechanical / biomechanical hazard and the highest 4.396 4.578 pshycal hazard. Proposed hazard prevention based on the lowest of pshychological hazard with hazard specification, among others, due to the many patients, patients who want immediate demands are met, the threat from the patient and the supervisor, invective from the patient and the supervisor, shift changing, the staff were not adequate and heavy workloads. From the results of questionnaires and interviews with the nurse, the things that need to be considered is the quantity of hospital nurses, nurses and quality of work on the hospital system.

Abstract

Makalah ini menyajikan sistem pakar untuk pemilihan unit gawat darurat rumah sakit di Kota Surakarta. Sistem ini dapat membantu tenaga medis saat menangani pasien gawat darurat untuk mengambil keputusan pemilihan rujukan ke rumah sakit yang tepat berdasarkan kondisi pasien dan ketersediaan sumber daya rumah sakit. Sistem ini berbasis website dan dapat diakses menggunakan telepon genggam. Sistem pakar ini dibangun atas model keputusan berbasis pengetahuan (knowledge base), basis data, dan antarmuka. Model keputusan berisi aturan (rule) dalam penentuan rumah sakit berdasarkan kondisi pasien dan data ketersediaan sumber daya rumah sakit serta data estimasi waktu tempuh tercepat sesuai peta digital Kota Surakarta yang diolah menggunakan sistem informasi geografis. Representasi pengetahuan disimpan menggunakan production rule dan mesin inferensi menggunakan metode runut maju (forward chaining). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam membantu tenaga medis untuk memilih unit gawat darurat rumah sakit.

Abstract

One of the pottery found in central Java in Bayat, Klaten. The process of making pottery is still done manually. In previous research, Febrianti (2009) has designed the turntable to generate employment and chair rotation driven manually by a foot to workers by applying pottery maker RULA method. Output results of this study was the design and yet was tested against pottery workers, so can not guarantee whether the tool has an ergonomic or not. In this experiment, pottery maker who still form the design image and then made a real pottery maker. The tool was tested against the six workers. From the test results obtained by some of the weaknesses of the old design tools. So that should be added some specs to get comfortable in operating the old design tool.

Abstract

Lingkungan fisik kerja merupakan bagian dari lingkungan secara keseluruhan, sebab lingkungan fisik kerja adalah salah satu bagian dari 14 (empat belas) asas ilmu lingkungan. Dalam asas kesepuluh menyebutkan bahwa “Pada lingkungan yang stabil, perbandingan antara biomassa dengan produktivitas (B/P) dalam perjalanan waktu akan naik mencapai sebuah asimtot”. Pada asas tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa sistem biologi itu menjalani evolusi yang mengarah pada peningkatan efisiensi penggunaan energi dalam lingkungan fisik yang memungkinkan keanekaragaman berkembang, untuk itu lingkungan fisik jika tidak terkontrol (melebihi Nilai Ambang Batas) akan menjadi penyebab pencemaran lingkungan. Jika hal ini terjadi dalam lingkungan pabrik, perkantoran, dan lain-lain akan memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kemampuan kerja dari para karyawan atau pekerja. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah meneliti pengaruh faktor lingkungan fisik kerja terhadap waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan (studi laboratorium). Faktor yang diteliti adalah faktor tingkat kebisingan yang diteliti meliputi 3 (tiga) perlakuan, yaitu 50 dB, 85 dB, dan 95 dB, faktor intensitas pencahayaan meliputi 3 (tiga) perlakuan, yaitu 30 lux, 200 lux, dan 350 lux, dan faktor temperatur terdiri dari 3 (tiga) perlakuan, yaitu 200 C, 270 C, dan 350 C. Berdasarkan hasil Anava pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%, faktor utama, yaitu tingkat kebisingan, intensitas pencahayaan, dan temperatur memberikan pengaruh yang signifikans terhadap waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan. Interaksi 2 (dua) faktor, memberikan pengaruh yang signifikans terhadap waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan. Demikian pula pada interaksi 3 (tiga) faktor, memberikan pengaruh yang signifikans terhadap waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan.

Abstract

This study consists of three stages. The first stage is to identify the current condition of archival records systems and mapped into the business process. The requirements of current system are analyzed by considering the identification of current system. The requirements of the system will be used as a reference of the new system development. System improvements can be conducted by analyzing business processes then make improvements by using the Business Process Improvement (BPI). The archival records design is conducted by preparing the classification of records, designing the retention schedules, improving the arrangement of order in filing cabinet, and calculating the cost of the system. The result of this study is the index list of records that is stored in filing cabinet by using the combination classification of filing system, consist of subject filing system, alphabetical filing system, and chronological filing system. The design of archival records system is feasible to be developed in the administration after analyzed by using the benefit-cost ratio (BCR) analysis. By implementing the system, the time required to search 20 records decrease 39.25% prior to implementation.
